Skunk apple runtz I'm probably only going to keep 1 of these guys seeing the 2nd just has really bad growth so far. I'm sad about this I made this cross out my last grow and was hoping for the better end of things. The other plants is decent but we will see I hope it has the growth pattern of the lit farms Rick bobby and the bud structure of the obama runtz I grew It's looking like a good start to a week the plants are strong they are getting to the point I can let the dried dry out completely. I'm thinking by the end of this week the plants will be starting to be sold. Last week I put all the plants into my bigger 2x4 tent with my medicgrow mini sun 2 the 500w version. Only a few of the plants were ready for that light. Seems like the only plants that really have good resistance and have a strong start are the weedseedsexpress.com seeds. Shout out to weedseedsexpress.com for the strong plants. I ended up putting all the plants back into my 2x2 tent with the 55w amazon light it has alot more blue light in its spectrum. It's kinda weird b4 I switched the plants to the 2x4 tent they were getting 220umol under my amazon 55w led then when I put them under the 500w light 25% strength about 50in from plants and they were getting only about 195umol in that tent but it was stressing most the plants. I assume a larger light has more side lighting hitting the plants. I think when useing larger lights it's good to measure umols from the top but also coming from the sides. I think durring seedling stage they only need about 50% the umols coming from the side the plants as the top is receiving. When I put the plants back in the small tent about the same umols as they were getting b4 the switch and they were still a little stressed. So for a few days I put the small light at the top the tent giving them 100umols for a few hrs then 130umols the rest the day.

Day 39 and overdue and update!: Another slow week for the ladies and waiting on my finishing touches to the room before I can put the tanks in and let them get off to the flying start they want to do !. I have nipped the small 5th nodes out and been encouraging them to quadline a little but they are still too little to put the pressure on yet . Now time is more available I can get busy on this run finally. I expect some nice results with these genetics

Welcome to week 6 of flower! Things are starting to shape up quite nicely and some of the plants are starting to get colourful! Its hard to capture on the current camera I'm using but my new one that's on its way should be much much better! Overall really excited to see what this week will bring! I will be checking some of the ladies trichomes to see how far along we are either this week or next week to give me an approximate harvest window! Week 8 is finally here! We changed up the nutrient feeding to the week 8 on the feed chart. I am diluting everything at a 50-40% rate to keep EC within acceptable ranges of 0.8 - 1.1 EC. I started adding Terpinator to the mix and I do notice a significant smell increase vs. without it. I am going to keep using this as I think it is a great supplement. I did figure out that even though on the bottle and on the specific feed chart, it says it is a light formula that will have minimal impact on EC and will not burn your plants at the recommended rates - it will! First time mixing up my nutrients with terpinator, I had to dilute it because the EC was too high. I put the recommended amount in my mix, and checked EC and low and behold it was high. The next feeding I did a 50% dilution rate and that seemed to be ok if you are diluting your other inputs properly to compensate. ALWAYS make sure your EC and PH are in check prior to fertigating your plants. I am watching the trichomes on a daily basis and am looking to harvest sometime this week or next. I plan to dry it in the tent it is growing in as it has AC and good airflow. Once they are done drying, they will get trimmed up, lightly vacuum sealed and stored in the freezer. LET THE DIARY START OFFICIALLY: 10/06/2020. planting. I have prepared everything I need for planting. The 11lit fabric pot I got from RQS, also Organic Boost Nutrition and Mycorrhizza from RQS, Soil is Light-Mix from BioBizz and of course the seeds of the new strain Hulkberry Automatic. After adding 50g of pellets from Organic Nutrition and 5g of Mycorrhizze, I mixed everything well in the pot. After that I watered well and soaked the soil, I dug a hole with a wooden stick about 2-3 cm, I first put 1g of mycorrhize and then put the seeds inside. I lightly covered the hole with earth and put the pots in their new home. I planted two Hulkberries and one Green Gelato Automatic. The temperature was about 25 degrees and the humidity about 65%. 14/06/2020. She sprouted. After 4 days, Hulkberries came out. In the meantime, I sprayed the surface of the earth a little twice. The temperature is still around 26 degrees, thanks to the summer and the high temperature that enters the apartment anyway. I regulate the humidity with a humidifier, I maintain it around 60% -65%. 15/06/2020. Their first photo shoot, I also watered their with about 2 liters of water, which I only regulated p.H. at 6.3 with Plagron, Lemon Kick. 19/06/2020. Day 1. Hulkberries is officially one day old. On that occasion I took another photo shoot to celebrate this big day :). 24/06/2020. First Feeding First feeding. Their got a whole meal from BioBizz, Root-Juice, Bio-Heaven and Acti-Vera, p.H of water I regulated with Lemon Kick from Plagron. 25/06/2020. Day 7. End of the first week. For now, everything is great. It is developing nicely, its conditions are almost perfect. 9-9 Recharge 750 ml Removed first leaves, bud site not ready. 9-11 Day 17 She was getting kinda tall, so over she bends! She was stubborn, but resistance is futile! Bent the day before water. 9-12 Big water, around 2-2.5 liters. Brought soil to where it should be. Will try to maintain 45-55% on eco witt. 9-14 This thing is growing great! Little sad I had to remove a top leaf. Just no way around it. Pistols for 3-4 days. Starting flower tomorrow and top dressing! Lets go! Leafs up!

First girl fattening up nice. She just wants more. Second girl is on her way to be a beast. She’s twice the size of now more than the first. Had to bring her down a touch with some lst. Third (depressed) girl is still with us. Tried a few things with her, flushed her, water conditioned her. Gonna get her back on some food in the next few days and see how she does. Again, not expecting much from her but seeing how she pans out. She has taken me on an emotional rollercoaster 😭

Week 2 Both plants looking great so far , good growth rate 📈 and looking healthy so far. Boosting a bit nutrients to see how much they can take to maximize their potential starting later this week. Roots have been already all over the bottom of the pots while looking thick and healthy 💥 D4 Applied some foliar feed this morning while turning off the lights for an hour till they dried /sucked up all the juice from their leaves. mixture was basically water with 1ml/lt boost accelerator. Both look really nice and healthy in other news 🍀😅

It’s now showing pistils pretty well, and I got some critical peyote from Barney farms In a napkin right now There is a little burnt tip on fan leaves I think too much nitrogen since it’s in the big pot and the leaves are dark green. But looks good happy I picked the internodes during preflower too

Let’s Go Day 81!!!! This week went real great 2 Ogreberrys are hanging to dry and also the Bruce Banner is too after there 48 hr of darkness! The 3 other Ogreberrys began flush on Monday so finish out this week of flush and one more week of flush after that an they will get the chop too! 7/1: This plant has been extremely fun to watch do its thing over the last few weeks. Those little mistakes I made or neglected in my first grow have significantly helped me get off on the right foot this time around. Not to mention, I feel that the plant/genetics is fairly low maintenance. As I mentioned at the end of last week's entry, I started a little LST on the lower most node. Today, I have added landscaping staples to the second lowest node to allow it to stretch out and get more light from under the quickly growing top canopy. In addition to starting LST on the second lowest node, I did bring the light down to 16 inches above canopy at 60% power. This gives me a PPFD reading of roughly 750, which could be inaccurate due to using the phone app, but it still gives me a good idea of how much I should bump light power up each time. 7/3: Today was a big day for the Mrs. Gorilla Cookie. I decided it was time to add in a bit more soil as well as some amendments. I added 3tbsp of Gaia Green Power Bloom 2-8-4 and 1tbsp Gaia Green All Purpose 4-4-4. I then reapplied the landscaping staples to continue LST. The plants seem to be responding well to the light increase that I applied on 7/1. At the time, I was worried it would be too much, but the plant is really soaking it up and praying toward the light. I may increase the light a bit more at the end of the week. In addition, I plan to try out a self watering base toward the end of the week. I will going out of town soon for the remainder of July and need to test the base before I leave. I do have buddies that will help, but I would like things to be as easy as possible for them. I also hear great things on these self watering bases and if it works out will, I will definitely incorporate them into future grows. 7/6: The end of week 4 has come and this plant is really starting to kick into high gear. I do think adding in the bloom amendments really helped. Great, speedy growth, and looking green and healthy. Pistils have started to form and she's definitely starting to get a little stank. The lights are still at 60% but due to the constant growth the canopy raised causing the light to be 12 inches close and PPFD up to 950. I did notice a tiny bit of tacoing so I lifted the light a couple inches. I am now trying to keep them at a constant 14 inches above the canopy with a PPFD of around 850. I will likely hold off on adjusting the brightness for another few days, as I am liking the results I'm seeing. I started the plant on her self-watering base yesterday when I would have usually given it a feeding. Its only been a day, so its too soon to tell just how well its working, but the soil seems to be at a perfect moisture at all times. I did feed a little from the top today to help some of the nutrients that may still be at the top work its way into the pot. Overall, solid week. This grow is already shaping up to exceed my expectations and I feel pretty good about making it through the Veg stage in one piece. On to the flowering stage! Well she is the star of the tent. Her purple colour is amazing, her sickly sweet smell is amazing. She has not given me any problems at all during this grow. Maybe a week left and I cant wait.
