I'll be updating the comment with the daily log shortly, but figured I'd get the photos and weekly overview up. I started off this week with a topping at about the 4th node, leaving the larger fan leaves on for now. I then left then alone for a bit while I waited for the new branches at the nodes to grow out, rotating as needed. By the end of the week, they had all bushed back up with new foliage and growth. I also included photos pf the flowering mother plant to keep up with that sneak peak. She still wasn't showing signs of flowering, so I gave her an extra 24 hours of darkness to hopefully kick start the process. As I went to go shut unplug the light source, I noticed that there was a smaller light leak from one of the vent ports, so I also made sure to close that up. At the end of the week when she started to show signs of flowering, I defoliated her to help with light penetration, as she's got massive fan leaves. You'll see in the photos that I took that opportunity to decarb the trim as well. I'm sure there's little to no THC-A, but whatever other compounds are present should make for a nice addition to some butter later on down the road. I just won't factor it in when approximating the potency of the final product.

All great. Not lots of sun but not much rain either. Watering is tricky as I have to tilt each one so as not to waste feed and water. Getting the right balance of too little or too much with be a challenge

Instead of pictures showing a dying lady: A timelapse video of their whole life. Had lady #2 run under continuous light for the last days. Probably went one day too far, which caused her buds to become somewhat fluffy too, but full of resin as well.

And that has done the plants very well, especially the genetically defective plants have accepted this well. Then I fertilized the first time, less than manufacturer information and with Madame Grows pre flower booster let's see what it can be used 2 to 3 times in the pre-flower... let's see😎

Week 7 did not go too well. I believe I ran into a heat stress issue due to the lights and I also tried some new supplements to add to the res and I ended up with some type of nute lockout.....I think. Anyway, today starts week 3 of flowering and after some more research into nutrient ratios I came up with what you see above. Now I added all of this into 16 gallons of RO water (in the correct sequence) and my EC ended up a little higher than I wanted...1.4. I was looking to stay more around 1.0, but below 1.2 regardless. So I ended up adding 3 more gallons of RO water to the mix and got my numbers looking pretty descent. I was under the assumption ww was on the smaller side of the cannabis world, but this one plant, nicknamed "HULK", seems to be the exception to the rule. Hulk is now 24 inches tall....WITH LST. There is probably another 1.5 feet of branch that is basically horizontal. Well it leaves me in a predicament. I only have 22 inches of light between the 315w CMH and Hulk. The light is as high as it can go in the tent. Well I am going to keep an eye on these girls and hopefully we will see some improvement in growth. Last week pretty much stalled. Well I will check back in and let you know how it's going. Until then just keep it growing. Jan 16 update: wow, the Hulk just keeps going 😳. The runt is still giving me issues. It looks like heat stress but not from the lights. Thinking a vpd issue. Got a thermal temp gun so I am watching for that now. Also got me a wireless camera set up now. So I can check on the girls whenever and wherever I am. Love it.

Hello folks Welcome for the first week of flowering 😺 ( 38 days veg ) This Pineapple Kush is growing really fast with a lottt of secondary branch ! she responded very well to fimming. Still no nutrients, just rhizotonic and cannazym with 4.5 liters of water every 5/6 days i like CANNA super soil a lot, no need to put fertilizers before bloom, ( good for 6 weeks atleast) and the roots like it 😍 Regarding defoliation, I take off some leaves every day, i dont like removing too many leaves at once I will change the MH for the HPS next week and make a little prayer so that the days are not too hot this summer 😅 I also have 2 another diaries with Rqs/Ripper strains if you want to see Peace Love & Weed GD Fam😍👊

Bene amici growers come potete vedere la fioritura procede senza molti problemi. Ho innaffiato le piante per la prima volta con una soluzione adatta alla fioritura e ora staremo a vedere come pian piano cominceranno a gonfiarsi i nostri amati fiori. Le piante iniziano ad emanare un profumo inebriante, le Durban posion stanno già assumendo un colore violaceo mentre le critical sembrano un po' più in dietro. Week 6 went pretty well, +30 during the day, +23 at night, a few yellowed leaves, next time I water her I will give her Espom salt so that she absorbs more magnesium, despite the high heat everything else looks good :) good luck to everyone.

Well today is day 77 and after looking at trichomes there are still plenty cloudy but alot Amber so I've started a flush on friday plan on a 1 week flush so that would take it to day 81, if it still needs longer I'll do a 2 week flush but like I say after looking at trichomes there's alot Amber so she's obviously ready,.. there's purples coming in the buds now all leaves faded and dying off, hopefully these colours pop abit over the next few days. It still works well, but planning to replace some LEDs once this grow is completed. It can't be a calcium deficiency since I have been feeding 6ml of calcium to 5 liters of water. The only difference was the proximity of the light.
