The Apple Betty girls have performed very well this week! The LST began, and there was some great growth in side branching. I also started this week off with introducing them to some nutrients ❤️ Start of week 4, the girls had responded well to transplanting, so I decided to start with some LST. My main method is to use soft wire wraps (dollar store purchase!) I poke one hole in the side of the pot near the top, and then go directly opposite that hole and poke through to make another. The first hole is for a wire wrap to secure the base of the seedling from pulling right out or over too far. The other hole is for the direction you want to bend your plant to. I start by slowly working the stem between my fingers at the point where I want it to bend. Twisting and pinching slowly so not to snap. *wait a day or two after your last water, or it will be easier to snap* once it’s ready to flop, I use the wire tie to hold down the top of the plant as close as I can to the nearest shoots. I’ll usually leave the plant like this for a couple of days, adjusting the ties, and then take them off to let them recover . Watered with a small dose of the full line of Advanced Nutrients I will be using for this grow. The girls got about 500 ml at the beginning of the week, but 2 days in I could tell they wanted more. By the end of the week they are taking nearly 1/2 gallon (which will give me 10% runoff) At the end of the week I increased the intensity of the BP2500 to 190 watts at the wall and the girls did show a few wrinkles as they adjusted, but have quickly recovered. I haven’t topped these girls, and I’m not sure if I am going to… thoughts? Happy Gardening 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

J'avais arrosé copieusement avant de m'absenter une semaine mais comme c'est une petite plante elle n'a pas tout bu ! Le sac est encore lourd. Je suis surpris du mûrissement très rapide😳, j'ai tardé pour le rinçage. Encore quelques jours de patience pour la récolte ! Les photos de cette semaine ressemblent beaucoup à la précédente avec un peu plus de résine. A très bientôt, M.

Finally Harvest day 😘 Smell is great how i had say on other weeks all house smell of this dank berry.Buds are nice and super sticky cant wait to try it. Will plant more from this .

Ok so i'm pretty sure i'm screwed......these plants are now going to be over the fence but it is what it is, had some help measuring the plants this time so the tape did fold and i know that it got to the base of the stalk as it's really hard to do by yourself with plants of this size: PP #1-74 inches #2-80.5 inches #3-82 inches OS #1-78 inches #2-75 inches #3-70 inches So i believe i'm running into a MG deficiency with these girls as well, i'll fill out the grow question for one lucky person to get some point for GOTM. Still waiting on my bag of gaia green 4-4-4, but i did give them some Basalt rock dust 1 cup and some Glacial rock dust 2 cups to try in help what i believe to be an MG deficiency. I didn't have enought to give them what i wanted to so i'll have to wait for that to come in as well or just pick up some rock dust on my way home from Halifax Seed. I under estimated fertilizers for this grow wasn't expecting them to get this big...... Woke up the other morning to a little bit of wind come from the west and the tops were doing some swaying so i had to run into town to the grow shop and pick up some trellis to secure the tops that arn't in the cage. I figured the best was to trellis them as i could only get two 5x30 nets what to just run one each over the tops and secure to the fence. I did work on cleaning some of the inside out but theres just so much it's hard to get everything done in two week with real life going on as well. So i've set up an automated curing system for when these ladies are done. I'll have an air pump hooked up to a timer, then the pump will run into a 12 valve manifold, there will be 12 bucket. each valve will have it's own bucket. each bucket has a one way check valve going into the bottom of the bucket into a perforated hose that will cure around the bottom of the bucket. so the fresh air will rise up thru the bucket. at the top of the bucket will be an outlet with a one way check valve. the buckets have Gama seal lids that screw on with gaskets so it gives you an air tight seal. So having the timer set to twice a day for the first two weeks then adjust to once a day everyday for a few more weeks everything should be on cruse control, no more burping jars if everything works like it's supposed to!

I hung all the branches upside down in the closet. Thanks to the help of an air conditioner I keep the temperature at 23C and the humidity at 50%. When after a bending the branches will break (prematurely bend) then the drying will be complete and the tanning phase will begin. Initially I had problems with Ca and Mg deficiency, in fact the plant has grown less than the other, but I am still satisfied with the result. I usually don't weight buds when they are wet because it's just a waste of time. When they are dry I will update the diary with the precise weight. PS the same day I harvested my country rejected the decriminalization of cultivation of weed (referendum of popular origin). Harvest day 66 since time switch to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) Finally it's time 💚 The lady is done the large leaves have been removed and hung upside down to dry in the dark drying room. You can now stay there for 13-15 days at a temperature of 18-20 degrees and 55-62% humidity. After 13-15 days it is neatly trimmed by hand and placed in jars with boveda packs 62. After 4 weeks Boveda 58% come in and are ready for testing ;-). After everything has been cut cleanly, the last update comes with the smoke report and the finished pictures. Let's get to the plant 💚. Unfortunately, the rating system at Growdiaries is a bit strange because I have to give the stars before the Smoke Report and in the end it might have led to more stars in terms of taste. . Buds are now forming and also turning purple. No smell as of yet. Lots and lots of buds lets hope they get huge! Nice little plant from fastbuds as usual.

Vamos familia, actualizamos la novena semana de floración de estas Runtz Punch de Herbies. La temperatura que estuvo entre los 22-24 grados y humedad dentro de los rangos correctos. Este armario se contaminó las últimas semanas de trips, tengo que parar un poco para desinfectar todo bien. Las flores acaban madurando bien y se llenaron de tricomas, por el momento todo correcto, os dejé también alguna novedad y un cambio en la sala, agradecer al equipo de Mars hydro por el nuevo TSW2000. (los últimos 5 años cultive solo con los leds de esta marca). These two girls stole the show when it came to yeild,off two plants and one was buried underneath 4 other plants. Got 200 grams off of them. She was super dense and had the best structure out of all the girls. Definitely will be popping more beans of her. She’s the only one I have not tried I’m letting them cure in grove bags and I’ll test them in a month

Esta semana se hicieron algunos cambios: *Nueva iluminación sunflash 153 óptimo para mí espacio, sin calor y con un color de espectro 95% luz solar. *Se desataron las ramas principales para mejorar la circulación sin ahogar la planta. *Poda de bajos, quite todas las ramas que no tendrían buena recepción lumínica o que no iban a ser muy productiva. *al no estar atada puedo saber cuando necesita agua (control por peso) y también ir girando 90° por día *Aplique preventivo (se viene la primavera con la humedad y las altas temperaturas) Lo que si encuentro algo que me molesta un poco.
