Keep ii up girls

The cold weather is coming and I'm hoping these girls will finish up soon. One has such dense pre-flowers, another has your typical indica characteristics and the last has many similarities compared to her ancestor, Dark Devil like her leaves and sativa like structure. I increased the amount of Nirvana used to the manufacturer's recommended dose once I saw that they handled close to a tsp with no negative effects on their roots. This is the first time I've used Bio-cozyme, I assume to cut its use in a week or so when I begin supplementing with Overdrive. Also I learned that from pruning the inside leaves and small branch growth prior to flowering has increased the size of each branch, increasing yield. I make a lot of concentrate so I usually leave some of the smaller lowers and inside buds but I experimented with these girls by clear cutting their lowers or "lollipopping" them 🍭. The middle girl is going to have a massive cola. Been spraying with neem, geraniol, thyme, cinnamon and peppermint oils daily diluted in distilled water with the forecast of the next few days of cold and wet weather, hopefully protecting them. I bought some aquarium heaters today for the cold weather for each bucket, wasn't fun, kinda expensive and they didn't have enough of one wattage so I used another store too and they vary in wattage but should all have some sort of improvement in temperature.🌡️❄️

Unfortunately Grow Diaries seems to have bugged during the last Cosmic Noodles update. The harvest report itself was saved and the text is still there, but most of the photos disappeared and I’m currently unable to properly edit or restore that update. Because I still want to finish this diary correctly and document everything from start to finish, I’m uploading the remaining harvest, drying and trimming photos into this temporary flowering-week update instead. So even though this appears under a normal flower week, the content shown here actually reflects the harvest process already explained in the previous report. My apologies for the confusion to all. 🥒 14B – Pickled Lemon Haze F1 | Week 3 The Second Sister Takes the Crown Welcome back to the Project Blue Tent, my little experiment where every plant receives individual attention from seed to harvest. For anyone joining the journey for the first time, this project follows multiple Zamnesia Genetics grown side-by-side inside the same environment. Every phenotype gets its own diary so we can truly appreciate how genetics express themselves under identical conditions. This week certainly wasn’t boring. A malfunction in the irrigation system flooded the entire tent, leaving every growbag sitting in far more water than intended. Thankfully, the problem was caught quickly, the system was repaired, and every bag was allowed to drain naturally. Thanks to the incredible aeration of Plagron Cocos Premium, the roots never complained, oxygen remained available, and the plants simply carried on growing as if nothing had happened. If anything, this little accident became another reminder that good substrates forgive our mistakes. And this beautiful Pickled Lemon Haze F1 was no exception. ⸻ Week 3 Development She has been an absolute pleasure to watch. Although sharing the same genetics as her sister, she’s already showing her own personality. Her structure became incredibly symmetrical during the week, producing thick internodes, broad leaves and, most importantly, exceptionally vigorous lower branching. Sometimes a plant tells you exactly what she wants. This one practically asked to be topped. Instead of growing vertically with a single dominant apex, she was already investing heavily into her side branches, making this the perfect candidate to redirect her energy and begin building a much wider canopy. Looking underneath the plant was enough to make the decision. Healthy secondary shoots were already racing upward, ready to become future main colas. ⸻ Why I Chose to Top This Plant Many growers see topping as simply cutting the tip off. It is actually much more than that. The main growing tip naturally produces auxins that suppress the lower branches through what’s known as apical dominance. By removing that single growing tip, the plant redistributes hormones and allows the side branches to take over. Instead of one dominant leader… …we create several. Since this Pickled Lemon Haze already had such impressive lower development, topping should allow those branches to explode with growth over the coming weeks, producing a much flatter, more even canopy. For indoor cultivation, that means: • Better light distribution • More productive flowering sites • Stronger structural balance • Easier canopy management Of course, topping is a high-stress technique, so timing matters. I only perform it when the plant is completely healthy, actively growing, and has enough established nodes to recover immediately. Judging by her response only days later, she barely noticed the haircut. ⸻ A Tiny Surgery Using the Zamnesia trimming scissors, I carefully removed the apical shoot just above the selected node. One of my favorite macro photographs this week captures the fresh cut perfectly. Looking through the lens, it almost resembles a tiny green well filled with crystal-clear sap. It is fascinating how much beauty exists in details we rarely notice with the naked eye. Nature never disappoints. The removed growing tip itself was almost too pretty to throw away. Sometimes I think photographers become sentimental about the strangest things. ⸻ Recovery Recovery has been outstanding. Within a very short time the remaining growth tips had already begun pointing upward, clearly responding to the hormonal redistribution. There is no sign of stress, drooping or stalled development. The stem continues thickening nicely, while the side branches seem eager to compete for dominance. Exactly what I hoped to achieve. ⸻ Environment The entire tent continues sharing the exact same environmental conditions. 🌡️ Day temperature: 27°C 🌙 Night temperature: 25°C 💧 Relative humidity: 67% 🌱 Root zone: 24°C 💡 Light schedule: 18/6 ⚡ EC: 1.61 💧 pH: 5.8 ? Pot size: 8 L Plagron Premium Growbag 💨 CO₂: Ambient (~450 ppm) Everything remains stable, giving the plants every opportunity to recover from both the flooding incident and the topping session without unnecessary stress. ⸻ Feeding As the plants continue accelerating their vegetative growth, I increased nutrition slightly. Current feeding per litre: • Plagron Hydro A — 1.6 ml/L • Plagron Hydro B — 1.6 ml/L • Plagron Hydro Roots — 1 ml/L • pH adjusted to 5.8 The slight increase in EC is already being rewarded with faster growth and richer colour throughout the canopy. The new growth remains bright lime green—a perfectly normal characteristic of rapidly dividing young tissue—while the older leaves continue holding a healthy medium green without burnt tips or nutrient deficiencies. Everything points toward a happy, hungry plant. ⸻ Looking Ahead Now comes the fun part. Over the next several days I’ll simply let nature do its work. The goal is to allow the two new dominant tops to establish themselves while the lower branches continue stretching upward. Once the canopy begins filling evenly, gentle LST will likely follow to keep every future flowering site exposed to as much light as possible. At least one if the ladies is ready to harvest. Just made a final check with the microscope and i think she is ready. I could wait a bit more for more amber heads but i think thats ok.

Dragonforcing this week, looking mad...i have chopped the other one....smells lovely, buds are fat... its hard to do justice to the size of this centre cola.. just you wait until you see something in perspective :) and i burnt the top while filling :(

🌿 Week 10 Update: Entering the "Bulking" Phase (Flower Week 5) We’ve hit a major milestone! The plants have officially finished their "stretch," and we are moving into the most exciting part of the cycle: The Fattening. 🛠️ The "Improvise & Overcome" Moment Sometimes in a grow, things don't go exactly as planned, and you have to know how to handle it yourself. I saw the colas getting too close to the LEDs and didn't waited for a disaster—and I took action and raised the whole tent. That’s the sign of a real grower: being able to adapt your environment to the plant's needs on the fly. By creating that extra headspace, i’ve protected the harvest from light bleaching and heat stress. 💎 What’s Happening Now: • Resin Explosion: This is the week where the "frost" really takes over. Trichome production is ramping up, and the scent is likely getting much more intensely i needed to add some silica. • Bud Architecture: The flowers are no longer getting taller; they are growing "out." They are filling in the gaps and becoming dense. • The PK Hunger: The plants are craving Phosphorus (P) and Potassium (K). ⚠️ Critical Checklist for Week 5: 1. Humidity Drop: RH between 40% – 50%. Dense buds trap moisture, and we want to keep mold (Bud Rot) far away. 2. Airflow: Since i raised the tent, i needed to make sure fans are repositioned to move air across the top of the canopy and through the middle. 3. Watering: They are thirsty! Keeping the moisture consistent, as even a short drought now can stress the production of essential oils. One love growmies 🤜🏼🤛🏻

18.07 watering with 400ml - 400ml - 400 ml Blueberry got only water Trainwreck got Bloom, Top-max and Fish-Mix All the others got only Top-Max and Bloom. Search everyday for some spidermites or something else. On some days I find a few on blueberry and Biscotti. I remove the manually. 21.07 watering with 400 - 400 - 400 water. Again: blueberry only water All the others Top-Max and Bloom Trainerwechsel started to flower. The leaves of Blueberry and Biscotti started to get yellow. Also removed some leaves with were down in the shadow of the top strains of frosted guava.

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we had rain and thunderstorms through the previous night and into the morning. We had sunshine for most of the afternoon. About 4 p.m we had severe thunderstorms and rain until about 6 p.m. There was very little hail and nothing was damaged. I went ahead and took the first node off to divert all the energy to the upper branches. Day 2 we had relief from the rain. Temperatures were in the mid to upper 70's and lots of sunshine. We have a few days of sunshine in the forecast 🙏. Day 3 we had lots of sunshine and clear skies. Highs in the upper 70's and 49% humidity. We needed the dryness. 🙏. Day 4 we had clear skies and sunshine. Temperatures were in the mid to upper 70's. Day 5 we had partly cloudy skies and temps in the middle 70's. I added some potassium and they seem to be responding well. Day 6 we had temperatures in the low 70's. Sky's were cloudy and we had showers in the evening. Day 7 we had rain the previous night and intermittently throughout the day. Temperatures were in the low 70's with cloudy skies. This week was a success. One plant doubled in height and the other two nearly did. The topping produced two beautiful new branches with lots of side branches. These girls are getting bushy, developing a little smell, and will make some fine buds.

Gorilla Glue #1 - Harvest Comment - I Am Very Satisfied With What I Got, I got 3 ounce 7 grams - I Uses Advance Nutrients PH perfect In veg then I switch to the iguana juice organic juice for the flowering stage. I notice a much more slower growth when I switch to organic nutrients.00

Her grow was super easy, no deficiencies and absolutely loved water all the time. Big stalk with large branches to hold her weight. She really enjoys heavy light and feeding ☀️💉. Recommend for an easy grow💯

(Musik an) Week 15 – The Calm Before the Storm 😏 Nach neun Tagen Urlaub war ich ehrlich gesagt ziemlich gespannt. Ausgerechnet drei Tage vor meiner Rückkehr verabschiedete sich auch noch die Hobbit Cam. 😅 Keine Bilder mehr, keine Kontrolle – nur die Klimadaten und das Vertrauen in meinen Sohnemann. Als ich schließlich die Tür geöffnet habe, war mein erster Gedanke nur: “WTF… 😳😏” Die Laughing Buddha hat die Zeit genutzt. Nicht, um völlig außer Kontrolle zu wachsen, sondern um sich in aller Ruhe zu einem dichten, kräftigen SCROG zu entwickeln. Die Bewässerung hat hervorragend funktioniert, das Klima war stabil und die Pflanze sah nach dem Urlaub gesünder aus, als ich es mir erhofft hatte. Heute wurde der Grow auf die nächste Phase vorbereitet. Zuerst wurden die 81 Triebspitzen gleichmäßig über das Netz verteilt. Ja, ich habe tatsächlich nachgezählt… exakt 81 Spitzen. 🤣 Mein kleines Ziel „72 Tops für 720 Watt“ scheint tatsächlich Realität zu werden. Anschließend folgte der bisher größte Eingriff des gesamten Grows. Unterhalb des ersten Netzes wurde komplett gelollipoppt und die Pflanze zusätzlich stark ausgelichtet, damit Licht und vor allem Luft ungehindert durch das Blätterdach zirkulieren können. Von unten betrachtet sieht die Buddha inzwischen eher wie ein kleiner Baum aus – kräftige Hauptäste, saubere Verzweigungen und ein stabiles Gerüst, das später hoffentlich dutzende schwere Colas tragen wird. Nachdem alles ausgelichtet und neu verteilt war, habe ich die obere Erdschicht vorsichtig aufgelockert und nach Herstellerangabe Green House Feeding BioBloom eingearbeitet. Anschließend wurde mit BioEnhancer angegossen, damit die Bodenbiologie aktiviert wird und die organischen Nährstoffe in den nächsten Tagen in Ruhe arbeiten können. Jetzt bekommt die Buddha erst einmal ein kleines Wellnessprogramm. 🌿 Keine weiteren großen Eingriffe, nur Wasser, stabile Klimabedingungen und Zeit, sich vollständig von der Entlaubung zu erholen. Wenn alles weiterhin so läuft wie geplant, wird nächsten Donnerstag auf 12/12 umgestellt. Dann beginnt endlich die Blütephase. Ich bin unglaublich gespannt, wie sich die Laughing Buddha im Stretch verhält. Die Internodien sind bisher angenehm kurz geblieben, wodurch die Chancen auf lange, aber trotzdem schön kompakte Colas ziemlich gut aussehen. Sollte sie jetzt noch das zweite Netz sauber ausfüllen, könnte das genau die Blütenwand werden, die ich mir von Anfang an vorgestellt habe. Der Veg-Teil ist damit fast abgeschlossen… jetzt beginnt bald der wirklich spannende Teil. 😎🌿🚀
