Gelato#33 is looking weird. There are some yellow and dark brown spots on the under leaves, and the upper leaves looks very dry. She is receiving the same treatment as the others, maybe the south american weather is not correct for her? Thanks.

Day 29 29/07/24 Monday Nice feeding today with De-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Gave her 300 ml and she had a small run off. Getting chunky in the stem now 💪💚 Day 31 31/07/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated water pH 6 today with Plagron pk13-14 5ml to 5L Plagron power buds 5ml to 5L Used 300ml of the 5L solution. I will be using these on water days from now on as they are advised to be used every irrigation. We'll see how they perform 💪💚 Day 32 01/08/24 Thursday Another feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6, there now taking 300ml every evening. Day 35 04/08/24 Sunday END OF WEEK 😁 De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today with Plagron products. 300ml each. Had a issue with leaf invaders this week, I have treated and am checking every 48 hrs so far seems ok and not progressive. All plants look great, very healthy, one of the Overdose is way behind and due to space maybe culled at flower I'll see how she gets on.

I cannot wait to see how this beautiful Queen is going to look at te end of the flowering stage, she’s the closet I’ve came to LST in a manner I wanted this baby to grow, loving how brunches twirl around the twig, l have stopped growing Christmas tree shaped babies. I LST from the seedling phase right through to flowering, you should not forget that this plant can take stress, imagine it was growing in the wild, some stress in your plant’s lie is critical for positive growth, from my point of view my trees are going to struggle with big buds, because it does not have this thick stems.

Day 36: Feed this morning but kind of switched out Bud Blood for Igniter. The Buds are growing. My training skills are weak and I'm completely overwhelmed trying to even start defoliation. Kind of like an ok parent but don't care if your kids need a haircut and when you take em to the shop they cry when the barber combs to cut. Besides that though my 1st grow is pretty epic. Looking @ what I've been doing and seeing them from seed to what I have now. I don't know the formula for life but maybe this gives me The Blueprint. (D.O.C & Jay-z like). Observing and watching the light's and Temps. Trying to stay in that 85 degree 54% humidity range. Shout out to Weedexpress for checking my grow. All Seeds germinated!!! Day 37: Think I have been over-feeding my plants so fed them....lol yep just a solution of sensi-cal,Voodo, B-2, Superbud xfactor and mikes og tea......no more bud blood and gonna ride out with the igniter. Woke up an hour b4 they did and snatched each one out the tent and defoliated. Each one I spent about 20 minutes on defoliating and getting rid of bottom layer. They looked a bit lollipopish and getting ready to cast this net. I have some huge branches and some of the buds are starting to look like the picture you see in the grows. I really am appreciating the work that it takes and the thought behind growing. 9ish: starting some training and pulled the branches down, tied and put some trainers of 2 of my plants. I got plans to train my GC's since they are stretching. That canopy is pretty open so think gonna get good light inside canopy! Thinking about my next feeding 2morrow, which usually equates to when I get off work. I'm gonna stay with my veg base and go again with Bud Blood. I like the way it made my buds kind of dazzle into sun burst buds. I'm pretty dialed into my veg mixture and am going to start mixing in a 5 gallon jug only to ensure that I have enough for 2 feeds. My plants are really devouring these nutrients and have had very little nutrition burn. Trying to make sure that my root system is healthy so that I can get a decent yield to hold me over the winter. Of course with the winter comes the holiday season and what better gift to give 420 candy canes sprinkled with kief....these are a few of my favorite things!!!!! When the leaves shake When the Buds break I'm feeling crank I simply remember my favorite things And then I just smoke.... my dank!!!! Day 40: igniter definitely creates more bud blooms areas...my growth is so thick and the buds pretty big. Got a feeding lined up in the morning and probably gonna with heavy feeding and touch all my roots. Going heavy on igniter again. My grow lights beneath the canopy is doing amazing work as the buds beneath are also amazingly big. Also spay with a mix of Grease and Green Goddess maybe twice a day to keep nutrition in the foliage. Day 41 or 42 and possibly even 43: Somewhere but I'm in my 2nd week of flower and working this week on Igniting my grow b4 going into OverDrive. Gave an honest feeding a day later than normal. The Buds are popping and you can kind of see what the Bud Ignite is doing as far as the multiple bloom locations are a plenty. Went with the net but took back down, want more height and not disturb the current situation but have a feeling will need it a bit later to help with these heavy bud limbs! Day 47: So my babies have bigs buds and an issue. Defoliation day was ah coming and did I have to cut. Spent like 20 minutes on each plant cutting, 🍭 'n and manicuring. They are incredibly stout and stretching. Got a few more feeds b4 I flush so gonna stick with the Overdrive and Ignite. Day 48: fed da girls and went with Bud Blood instead of Ignite. Day 49: so I'm checking out my grow and for some reason I grabbed some water only....just felt like I've been so caught up in the nutrients forgetting basics. So since in the last 3 weeks gonna concentrate on budding and k Defoliation. My buds are definitely gonna be huge and ripe. So getting closer to curing and got a bunch of huge mason jars @ TJ Max. For curing along with Bovida 65% packs. As for a drying tent gonna go with hanging in paper bags. Getting into curing mode so that when these are ready I can get my FF's potted and 🎄 grow on. I want to clone a few if these FF's 4sure for Christmas gifts and have plenty of holiday cheer to share.

🌱 Animal Mints — Week 2 Veg Legends of the Frozen North ⸻ 🗓️ Growth Stage Vegetative phase — Week 2 This run is part of the Legends of the Frozen North journey, and this week marks an important moment where we clearly see the difference between two growth timelines running in parallel. ⸻ 🌿 Plant Development Overview This diary documents two distinct expressions of Animal Mints under different approaches: 🔹 Timeline A — Extended Veg Plant • Approximately 15 days of vegetative growth • Already reaching up to the 7th node • Strong, well-defined structure • Broad, healthy leaves with excellent symmetry This plant had time to “understand” the season — it was allowed to build structure calmly and confidently before being asked to perform. ⸻ 🔹 Timeline B — 12/12 From Seed (Diary Focus) • Under third pair of true leaves • About 7 cm tall • Compact, controlled growth • Leaves are rounder, leaning clearly toward the indica / hybrid side • Overall appearance is very similar to how the extended-veg plants looked at the same age, just slightly smaller Despite the size difference, development is perfectly on track. ⸻ 🌱 Why the Size Difference Makes Sense The smaller stature of the 12/12-from-seed plants is expected and fully intentional. These plants are currently: • Prioritizing root development • Building underground infrastructure • Not rushing vertical growth Meanwhile, the extended-veg plant already had time to establish itself above and below the surface. Same genetics. Same environment. Different instructions. This contrast is actually one of the most educational aspects of this run. ⸻ 🍃 Leaf Health & Structure Across both timelines: • Leaf color is healthy and vibrant • No deficiencies or stress signals • Texture is firm, slightly thick • Growth is symmetrical and balanced Animal Mints is showing excellent genetic stability so far. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment Conditions remain consistent and stable, matching all other Week 2 reports: • Controlled temperature • Stable humidity • Calm airflow • No major fluctuations The goal remains the same: zero stress, maximum clarity. ⸻ Nutrition Feeding remains: • Light • Clean • Balanced No pushing, no forcing. At this stage, the focus is foundation, not speed. ⸻ 🧠 Grower Notes — Facing the Bear This week symbolizes more than just growth metrics. With Week 2, we officially step face to face with the bear. Animal Mints is not loud yet — but the presence is there. Quiet power. Contained energy. A run that promises to become truly animal with time. This is only the beginning of the Legends of the Frozen North journey — and things are about to get interesting. ⸻ 🔜 Looking Ahead In the coming updates, we’ll be closely watching: • Structural stacking • Side branching behavior • Response to gradual increases in intensity Stay tuned — this one promises to be special. Trust me, you won’t want to miss the next steps, let’s push the boundaries of indoor horticulture together! As always, this is shared for educational purposes, aiming to spread understanding and appreciation for this plant. Let’s celebrate it responsibly and continue to learn and grow together. With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. FOR DISCOUNT CODES AND MORE JUST FOLLOW THE LINK https://website.beacons.ai/dogdoctorofficial NEW DISCORD - Official Server Invite Link : https://discord.gg/ksjAkA5T74 P.S.2— Light Intensity & Environment For clarity and reference, current light intensity is being kept in a moderate PPFD range, appropriate for early vegetative growth under 12/12 from seed. At this stage, the goal is not to push top growth, but to support: • Root development • Healthy leaf formation • Stress-free adaptation to the environment PPFD will be gradually increased as the plants establish themselves and signal readiness. Environment remains stable and consistent, allowing the plants to set their rhythm without unnecessary fluctuations. As always, light, environment, and nutrition are adjusted in response to the plant, not the calendar.

seems like she is having a nitrogen problem... unsure if its genetics or what. will just be giving water to see what happens and hope for the best. pruned to expose bud sites a bit more. crystals now forming. the crystals smell almost sweet. day 51 7/3. gave a ph water of 6.2 and with some cal mag. think ph too high. maybe light too high too. moved up slightly to get twmp to 26.5. going by cutting in water im hoping i am right as far as ph. #science. * dayb51 top bud seems to be moving again. ph worked? DIARY adjusted to proper weeks now..

Apolo F1 Mission Diary - Week 3: The Ballet of Bend, Blossom, and Root Rhapsody Greetings, fellow cultivators and guardians of the green frontier! Week 3 of our Apolo F1's botanical saga has unfurled with a kaleidoscope of growth and a symphony of roots that dance beneath the surface. Join me as we explore the verdant ballet of bending, the flourishing foliage, and the hidden root rhapsody. This week has been a crescendo of controlled chaos, with the delicate art of bending taking center stage. Each branch gracefully sways and contorts, responding to the gentle nudges like a botanical ballerina in an intricate dance. Our Apolo F1 is not just growing; she's performing a choreography of resilience and elegance. And here's the thrilling revelation - roots! Yes, beneath the soil surface, a clandestine world is unfurling. Root tendrils are popping up like eager spectators in the front row, reaching out to absorb the nutrients and anchor our green virtuoso. It's a root rhapsody, a silent applause to the nutrient-rich symphony we've orchestrated. As I continue to guide the botanical ballet, the TDS in the watering regimen maintains a harmonious 390 ppm, providing our plant with a nutrient-rich libretto. The pH, the conductor of this aqueous symphony, remains a steady 6.0, ensuring optimal nutrient absorption and a thriving performance. Temperature-wise, our Apolo F1 revels in the cozy embrace of a 26-degree Celsius environment. It's like providing the ideal backstage conditions for our botanical star, ensuring she performs at her peak. Now, let's talk about the behind-the-scenes technique – the bottom feeding spectacle. Water is tossed into the plate, and our green companion sips from this botanical wellspring. It's a refined and controlled drinking session, a sophisticated soirée for our growing virtuoso. And as always, a tip of the hat to Aptus Holland, the maestros of our nutrient symphony. Their meticulous regimen ensures our Apolo F1 gets the VIP treatment from the roots to the tips of her flourishing foliage. As we marvel at the ongoing dance of growth and the flourishing of our green virtuoso, I extend my gratitude to the digital coliseum, Grow Diaries, for being the stage where our horticultural epic unfolds. And to Royal Queen Seeds, whose Apolo F1 has become the star of this green opera. In the next enthralling chapter of our Apolo F1 Mission Diary, we'll witness the continued ballet of growth and the root rhapsody beneath the surface. Until then, may your gardens flourish and your green endeavors be ever bountiful! As always thank you all for stopping by and for supporting me on this journey, i am super passion about growing and fell blessed to have you all with me on this new journey

***Note that I started to count the days when I placed the seeds between paper towels. The seeds were planted 3 days later and sprouted from the ground 2 days after being planted. D80 (13/05/2021): I'm looking at the trichomes every other days. Glue Gelato is starting to show amber on top buds. No amber for Banana Kush and Gelato. This time I will chop them all at the same time so the one I will rely on is the Glue Gelato. As soon as she is ready, I will harvest them all. Banana Kush and Gelato would probably need more, but in term of logistic, I need to harvest all my plants at the same time. D83 (16/05/2021): Not ready yet. I'm checking trichomes closely! 😬 - Light: the lights are at 100% and at 12 inch form the plants. - Temperature: during the day: 24-25C ; during the night: 20C. - Humidity: the humidity is maintain around 46-48% all the time. - Air circulation: There is an oscillating fan on the ground, one fixed fan pointing on top of the canopy and one fixed fan to help cool the lights. - Water: I gave water every other day or when the ground feel dry or the pots feels light. - ***IPM: I never mention it but I'm using nematodes pouch as an integrated pest management. I had trouble with pest in my first grow and I learned from it. That's the only thing I do for pest and of course watching closely and regularly at my plants 😊

Last week went well. She is stacking on the bud mass and is looking great. Her smell is very unique and her buds look like they will be massive. Not much else to say about her besides I had to tie up her buds because they are getting too heavy and were bending the branches. Looking forward to seeing what she produces and becomes. Until next time happy growing to everyone!

Temps and humidity stable at 81-83f and between 72-78%. Ppms up to 700 for both. Dli at 20-22 roughly. 300 ish ppfd for 20 hours. The gelat.og is super vigorous and looks the healthiest in the bunch, with super thick stems for its age and lush green. 0 issues just chugging along. The orange sherbet is healthy af too going good going great. Its already smelly, sour and planty.

Hello friends hope all is well. Can’t say i can’t complain this tree is doing well. So far am waiting for to stretch some more. The buds are forming well. I’ll be giving her a organic compost low in N and big in P-K. So far my organic grown has been the best way to go. It more fun, and the learning experience is great to use with other gardens and plants.
