Day 63 : These girls are continuing their quest for glory and still popping pistils. #1 In her organic soil looks the most potent up close and her main stem is so fat now. I tried to reposition it a little and lost the battle as it could arm wrestle a Gorilla !!. I amended her pot today with some charge(200ml/10L) in her water along with the other LOS girls and a top dress with "life cycle" (30ml) . I think another week at least for her so she could use the boosts. #2 Is also looking potent and smells amazing like her sister up close. she is a very thirsty girl and uses all her nutes within a day to a lighter pot slightly every feed. She has been fed with just the shogun sumo boost (20ml) , dragon force (40ml) to 10L water to compare with her MC fed sister. her height is held down with lst but if I grew this strain again , I would not train it flat but manage it as natural as possible. #3 is the reason I say this. As she had looked a little different in size and colour , I allowed her to grow untrained. She is still completely different to the others but from talking to a member here , there are about 9 different ones. wow. She smells identical but her buds look so different to her sisters from different Misters. She is being fed with Mc (10g) , sumo boost (10ml), pk warrior (6ml) , calmag(10ml) and silica (10ml) to 10L water. She is loving life and packing her weight on now. i think she may finish a bit after her step-sisters but I expect a few more weeks possibly. Keep it green Growmies

First week of flowering for the girls. We started with some master bloom from Xpert nutrients and continue with master root also from xpert nutrients. We placed a net above the poants to guide some of the taller branches and create a more equal canopy. We defoliated some lower leaves and for the rest it looks quite good, some plants showed a little sign of overfeeding so we lower the dosis this week.

11/8 start of week 10, continuing to not use nutrients, started flushing this week, looking to harvest next week, she smells amazing like mint almost, very unique smell, getting frostyyyy, usually having to water 3-4 times a week 11/15 still lots of popcorn buds on the bottom branches as pictured, I messed up the mainline and should have stretched her out more but live and learn!

Now like 20+ nuts start to grow high and I rudely tilt down and DAMM now looks wery good in my eye, I skip the triton and give pk-boost and let's see what ladys like and feeding is still under 4h at 12h and I may increase feeding time ihand half but still have defolling to do and start keep yey at nuts too close but now look good and I hope it may that way. Haven’t touched them much besides to look and check them out… fed them lotus nutrients for the last time today… (Week 7 of flowering). Both plants are Royal Runtz from RQS and have been grown and fed the same exact thing throughout the whole process…. The buds look crystally and healthy.. plant 1 has been having some issue which I’ve noticed the extremely light leaves but other than that she’s fed and buds are healthy so I don’t know… just gonna let her ride out..

How is it growing, my fun(k) loving friends? ***INFO*** For more on my setup, why it was monster cropped, and how I made the canopy, see Germination page and subsequent weeks. They had 48 hrs of darkness, and the time has come to say goodbye to my friends. I thanked them again, spend some time with them, and under the sound of Amazonian shaman's harvest and healing songs (will post link), asked for their gifts, and apologized for taking their lives. I do this while in contact with the plants, touching, smelling them, observing every detail, no thoughts, just in the present moment. I feel emotional as I do this and remember how they were a companion, a source of distraction in a time of worry, sadness, and loss. How they already comforted me and kept me company in a time of painful insights about honesty, commitment, and staying true to myself. I thank them again for their wisdom and gifts, viva Santa Maria, viva Planta Maestra, may the mother of all beings give us healing and protection. And I proceed with the harvest as I visualize my intentions with every cut. Branch by bud laden branch is tenderly untangled from the scrog net, taken with a clean-cut and immediately hung upside down in the grow tent, which will now double as a curing and drying room. A couple more weeks and we will have the final cured and dried weight. More photos and movies will follow, this is where we are so far!! Big hug, lots of love and take care! ***UPDATE*** The final weigh-in is ready. I hadn't seen them in a week, because of my vacation. The humidifier I set up, had failed. So the grow had dried in 7 days, what I wanted to be 14 at least. Thankfully, its Sativa ancestry shines through, the smoke isn't harsh, the buds a sticky and smelly, no hay smell at all. We ended up at 246 grams, excluding a shitload of larf and popcorn bud, totaling at 310 grams all in, a first at a gram per watt for me, but for the Zambeza seed competition, I stated we would only weigh the quality bud. Overall I'm very happy!! Should I have to buy Gelato of this quality at the dispensary that I frequent, it would cost me at least € 15,-- per gram. 246 x 15 = 3690 euros. also, 49 car rides of 25 miles there and back, 250 euros in gas saved. Ive got two Skunk Apple Runz plants(tossed 1 when I repotted the plants) with exotic-looking leaves and some great genetics. These are seeds I made and both the parents were top notch. They're both about five inches tall and growing strong they both seem to have the growth strength from the ricky bobby Unfortunately, one of them might not make it because of some damage or mutation im not sure, it just seems to have stop growing upward correctly but the other one's looking really healthy. Happy late turkey day grow diaries world!!!! It's now day 24 from seed for all the seedlings I have going. The past few days the plants have really started to take off. There roots have really started to dig in. Every other water I am still giving 2ml per gal of fox farm grow big. I keep having to tell myself not to add any more nutes other than that. I don't want to fry my plants but I also want they to start jumping. I'm quite excited for the coming week, I think the next 7 days or so is when the plant really starts to transform and look more like a pot plant than just some random little green thing. A few days ago I decided to move the plants from under my 55w cheep amazon light to under my spider farmer 100w newer version light with the good leds in it. The plants will hopefully be ready to up pot them here soon and get them in the large tent. Sometimes when growing multiple different strains it can be really hard to balance giving to much or to little light. You don't want the faster growing plants to get to stretched out waiting on the slower plants to catch up I spend Thanksgiving day morning transplanting the plants into 2gal pots. I am useing spme promix potting soil it's my 1st time tring this soil. It is actually doing really well the roots were all white and nice looking. I think next time I'm going to add some worm casting, kelp, granular mycos, and a little bit extra perlite. I just didn't have the money with christmas coming to splurge for all the extra stuff. I got rid of 2 plants 1 of the bubble og and 1 skunk apple runtz. There is only room for 10 pots in the 2x4 tent. I will peob only bring 8 of them to flower, always good to have back ups. Yesterday I also stuck the plants back under the 500w medicgrow mini sun 2 in my 2x4 tent. They did great under it the 2nd half the day I was happy they didn't get stressed. I had put them under that light a little early about 10 days ago or so. I am expecting in a week these plants will ge going crazy with growth
