Growing really well, still think this one will be my heaviest yielding! She’s covered in a thick resin and continues to push pistils out, this one may have the density I’ve been trying to get. I think I’ve finally figured this strain out, looking forward to the bud off this girl. The bud that was pollinated is beginning to yellow, I will likely go ahead and snip that off towards the end of the week when the seed pods begin to open but before the seeds actually drop. Some of the other plants that had buds that were pollinated have already been harvested for the seeds. I left the remainder of the plants to finish up.

my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 60 days and flowering stage was 70 days total (harvested tops at day 63th) the total weight of dry buds was : top buds 174 G + lower buds 55 G = 229 G my overview of strain with details: the seeds: unfortunately i only got 1 seed cracked out of 5 so i will not know how much this genetic can get different but at least i got the chance to grow once of this wonderful strain the plant : in every stage you can ensure that you are dealing with a high level plant , she will get big so you have to control her height LST and SCROG highly recommended , will grow very well with tick stalks and big fan leaves , has good resistance for stress and will respond very well to stress trainings , she really has gorilla power in herself , fresh buds on plant : buds are very compact and dense even from start , fresh blossoms smells like pineapple and mango , 2 different shades of sweet smells like you hold 2 junks of pineapple and mango in your hand and you smell them together, she is a trichome and resin factory , very very sticky , very oily , strong smell dried buds: very compact and dense , hard as rocks , has dark colors with purple hues inside it , it smells sweet smoke : very smooth and sweet like lollipop , pineapple , mango like , after 2 minutes it'll kick in and you'll get higher and higher with every breath , has a strange and especial high mind high mostly

Going into week 5. DIY Scrogg net made a huge difference. The girls have grown into gorgeous ladies. Very bushy. Had to perform roughly 30% defoliation today due to fan leaves covering all the important branches. Trying to get an even canopy is much harder than expected however daily changes make a big difference. Added 5ml Calmag solution to current feed & the results are looking amazing. Life is looking pretty good at this stage!! Unfortunately, the camera pictures don't agree.

So this and last week was all about dialing and maintaining temperature and humidity.. It's been quite hard to get the precise temperature and humidity because my growing closet is packed...My Gawd.. So she finally has Milky Trichs between the middle of her... The one thing that I wanted to test... So as I mentioned my closet is stacked lol so I decided to Chop off her 2 main Colas..Unfortunately I think my Grow light was placed too close to her canopy.. Which caused the two Main Colas trichomes to turn about 30% amber.. So this is a good trial to see if this will cause the smaller collas to fatten.. Keeping fingers crossed 🤞 🔀

I can't see the very back pheno of the blue Gelato 41,but I'm not impressed so far. There is a lot of bulking to do, compared to other strains in the tent. These are set to finish Dec 26th. Hopefully they start stacking asap

In der zweiten Blütewoche läuft alles ohne Probleme. Die Pflanzen zeigen weiterhin gesundes Wachstum und reagieren sehr gut auf die Bedingungen. Wir haben langsam begonnen, die Nährstoffzufuhr auf Blüte-Dünger umzustellen, um die Entwicklung optimal zu unterstützen. Gleichzeitig wurde die Lichtleistung schrittweise von 50 % auf 75 % erhöht, um den Pflanzen mehr Energie für die Blüte zu geben. Zudem wurde eine leichte Entlaubung durchgeführt, um die Luftzirkulation zu verbessern und den Fokus der Pflanze auf die Blütenbildung zu lenken. Plans this week: new bluelab guardian connect coming (ph/ec/temp monitor for the reservoir tank) I think I’ll finally mount things neatly on the wall. More pruning the lower canopy; and some low stress training maybe. I hope the flowers keep maturing and start really gaining some girth this week. I’m excited and hopeful but a bit scared of the pk booster and overall nutrient level/EC increase - I’ll keep watch for nutrient lockout etc. Other: Utility sink/drain/water line install I hope. This grow is taking up all my “project time” - Hopefully I can finally spend some time on my arcade cabinet project starting this week. The plants didn’t get light for 37 hours the other day (6/23?) . I had removed the lights to build the frame. I thought I had everything ready for a quick swap. And then I got sick; daughter’s car broke down; my plan for the light frame wouldn’t work; I ran out of angle aluminum; and did I mention I got sick. Anyway they missed only one 12 hour light period plus 1 extra hour (plus their normal dark periods before and after- so that’s how I calculate 37 hours) They actually seemed to mature and redden a bit faster with the extra darkness. Gotta think positive. Upgraded the tent! (6/24/19) It’s now a hydropolis 3x3 “plus size” (extra few inches bigger all around and 8 inches taller than my old vivosun) - much nicer. Wow what a tough job. Very tight space in my room. This is way too late to be moving plants to a new tent - but sliding the old removable tent bottom with all four plants and scrog all at once over to the new tent wasn’t as bad as I feared. Setting up the whole tent again and moving everything was a pain in the ass though. I did a little pruning of the back side of the plants which I hadn’t gotten to in a while - some dead leaves under the scrog mostly. I wonder if all this trim (from recent days too) is gonna yield any amount of even sorta decent bubble hash. I’ll freeze it and try. I hope they like their new home. I did a lot of the swap and setup with the lights totally off in my basement and using only a green headlamp. Argh. I partially failed in my effort to make a complete aluminum frame. I didn’t include the 4 solstix in the frame. But I did make a frame for the two HLG 135s - I re-hung the solstix individually and with their lame individual drivers that are underpowered (I’ll get to the the rewiring and driver replacement one of these days)- I added the far red puck, and I finally added the new HLG QB36 UVA (I’ll try it for the first time tomorrow - with sunglasses on!) - update: tried it. Seems pretty sweet - wish I had some directions or some idea if I should only be using only one stick like I am or the entire 4 that I think they sent me in error. I’ve got a reasonable amount of space between my lights and top of canopy now (15+ inches) - if the damn stretch is finally done I might be ok. I really shoulda flipped sooner like everyone warned me. Live and learn. The utility sink/drain line/water line is still not installed - so I’m still carrying water up and down stairs which sucks. I’ll use pk13/14 this week after this rez tank empties and I give it a good cleaning in a day or so. I’ll also continue to use mammoth p and all the other nutes. - ok tank cleaned and making a new soup for feeding later today (pk 13/14 started on 6/25/19 11:30pm - I plan to use it for 7 days??) I changed the drain/waste bucket to a small bin - and placed it inside the tent — it works well with the condensate pump- so tomorrow I’ll drill holes in it, install grommets and run the drain lines to it permanently - which will be much better than the 5 gallon bucket sitting outside the tent in my small space - plus the gravity drain lines were a pain coming out of the tent and I had to weigh them down to keep their height below 2.5” - now it’ll be just one pumped line. - ok done. I drilled a bit too fast and cracked two of the holes. Siliconed it for now- I’ll replace the little bucket this week or next - it’s fine for now. (6/25/19) So much better! - now no more gallons of water weighing down the drain lines and no more drain lines coming out of the tent - except for the single pumped line that goes out the standard tent hole. And so much neater in the tent etc. Woot!

Wow well we’re do I start. Absolute dream to grow Smelt strong of citrus and oranges , was amazing to smell , After just 5 days of drying and 1 week of curing the result was imense. Absolute knockout weed with an orange taste and a smooth on the throat. One of the best I’ve taste. Highly recommend

Just got done with trimming the 4x4 @greenhouseseedco Super Silver Haze / @blimburnseeds Silver Surfer Haze tent. The final yield is exactly 1000g plus some (kind of a lot)that I smoke in the last 2 weeks 😃 Also got 6, gallon size ziploc bags filled with good quality trim for concentrate. To be honest I was expecting a little more but keeping in mind that this grow I did not supplemented with bottled CO2 I think I’m good with the results. Definitely I enjoyed a lot this grow and I’ve learned even more.
