Day 8 - First official day of veg and both ladies are right on time for a small adjustment in lighting, PH and nutrients. 10ml of Hydro A & Hydro B were added to both buckets (10L of water in each bucket) and the Milwaukee PH controller was set to work. Starting at a PH of around 7.8, it slowly worked down to a perfect 6.0 over about 50minutes. The lights were readjusted to be 60cm from the seedlings who are all between 8-10cm tall and the intensity of the lights increased to about 70% brightness. Day 9 - Cheech is taking nicely to the adjustment in light and nutrients, but CG 1 is looking a little bit too perky. Going to give her 24 hours to adjust. Day 10 - We have finally renamed CG 1. Fellow enthusiasts, meet Venezia. Day 12 - The root systems are clearly visible in the ladies today Day 13 - The ladies are looking well today. Venezia seems to be showing some light signs of heat stress with slight curling of the leaves. The lights are due to be adjusted tomorrow to account for the seedlings growth over the last week.

My Runtz plant has some dark green leaves, and they're the most interesting of all the plants in the tent. They're really pointy and almost look like they have some old European genetics. It's been a challenging week with the constant rain and ridiculously high humidity. Keeping things dry indoors has been a real struggle. Despite the weather, I managed to flip all my feminized photoperiod plants to flower this week. I'm hoping the switch will go smoothly, but with this humidity, it's going to be tough.

Day 52: Light schedule 12/12, 200 ml water per plant per day, one-day bat guano the other day Epson salt as fertilization. Pre flowers out, except Blue Sherbet S1 but she is Sativa so slower than the others. I retrained them tried to separate the side branches. I also removed bigger fan leaves and at the bottom part to have better air flowing and the light can go through more efficiently, plus I changed their current positions so I placed to different corners. All good so far. Day 54: I uploaded video as well. They are so BEAUTIFUUUUUUL❤️ Day 55: Nice... So 24K Gold very bushy and nice lot flowers. Blue Sherbet S1 is slower due to Sativa dominance but it is coming. Fruit Tree the same very nice bushy a lot of flowers. Zkittlez remains small she is the smallest but pre-flowers are nice coming along. The smell is getting stronger. Day 56: They are developing nicely. I am waiting for harvest tho.....😂 Day 57: The smells getting stronger. My girlfriend noise is blocked 😂😂😂😂

I can't believe this was a emergency replacement seed, is one whole week behind the rest and still looks and smells super promising. This lady can drink liters per day, every day I find the top 5cm layer of soil dry. She usually receives about 1-1.2L water per day.

Just got a new 600w mh/hps light for now it’s in my current setup with my 250 n it’s dimmed to 50%, only reason I mention is b/c the plants seem to be loving it!! They’re 12 days old from seed, still just ph’d water for them! So far so good :P

Hello,,, fin de semaine 10, semaine 2 de floraison. Les plantes se portent très bien. Elles ont fait un beau stretch depuis le passage en 12/12. Presque 40cm!! Un début de buds commence à se former. Les pistils blanc apparaissent doucement. Je vais attendre la fin du stretch pour refaire une défoliation, Parceque la canopé est vraiment très très dense. Ce qui améliorera la pénétration lumineuse et qui aura aussi pour effet de faire baisser l’humidité, que j’ai du mal à faire chuter en dessous des 55% pour le moment. J’ai aussi augmenté mon ec à 1.7 pour bien les nourrir, ce qui pour le moment semble leur convenir. Pour l’arrosage, je suis toujours à un arrosage par jour. Voilà pour cette semaine... Happy grow...😎

06/26: très content les fleurs sont givrées à souhait j'ai l'impression qu'un petit coup de pouce minérale ne fait pas de mal à nos chères plantes. #41 06/27: la floraison s'accélère à vue d'oeil :D #42 06/28: arrosage *engraisser 06/29: très content de l'effet des 0.5ml/L de BigBud ajouter à la dernière mixture, prochain arrosage à l'eau ph'd plus additif non NPK. 06/30: une journée de plus au paradis. J'ai augmenter le nombre de lux à 90000 par endroit je verrais demain matin le résultat s'il y en a un.... ms bon max c'est 85000lux j'ai lu ms bon les led dégage moins de chaleur on peut un peu overkill niveau lux le soleil se gêne pas! 07/02: ayant démarrer la culture d'une Orange Sherbet aussi de chez fb42 (je suis conquis par fastbuds42) j'ai donc laissé ce journal pendant deux jours.. Arrosage 3.5L *engraisser (GHE essentiel, BigBud, BudCandy) Prochaine arrosage avec engrais organique en micro dosage.

Hi people! Well, after the last LST, she certainly didn’t pinpoint her final shape .. she almost covers 1 square meter .. there are very, very, very many buds! the smell of vanilla baking) is very pleasant and sweet! trichomes slowly begin to shower buds)) maybe it seems to me! but according to my observations the products of Barney Farm always give the highest result! both during growth and during flowering! at all stages! and most importantly, the resulting buds always blow away the head of any inveterate smoker !!! Barney You are the coolest !!!

Ok had to start flowering this week because of overall height now I see I should have got a taller tent but oh well. Started 12 on 10th I believe also moved some wires around and got a few more inches out of the light so I'm at 19 and 20 inches from lamp can't get no more unless I move exhaust fan light is now 75% started feeding terpinator its supposed to increase taste we will see later on also gave first dose cal mag I think I was borderline calcium deficiency plants really looked good after cal mag also feed unsulfered blackstrap molasses half dose tiger bloom and full dose open sesame cutting down on my nitrogen a little. To bad I can't smell shit right now been sick past few days probably got covid for real. The one branch on my one plant has an extra thick stem on it and at top extra leaves coming out guess its a mutant from to much nitrogen unless someone else know what it is overall it's been an ok week can't wait for the next few just hope I don't get to tall

So the flower is a stunning colour and a lovely thick and dense flower , the smell and taste is fantastic , And the high is mild but a real nice euphoric head high and vapes a lovely gassy yet flavourful vape , I really am a fan of the balckberry kush gene , not only is it a joy too watch growing , but the end results are amazing too look at , hold , and vape , I think the photos in this diary speak for them selfs without all the fancy words , I highly recommend this strain and this seed bank as Dutch passion never fail too impress , A massive thank you too green buzz nutrients for all there help support and nutrients and Dutch passion for these free seeds too , I sometimes have too pinch my self that I am blessed with the support and help with free nutrients , seeds , and lights from kingbo , I just hope that I show all these amazing products off how they should be , Some of us are disabled ether physically or mentally and cannot compete with some of the growers on here diariys with the 500 word essays and big fancy words , But this for me is not a business , I do not make thousands of pounds too buy fancy lights or A/C units ect , Growing cannabis is a jail term for me if caught and with no financial gain at all , I turn absolutely everything into oils and tinctures And make my own medicine too treat autism and let me tell you it has given me a new lease of life , I have worked out that a single grow is costing me £500 in electric alone for a 3 month grow , and if I was not blessed with the help of green buzz nutrients and Dutch passion it would be much much more , I do not know people who smoke weed or any dealers if it too sell it even if I wanted too , so what I do is purely for medical reasons and the fear of getting caught , the noise of the fans , smell , and the cost is a real struggle some weeks , but it's all worth it when you know you have bottles of fantastic medicine in the freezer that you know will last you a very long time , Is a fantastic feeling , I really pray the day legalisation is soon for us, But for now I am so very thankful too grow diariys for this fantastic platform and all the sponcers for all there help ,

Synthesis and Activity: Adequate nitrogen supply is crucial for the synthesis and maintenance of sufficient Rubisco enzyme and Rubisco activase (Rca), the regulatory protein responsible for maintaining Rubisco's active state. Nitrogen deficiency leads to a decrease in the content and activity of both Rubisco and Rca, which in turn limits the maximum carboxylation rate, Vmax, and the rate of RuBP regeneration Jmax, thus reducing overall photosynthetic capacity. Nitrogen Storage and Remobilization: Rubisco can act as a temporary nitrogen storage protein, which is degraded to remobilize nitrogen to other growing parts of the plant, especially under conditions of nitrogen deficiency or senescence. Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE): The allocation of nitrogen to Rubisco is a key determinant of a plant's photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency (PNUE). In high-nitrogen conditions, plants may accumulate a surplus of Rubisco, which may not be fully activated, leading to a lower PNUE. Optimizing the amount and activity of Rubisco relative to nitrogen availability is a target for improving crop NUE. Photorespiration and Nitrogen Metabolism: Nitrogen metabolism is also linked to the photorespiration pathway (which competes with carboxylation at the Rubisco active site), particularly in the reassimilation of ammonia released during the process. To increase RuBisCO regeneration, which refers to the process of forming the CO2 acceptor molecule Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate (RuBP) during photosynthesis, the primary methods involve optimizing the levels and activity of Rubisco activase (Rca) and enhancing the performance of other Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzymes. Biochemical and Environmental Approaches: Optimize Rubisco Activase (Rca) activity: Rca is a crucial chaperone protein that removes inhibitory sugar phosphates, such as CA1P (2-carboxy-D-arabinitol 1-phosphate), from the Rubisco active site, thus maintaining its catalytic competence. •Ensure optimal light conditions: Rca is light-activated via the chloroplast's redox status. Adequate light intensity ensures Rca can effectively maintain Rubisco in its active, carbamylated state. •Maintain optimal temperature: Rca is highly temperature-sensitive and can become unstable at moderately high temperatures (e.g., above 35°C/95F° in many C3 plants), which decreases its ability to activate Rubisco. Maintaining temperatures within the optimal range for a specific plant species is important. •Optimize Mg2+ concentration: Mg2+ is a key cofactor for both Rubisco carbamylation and Rca activity. In the light, Mg2+ concentration in the chloroplast stroma increases, promoting activation. •Manage ATP/ADP ratio: Rca activity depends on ATP hydrolysis and is inhibited by ADP. Conditions that maintain a high ATP/ADP ratio in the chloroplast stroma favor Rca activity. Enhance Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzyme activity: The overall rate of RuBP regeneration can be limited by other enzymes in the cycle. •Increase SBPase activity: Sedoheptulose-1,7-bisphosphatase (SBPase) is a key regulatory enzyme in the regeneration pathway, and increasing its activity can enhance RuBP regeneration and overall photosynthesis. •Optimize other enzymes: Overexpression of other CBB cycle enzymes such as fructose-1,6-bisphosphate aldolase (FBA) and triose phosphate isomerase (TPI) can also help to balance the metabolic flux and improve RuBP regeneration capacity. Magnesium ions, Mg2+, are specifically required for Rubisco activation because the cation plays a critical structural and chemical role in forming the active site: A specific lysine residue in the active site must be carbamylated by a CO2 molecule to activate the enzyme. The resulting negatively charged carbamyl group then facilitates the binding of the positively charged Mg2+ion. While other divalent metal ions like Mn2+ can bind to Rubisco, they alter the enzyme's substrate specificity and lead to dramatically lower activity or a higher rate of the non-productive oxygenation reaction compared to Mg2+, making them biologically unfavorable in the context of efficient carbon fixation. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. Mg deficiency becomes limiting: If Mg2+ is deficient under these conditions, the higher levels of Rubisco and Rubisco activase produced cannot be fully activated, leading to lower photosynthetic rates and potential photo-oxidative damage. Optimal range: Studies show that adequate Mg2+ application can enhance Rubisco activation and stabilize net photosynthetic rates under stress conditions, but the required concentration is specific to the experimental setup. Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. We’re driven to question defaults when we experience vuja de, the opposite of déjà vu. Déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before. Hi all! Grow room- no updates on the grow area status as usual. Blue dream auto- the blue dream plant is definitely starting to settle in to the flower. And just going through the motions. I kinda like I left some branches y’all in the back. If it would have been even I don’t think they would be getting as good as lighting so that’s a plus. Ppm 850 Master kush. The master kush is didn’t really do as big of a stretch the first week of flower like I thought it would. Maybe this week... all those toppings I did definitely paid off she bushing like crazy definitely. Ppm 800 Until next time #StayKited

Venga familia, va la tercera semana de crecimiento de estas Frosted Guava de Zamnesia. Empezamos con el trasplante, aquí hay cambios, las colocamos en 15L, me gustaría hacer un SCROG , así que iremos viendo qué tal el crecimiento y vemos si podemos aplicarlo. Añadimos flash root de Agrobeta, también empiezo a echar tucán y Gold Joker, aparte las bases blue line A de Agrobeta. Vamos a incentivar a un buen enraizado, y darles chicha para que empiecen a crecer un poco a lo ancho. La humedad está en su punto, me podría quejar por temperatura ya que me gustaría tenerla par de grados abajo pero aún así va a a crecer bien. Anesia Seeds - Chimera Cut Our girl is now 112 days from seed and 62 days into flowering. We've trimmed off all the leaves, leaving just the buds, and she looks absolutely stunning. The branches have bent under the weight of the dense, heavy buds, so we've tied them up to prevent any breakage. The time to finish is approaching, but we're not ready to harvest just yet – we still have some time to flush the roots and ensure everything is perfect before the final cut. Throughout the entire grow, we've been using nutrients from Xpert Nutrients, and the results have been incredible – the plant’s structure and bud quality are outstanding.

Les couleurs des feuilles changent vraiment vite à ce stade 😲 Il me semble que c'est due au changement de valeur nutritive dans le sol. All I can say is god damn she's beautiful, pistils coming out from everywhere. This week I'm focusing on keep her low and dropping the veg nutes a bit and pumping with the bloom nutes.
