Flowering Week 6 – Fading Leaves, Persistent Flies The sixth week of flowering brought a mix of progress and persistent problems. The whitefly issue unfortunately hasn’t gone away. I replaced both yellow sticky traps at the end of the week, and within minutes, two new whiteflies were already spotted on the fresh left trap. The old one had four additional flies on the back. This pest pressure remains a concern, but I’ve decided to hold off on further neem oil sprays for now, given how far along we are in flowering. I’ll keep monitoring closely. Nutrient-wise, I stayed cautious this week due to ongoing signs of overfeeding. Leaf tips are still showing yellowing and some burn, especially on the lower leaves. Many leaves have pronounced yellow spots and curled tips — a clear sign of excess nutrients earlier on. To reduce stress, I watered with plain pH-adjusted water (5.5–6.0). Total watering volume was approximately 29 liters This week I also did a second round of lollipopping, focusing on removing all small popcorn buds and lower growth under the net that wouldn’t develop well. Despite the nutrient stress and the ongoing whitefly presence, the plants are still developing well. Buds are getting chunkier, trichome production is visibly increasing, and the overall structure is solid. Still, I’ll be keeping a close eye on both leaf health and pest activity in the coming days. ⸻ TL;DR – Week 6: • New whiteflies still showing up – 7 total seen this week. The nugs looks super dense already. Hard to get a smell from her yet. Perhaps a hint of cheese. She is set to give quite the yield. Nothing new to report.

my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 56 days and flowering stage was 75 days total (harvested tops at day 64th) the total weight of dry buds was : (plant #1 & #3 top buds 56 G + lower buds 22 G ) 78 G + (plant #2 top buds 47 G + lower buds 18 G ) 55 G + (plant #4 top buds 120 G + lower buds 67 G ) 187 G = 367 G

7th week is here. They are good looking girls! Some weeks left to be finished ! Water 100 ml 2x a day per plant. Fertilization on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday with the same amount of water. Light schedule 20/4 with 600 W and ventilation goes on when the lamp works. Day 52: All good, some yellow leaves can be seen at the bottom of the biggest plant it matures quicker than the others I think it started using the energy out of the lower leaves to produce more buds. I will remove it later. Day 55: I couldn't come yesterday so my friend did water them. I am here now in the morning ing. Flowers developing nicely among the stamps. The bigges one start getting yellow it matures quicker than the other ones. Day 56: I removed unwanted yellow and dead leaves and also tied the plant from different angles to get more light. They look good now, they are spread. Plants are really nice and the flowers keep coming! Now it is gonna be better air flowing and the light also reach deeper parts at the bottom and all over the plants!

Opium loves the outside sun, breeze, and frequent rain. Week 9 6/2-6/8 Now at the start of week 9, my outside gals, except L. Cake are now in flower. Several pics show the very narrow new leaves and small white hairs evidence of flower formation. 6/7 This is the first time I’ve had to add nutrients to her feeding. Some lower leaves were yellow. Since I’ve been using amended soil, this indicates Fractal is a heavy feeder. All are showing yellowing leaves so everyone is now getting nutrients with feedings. I saw a Japanese beetle on my Lemon Cake and some small holes in the leaves so I added 1/2 tsp neem to the feed solution 6/12. Also started using fish & kelp. I'm still watering 1 gal per plant when I feed 2x/week. With the heat and humidity, I water daily but do not feed daily. Week 26/02 - 3/03

FLOWERING WEEK 1 - 4TH DAY FLOWERING/WORM TEA

So far I’m hang drying after 48 hours of drying on the stock!

Plants are cruising through and stacking nicely. Brewed & fed flowering tea recipe & plants responded with some smell starting to feel up my tent. Blue Cheese definitely has some funky cheesy & earthy aroma. Afghan kush smell is the most exciting to smell these days as its aroma is something akin to a perfume. Can't wait to see what the rest of this week looks like.

Halfway through week 7. Couple pictures from Tuesday. Gonna upload more when I get back home to her. Can’t raise the lights anymore. Hoping she is done stretching. She takes up every bit of that 4x5 box. Couldn’t be happier with this grow so far. I think next time I’ll go down to 5 gal smart pots this way I can pump out two of them. Still in disbelief she has grown this fast and started budding that fast as well!! I’m feeding her 2 gallons every 2 or so days. She is a very thirsty girl and let’s me know when she is hungry too (leaves curl down). I’ve been slowly defoliating the bottom of her. I cut a couple under grown budds from underneath as well. Not sure how she’d respond if I went scissor happy. I also can’t say enough about Advanced Nutrients. Since I made the switch I can tell her leaves are always praying up and overall health seems through the roof! She really is a monster. 31 inches wide by 36 inches tall. She is stacking nicely. Did my best with pictures. Can’t tell if the flash on the phone helps or hurts the pictures. End of the week- She is doing awesome. Blowing up pretty fast and there is a serious citrus pine smell coming off her when you bump into a budd or it wipes on your finger. For the most part it seems as if she is loving life!!

Start of week 5, think she has finally stopped stretching maybe Starting to thicken up the bud sites on the long tall colas Two poly colas, one splits into a fork, the other is a single massive bat of a cola already, this thing has 7 or 8 weeks left to go yet, insanity, cant wait too what this ends up like 😂😂😂🌲🌳🌿

Purple Punch am 26.12.2024 Tag 49 / 14.02.2025 Meine Purple Punch steht schon in der 7 Woche, ein großer Erfolg für mich. Habe mit Bio Bloom und Bio Grow in der letzte Woche sie gedüngt, das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen. Heute, wird Acti Vera, Alg A Mic und Bio Heaven in das Gießwasser hinzu gegeben. Feedback: Ich bin überaus voll zufrieden wie meine Pflanze sich entwickelt hat, ich denke die gute Erde und der Dünger von Biobizz hat ein großen Teil beigetragen. Ich werde mal schauen wie die Pflanze in der 8 Woche aussieht. Ich nehme gerne Ratschläge von der Community an.

Commencing week 5/Day 29: on Nov 21st Day 29 All is doing well now and a few more plants have roots in water but tomorrow is going to be well below freezing as well as the humidity has dipped very low Day 32 Still growing steady the cold temps and low humidity haven't hurt or slowed them down too much Day 34 Happy to say 6 out of 8 girls have pretty massive root masses developed in past week into bucket. I have been very lightly foliar feeding every day a slightly acidic low ppm solution. Lights were put back on timer since the temp and humidity are going back up I don't need the lights for heat. pH has remained steady for past two days in low to mid 5.8s. Is this too steady I wonder 🤔 I put on fans today today as well as under lighting LED strip. D35 Am check-in and all is going well. All 3 Gorilla Zkittlez are absolutely killing it, way bigger than the rest of the bunch. Although the 818 Headbands and the Raspberry Diesel are not far behind. Unfortunately both the Boss Hoggs seems to be runt-ish. One especially is really funny looking. But I always cheer for the under dog in the fight so who knows 😎 Turned off under lighting. Raised overhead LED Panels up 3-6 inches and re-oriented (angled) towards girls. *I've decided to break off the barely mentioned personal crosses into their own journal in the next few weeks in case anyone was watching or wondering, it's coming. I'll be editing this journal accordingly when the time comes to be more accurate and useful. Lastly I am adding a new journal today for "🍋🍰" aka Lemon Cake by Moxie. It's terpalicious 👅. super sugary and lemony on the nose. Does anyone from the US or elsewhere know what's "Country-Time" lemonade mix is??
