You can see them produce more and more resin every day thanks to the cold weather its really easy to keep a pretty dry environment. Can’t wait to do my final defo next week! Until then stay green!

Day 63 Flowering : I think I am in the final days with this beautiful, easy to grow , fun to train and potent smelling Queen. She has been really responsive to her training and stayed put once flowering began. Her bud structure has been excellent to fit into my environment too. Node spacing was nice and tight so no long gaps between the growth. I did run into a bud rot issue that was resolved quickly and not shown up again with the Rh at 40%. The trichromes are milky and there are some Amber's knocking around too so when the lights go off this evening, I will begin their dark before chop time. Smelling her sweetness and feeling the sticky solid buds has me excited to get a sample of her as soon as she is dried. I cannot wait to see the final , cured result soon. I am looking forward to the next run of this strain in Sweet seeds auto xl version along with Gorilla girl xl and sweet cheese too. Excellent work guys.

Defoliated this week, reveg growth is very noticeable. I cut off most of the single, double and triple bladed leaves. I moved my tent divider and shelf back in so I can grow seedlings/clones in a smal chamber if I want to. I added a small LED into the corner under the shelf where this plant is now to help the two plants that got stuck in the shadow. I will thin out stems eventually. My plan is to take clones off this plant and because of this I may leave most of the bushy growth on so I can take multiple cuts. If you watch the video- fair warning... my inline fan is noisy. It has started making a grinding noise and it is not pleasant to listen to 🤷‍♀️🏼

This way, I can focus on the keepers and remove the males efficiently. • Revegging the Favorites: By flipping and selecting now, I’ll be able to reveg any standout females later. For those unfamiliar, revegging is a technique where, after flowering, you revert the plant back to a vegetative state. Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Still having major problems with fungus gnats and the populations have exploded! So I ended up doing a drench of hydrogen peroxide to kill all the eggs on contact that where in the top inch or so of the pots. Also on the pots that where worse I added sand to the top just as an extra precaution. I added my second and final layer of trellis. I mostly use the trellis for support and for spreading out the canopy and opening up the lower bud sites to the light. We can see the bud sites are starting to set and are looking pretty great for 2 weeks of flower!

Day 9: Diagnosis: Slight Nutrient Burn, Growth Normal. Treatment: Feeding Cal-Mg tomorrow Day 12: 👍🏾(Looking Good!)

This week I just added water and did some defoliation of leaves that were starting to show signs that their last nutrients were being used up (browning and curling up). From my last grow I know this means we are getting close to harvest - my guess is within the next week my post may be about harvesting, but I won’t rush it. I can also tell we are close as some of the stems are starting to have trouble holding the buds up. Trichomes are clearly still cloudy on both plants but in the last couple of days I’ve started to see some amber in the trichomes in different areas too. Cleaned the plants up real good with defoliation and will see where we are later this week.

Ok just finnished a blunt of this a out an hour ago, and I do not smoke blunts lol But it seems only right too do a real smoked reveiw , So the fbt7 has been dry now for about 2 weeks and in a jar and today was the day too take the first bud too try so I rolled a fat one " fat one in photos lol , So for me the flavour just isn't there yet and am hoping that will come after a cure , So I smoked this all too my self and qiukly , Within a few minutes I went white as a ghost as was twitching the the corner hehehe, This is very strong bud and I would go as far as saying it's probably the strongest bud I've had in years , I am what I would describe as a joker smoker , as I turn my bud into oils and do not smoke it , But any serious cannabis smoker will absolutely love this strain , Well done fast buds and thank you :)
