The 1-gallon pots fit well under the FC4800 in a 4x4 tent until day 21 after sprout. I plant 150% or more of what i need, so i can kill the weak without concern. The goal is for every plant that makes it to the 5-gallon up-pot being capable of producing a minimum of 160 grams with a maximum of a 35-40 day vegetative phase. Third up-pot is into 5-gallon nursery pots and now under the 3 DIY lights and the 650W light in the big tent for a couple more weeks of vege. An irrigation system in the big tent saves a lot of time. One scrog for training and another for support, just in case. Reverting back to a more systematic approach to canopy composition moving forward. About 2.3 colas per sq ft and 8 primary colas per plant. Yields were similar when over-crowding and being less systematic, but the proportion of less dense nugs is greater and trim time is needlessly elevated because of that fact. I was very controlling about this the first couple years but got away from it for far too long at this point. Drying / Curing - Into mesh racks for 9 days. I wet trim and cut down to similarly sized buds for even drying. Temps are controlled around 68F and RH is set to 60%. Then into some 5-gallon buckets with gamma seal lids and (3) 2-way 67g boveda humidipaks (58% or 62%) in each bucket - 1 at bottom, 2 at top. Temp/RH probe confirms that they hold the RH steady at 60-63%. Cost - 0.33 cents (USD) per gram produced. This includes an accelerated depreciation expense for all equipment used, fertilizer, water, electricity for all equipment used, new filters and other yearly purchases - bti, ph strips, sticky traps, etc. I'm a finance guy, so these numbers are comprehensively accurate and purposely err slightly on high side of cost. The only facet not included is the cost of my labor.

Hello Diary. The second week of vegetation is over and Haze Berry has already grown 26 cm. Given the sativa experience, I hope it won’t create height problems again. Although I was thinking about topping, I still decided on naturally determined growth and development. Since the second Haze sprouted only from the second attempt, it is a week late with the growth, so it is convenient to follow the comparison in just a week of development between the two Haze. He threw out the hairs in the places where the branches come out of the stem and thus showed that he is female :). I continued feeding with BioBizz as scheduled for the second week of vegetation. I'm watering the second Haze on schedule for the week before. Let’s see what it looked like last week. 02/10/2020 - Day 9. Watering. Watering. Procedure as four days ago. The temperature of the water I water is always around 19 degrees. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.6 degrees and 49% humidity. 07/10/2020 - Day 14. Photography and height measurement. This time I also filmed a bit and video and it really relaxes and makes me happy. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.8 degrees and 49% humidity. Haze Berry Auto # 1 - 26cm Haze Berry Auto # 2 - 15cm At the end of the second week everything is fine. The conditions in the Box are good and the plants are progressing nicely. They still don’t require a lot of watering but as they started to develop, I will soon have to water more as well. What's up fellow growers another week in the books!!! So after my last update I installed my Scrog net and everything was going along amazing until lastnight! I was doing some final tucking and Lst training trying to get the girls looking pretty for pictures today for u guys and pop goes the weasel!(Branch Snaps 😒🤕) at first I was concerned but after some good tips and reassurance from this great growing community I did a tape repair on the girl but she still looked wilty last night but boom got up this morning and the leaves were standing and the bud sight was rising back to the light. I'm not out the woods for a few days and possibly a week of stress but I'm confident she will recover and drive on. We'll until next week fellow growers Happy Growing😎💚🌱💪💪 Critical purple #1- is my slowest grower but is still vegging so I have faith that she will out produce Critical purple #2. Critical purple #2- I haven't noticed much growth in this plant since going into flower at just a day or two over three weeks old. But I have noticed growth in buds and pistols.. Pineapple auto #1- This girl was really coming along this week! I was so excited to show u guys/gals her progress so did some last minute tucking lastnight before bed and snapped a branch:(. Today she seems to be doing ok so hopeful she will not stress out and back track me a week but u live and u learn. Pineapple auto #2- Guys this is my 🌟 she is doing amazing and loving the scrog as you can see from the photos. With a fabric tape I measured her out to be 19 7/8 inches. This is my best growing plant of both grows I have going now.

She’s almost ready. Really surprised me around the 5th week of flower letting this one go a little later. I feel she still needs more time. Probably gonna water/nutes one more time, and start the flushing process.

LoL, a little bit of burning on the edges of the leaves, not too much to worry about Progress looks very good Her bud is growing slowly, but dense I made the feeding with just a bit more than 1 L, about 1.25L the molasses is not measured, i just took the back of a spoon and dipped it, and stirred it into the watering. Do keep in mind that i'm only using about 80 watts of light (cob led).

well, last days are ahead, I have to say it's been an interesting first grow :) the smell is amazing guys. fruity as hell! like melon..:) one of the plants has sick, brown spotted leaves, but the buds look fine. the other two has nice healthy leaves. Would you recommend a 24h dark period before I chop them?:) thanks for reading!

Last week I had decided to flower the plant as it is growing very large, here are a few notes for new growers. Always flip your plant's light schedule when the plant is at the desired height this plant is now 3 1/2 feet tall. Cannabis plants tend to double in size depending on how well they are taking care of. If you do not pay close attention to the height of your plants you will inevitably have a plant that will outgrow your tent. Here are a few notes for some growers that have not grown in h20., First you can grow your cannabis in any substrate you want, the substrates that growers put here are common that you can find all over the Internet and in some local flowering shops however, all that matters is that the roots touch the water. You can grow in the glass fish balls, you can grow in non-toxic gel balls, you can pretty much grow in any substrate you want. Second note: growing in h20 in my opinion is a lot more easier than growing in soil. Some growers will say that cannabis has a different taste in soil there is no science that concludes that the cannabis will taste any better or any less good in H2O or soil. It is all opinion. However, growing in H2O does need to be taken care of carefully. Always remember to make sure no light is getting inside the reservoir and keep the reservoir clean of all debris. It's the same concept of having a pool. If you have a pool with no debridement it will stay crystal-clear with no filtration for a very long time. However, if you get debris in a pool unwanted organisms will start to grow such as algae bacteria, and other things that you would not want to touch your body, take that concept and apply it to a cannabis plant. Hydro guard is a failsafe in case you are too lazy to keep the reservoir clean. It will prevent root slime rot and many root problems (It's beneficial bacteria similar to what is in recharge only for H2O) Lastly, Your plants if grown in hydrogen will grow rapidly more rapidly than in soil you yield will be produced faster. Also, remember the substrate is free, if you cannot purchase deionized water you can use regular tap water as long as the PPM is low, even so, you can offset the PPM as long as it's tested. You will save hundreds of dollars in soil Perlite, and other fertilizers. Some growers will state that the chemical fertilizers are bad for you, that is completely untrue and also unproven. Again NASA uses general hydroponics To grow produce in space.

Hello. This is the end of week 7 and the beginning of week 8 of flowering. I'm a bit bummed about this grow. I've read that you just need to force a plant to flower, that's 12 hours of light and 12 hours of dark for the first 3 weeks (I had a tent inside the greenhouse) and then put it outside and it will continue to flower. I thought that was amazing, so I wanted to give it a try. Well, here we are at the end of the 7th week and it looks like the plants are going back into veg. Last year I didn't do up the tent for the last 2 weeks and everything was fine so I thought I would give this keeping it open after the 3rd week a try. Now I know. I can always turn it into hash, maybe dry ice hash. Here's another reason I'm bummed about this grow. I've got spider mites. I'm doing my best to knock them down with my hypochlorous acid. I'm spraying twice a week, but had some yellowish looking leaves, I reread the article (I put up a pic of it a few of weeks ago) and found I had to rinse the indoor plants. So after I sprayed the 1/2 strength acid I waited 10 minutes and rinsed with water. Today I can see more mites than when I sprayed before. So next time I'll wait till the 1/2 acid mix is dry before I rinse the leaves and see if that knocks them down more. If you don't try new things you don't learn. That's what this grow is about, to see if the plants can still keep flowering at my latitude and now that I have mites, to see if the hypochlorous acid will work without killing the plants. Yes, I'm 60 something and still learning. 😃 Be Great. Chuck.

Wedding Cheesecake: one girl finish this week, two others probably in middle of 10 week. Massive plants, tons of yelled. Creamy undertones, sticky buds. Love it! They starve whole grow, didn't have possibility for separate line just for them. Love odor and bud structure. Tropicana Cookies: Second phenotype will be harvested within couple off days. Insane plant, so frosty. It getting more colorful every day Purple Lemonade: First pheno is insane! Shape, size ,color, bud hardness, appearance, frostiness' all attributes to become photo model! Beautiful and high odor in the room! Lighting Parameters: PAR Map: Maximum PPFD is 800, minimum PPFD is 550. VPD: Ranges from -0.1-1.1 Daytime Temperature (DT): 23-24°C. Nighttime Temperature (NT): 19-20°C. Leaf Temperature: 21-22°C. Light Distance: 45-55 cm from the plants. CO2 Levels: 700+ ppm. HLG Scorpion Diablo: Set at 60%, positioned at a 45-55 cm distance. Girls drink less water, so for this week and till the end of flowering new misting timing's Daytime: ON for 50 seconds, followed by 30 minutes OFF. Nighttime: OFF for 50 seconds, followed by 45 minutes OFF. Nutrient Tank (NT): pH: Maintained between 5.80 and 6.00. Stable PH, small drifting up and downs EC: 0.87 Temperature: 19-21°C 01.05.2024 Cruse mode , observing girls, looking trichomes under phone microscope. Still have to wait. Purple Lemonade is almost ready all three girls. This is last week for them for sure. Second Tropicana Cookies will be harvested in day or two.. First and second Wedding Cheesecake are finishing this week. Third still need some time.. Almost all pistils still white, only clear with some milky trichomes Lighting Parameters: PAR Map: Maximum PPFD is 800, minimum PPFD is 550. Low water consumption, girls finishing Tomorrow is harvest day for second Tropicana Cookies and all three Purple Lemonade. Last day off this week is going to be last day for Weeding Cheesecake also. Without AC unit I'm not able to additionally control temperatures.. For drying it will be little higher temps, but it is what it is.. Water keep cool for whole week, from 18c to 20c, This week watering routine is changed to 45s ON time and 45min Off time Every day perform one long misting cycle, 2min ON... Nutrient tank is top-up with pure RO water + Hypochlorous [email protected] 05.04.2024 Second harvest day.. Purple Lemonade all three girls, second Tropicana Cookies also is harvested. Lots off hard buds on this girls, frosty, fat, insanely hard buds. Odor in the room is fantastic 😋 Tomorrow on last day off week 9 , Wedding Cheesecake harvest, first Girl No.3 , then day after girl No.2. Third Weeding Cheesecake is wait for a couple off days or full week. This girl is so massive, its a pounder in yield I think!

Stopped with Ripen (should’ve switched to it earlier). Beginning flush with pH tested water for till harvest.

The Ztrawberriez Auto is very resistant has a great sweet strawberry smell throughout the garden. As you can easily see from my grow question, I was initially afraid for the plants due to the high temperature in the greenhouse (as soon as the sun shone ~40 degrees). It turned out that the plant seemed to like it and rewarded me with beautiful buds with purple tips. Growdiaries won't let me delete the question otherwise this would have happened long ago... She finished very quickly and took just 70 days from seed to harvest. All this confirms that fastbuds is the right address for autoflowers. I'm already looking forward to the next run.
