Week 5 Veg Report: SCROG Netting, Massive Leafs & Precise Data Mastery! 🌱 Girls Growing Stronger Than Ever! 🌱 This week has been truly epic in the grow room—so much so that it’s time to bring in the SCROG net! With the canopy expanding and the younger ones still working to catch up, the SCROG net will help me achieve that perfect, even canopy. A well-placed SCROG not only ensures better light penetration but also gives the smaller plants a chance to spread out and thrive alongside their bigger sisters. Now, let’s dive deep into the SCROG method. The Screen of Green (SCROG) technique is a grower’s secret weapon for maximizing space, light efficiency, and yields. The concept is simple but powerful—train the plants to grow horizontally along the net, forcing them to expose multiple budding sites instead of just a single cola. This way, the canopy spreads evenly, improving light distribution and air circulation throughout the tent. As the plants grow, I’ll gently weave their branches through the screen, ensuring they fill every square inch of space. The end goal? A sea of buds all basking in equal light! 💪 Huge Leafs Everywhere! 🌿 One thing that’s really catching my eye this week is the size of the leaves—they’re HUGE! Honestly, they’re so big I couldn’t resist a little fun, so I made myself some fashion accessories: leaf earrings and a cap from the Super Sativa Seed Club Green Papaya! 😂 And, of course, I captured the moment. But seriously, large leaves at this stage are a great sign of healthy, robust plants. These “solar panels” are hard at work soaking up all the light, driving photosynthesis, and fueling growth. It’s a clear indication that they’re happy, healthy, and thriving in their environment—big leaves mean lots of energy being produced and stored for future bud growth. Exactly what we want! 💧 Precision Feeding with Aptus Nutrients 💧 This week, I took a deep dive into my Aptus nutrient lineup and shared a video explaining how each product affects the water’s pH and TDS. Using the AMP-3 Precision Meter, I’m getting real-time water readings and keeping everything dialed in perfectly. Let’s break it down: • pH: 5.83 • TDS in solution: 445 ppm • Water temperature: 25.2°C The Aptus products are incredible for balancing nutrients without throwing off the pH or TDS too much. I’m fine-tuning my feedings based on these readings to make sure the girls are getting exactly what they need. The precision I’m able to achieve with the AMP-3 is mind-blowing—I get immediate feedback on pH, temperature, and EC, allowing me to make real-time adjustments and ensure the perfect environment for nutrient uptake. 📊 Environmental Mastery Thanks to TrolMaster 📊 Speaking of control—let’s talk about the TrolMaster system! Between the DSH-2U Humidity Station and all the other sensors, I’ve created the perfect environment for my plants. Here’s where we’re at this week: • Temperature: 26.2°C • RH: 70.6% • CO2 levels: 775 ppm • VPD: 1.0 kPa • PPFD: 423 Thanks to TrolMaster, I can monitor and adjust these metrics in real time, and the best part? I can do it all through the TM+ Pro app, even while I’m lounging in my green papaya leaf hat! 😆 Whether I’m checking the CO2 levels, adjusting the lights, or fine-tuning the humidity, it’s all in my hands with just a tap of my phone. Talk about convenience! 🌱 P.S. – Inline Sensors: Heavy-Duty Precision 🌱 Now, let’s talk about the heavy-duty players in this game—the (PCT-2) Heavy Duty Inline EC/Temp Sensor and the (PPH-2) Heavy Duty Inline pH Sensor. These bad boys are connected directly to the AMP-3 Precision Meter, and they’ve been absolutely crucial in giving me the most accurate readings on my water and nutrient solution. The PCT-2 keeps me informed about the electrical conductivity and temperature of my solution, which is key for monitoring how well my plants are absorbing nutrients. Too high or too low, and we’re asking for trouble, but this sensor ensures I’m always in that perfect range. The PPH-2, on the other hand, is all about maintaining the perfect pH balance. A fluctuating pH can mean nutrient lockout or deficiencies, but thanks to this sensor, I get a constant read on my pH levels, so the plants are always in their sweet spot for optimal nutrient absorption. Day 28 - These ladies are growing like crazy! 2 of them are already almost as tall as my white widow autos that are about 2 weeks ahead! Day 30 - Still stretching like crazy, starting to look much better though I have to say! Day 32 - Ladies are starting to get nice & purple!

Hello I hope we are doing good. It's been one heck of a week for me. So turns out we have one female! Yes sir 👏 Feeling good about that! I've kept the other 2 olants outside for the whole week. Keeping em in the shade bout half the day. They have transitioned well. In the moment my 2x2 is in use. But once it's not I'll be utilizing it. Puting one of the Diamond Belle males in the tent to allow him to flower. I'll do what I can to get a pollen harvest for yall!!! I think that'll be super dope! Lotta hard work. But we got this! Loving ebery moment learning a lot a lot over here. I'll keep the lady in the 4x2 for the rest of bloom ✨️ away from the males aiming for the precision quality 👌 as always. Welcome to week 10💚

started off first time grow with cyco nutrients line was struggling to maintain ph but getting the full swing from 5.6 to 6 happy days

So this week has been interesting for the gorilla and blueberry. They are packing on some weight especially the gorilla the buds are getting super fat. The zkittlez has been a lost cause for a while now. I decided to cut this down once I started to notice some amber trichs. I'll update and put in a harvest once this is dried and trimmed in about 7 days. There wont be much there. Will mainly make hash from this and edibles. My screens are on the way to make some nice sift. I genuinely think I'll be lucky to pull 3.5gs of dried smokable bud. I am now flushing with plain water both of the remaining plants and I am hoping the gorilla can hold off for another 2 weeks so I can cut these both down at the same time and utilize my tent for drying. These should more than make up for the disappointment of the zkittlez. I had 3 oz in my head as a good yield from this first grow and I'm confident I could make 4 by the looks of these plants. There is some nice fading appearing on the blueberry leaves as you can hopefully tell but they defo need to fatten up. Trichs are half cloudy on both plants maybe slightly further on the gorilla.

Oh my. Last week I was talking about N deficiency, but in reality she was perfect! The real big problem was my pH pen, that was broken, and when I thought I was giving a pH 6.5 solution to my plants, in reality the pH was a lot lower than that (maybe pH 4). That's why her leaves all started getting yellow! Runoff PPMs right now, after the feed, are 3100 lol. I decided not to flush her, but I'll give just water until that value decreases a little. Her flowers are bigger, and smell more and more, day after day, of fruit. I LOVE HER. But what a pity for those burned tips! I also have some updates on the clones. One of them created 1 single root, haha, but YAY, I'm so happy about it. That clone was fast! The other two are still there, but my fingers are crossed. There's a video of the clone after all the photos.

Week 7 for the strawberry gorilla from fastbuds 420!!! We gave the last week of xpert nutrients feeding and will continue now with only water, harvest time is soon and at the moment the buds are looking great, nice smell in the tent and the buds are nice and covered in trichomes! The plants are not that big but of course i have quite some plants together in the tent and 7 liter pots so they stayed a little smaller, next time i will do maybe less plants but with the bigger 420 fastbuds airpots!

No complaints so far. Started lst for the first time and she is responding beautifully. I did a little defoliation by cutting 3 fan leave to get more light to the root.

Got them in pots on Wednesday, they're happy and growing like crazy. I buried them deeper in the 5g so they're growing out more than up right now. Getting hard to regulate temp and humidity in that tent as it's colder outside.

It's been great.. upgraded their tent, girls are stretching fairly but not excessively. I remove lst tie downs before flowering [experiment] but had to redo to maximize light penetration, previous topping and lst created a lot of bud sites Happy growing guys..

Went into this week just using mute from fox farm ocean then began nutrients due to deficiencies, getting in under control but overall doing well also started 3 new plants going to start a diary for them soon

После тренировок принято решение поднять ппм до 750-800 и пш 5.9—выход ппм 700-670 , пш 5.6. Наблюдаем дальше , почтение очень красивое и пушистое . 02.08.23-Сделал сильную дефолиацию , растение очень компактное с небольшими листьями и выглядит как зеленей шар ) Все колы находятся на одном расстоянии . Честно говоря это мой любимый цветок 🌹 увеличил ппм до 900 и дал больше места для растяжки ! В планах дать еще 4 недели вегетации и сделать из нее монстра )
