Finally got the time to sit down to do some maintenance and training on this girl🙌
It was a wet and rainy Sunday on 7/25 so we pushed back our Farmers Market a day and I got to get soaked in the garden😅
Cleaned up the interior, removing discolored fan leaves that weren't getting enough light and small branches growing inward that wouldn't amount to much.
Then I did some LST with 4' Bamboo stakes and PGarden EZ Soft Plant Ties. I staked 4 main branches to open up the interior for better light penetration and air circulation👍
When it was all said and done I brought the trim back down to the barn as a treat for my horse Kestrel, he loves snacking on trim leaves!
I also switched the the Neptune's Harvest Rose and Flowering as we're approaching flowering time and also gave them some good old fashioned Crosby's Molasses to get those sugars going!
5/1/2023 - Day 64 Flower: Beginning of week 10. Girls continue to fade. Dropped the light intensity one more notch to level 7 and keeping temps lower. Other than that, just watering as needed.
5/4/2023 - Day 67 Flower: watered with 4 gallons of water mixed with Coconut Powder. Seeing some pinks and more purple. Still not seeing much more amber tricomes, so I want to push these another week to 10 days.
Week 8 of flower... swelling up great... smelling beautifully... trichomes are getting cloudier. Will check again next Monday and see if she needs to go another week.
First week of flower went smoothly. Some stretch the first week but nothing crazy. She was thirsty this morning and watered a few hours before video/photos, hence the droopy bottom leaves.
First feeding occurred this week. Will increase feeding concentrations if major stretching occurs and switch out grow big for tiger bloom as flowering progresses.
Will lower light a few inches this week and see how she responds. Will slowly decrease humidity during flower to increase vpd. Lastly, will start to defoliate as we move through flower.
Video/photos taken 56 days after breaking soil, day 7 of flower.
This week has been excellent for my Black Cherry! Five days ago, it received its first pruning. It was defoliated a bit and the top was pinched. I want to see how the genetics react to stress and how it copes with it. The side shoots have been tied back as best I could. A beautiful bushy growth is slowly forming!
She’s getting frosty and dank
👃🍪🍊🍓🍰🍌🍒🍇🍭👃
Day 29 almost half way , happy with all the phenos so far all frosty so many terps
.. started feed the canna nutrients plants canna pk1314 ..
2 flush’s Got the remo plants all most on the proper Ec again
start of week 2 veg,
i put an aquarium heater in my res to keep the temp 21 celcius
also added an extra airpump in the res with the waterpump
roots are already in the water
i used CFL so far i might hang my led above them now
Alrighty, guys and gals it's another res change and another opportunity to make mistakes haha. All in all, I actually got a lot of helpful advice through the questions forum so a big shout out to anyone that helped with those issues. Unfortunately with the rest of the canopy being somewhat the same height, I decided to leave the lights on 100%. I can't raise them any higher and I just have to better in veg when it comes to keeping the canopy even and encouraging bud sites. I'm super tempted to trim up the top big fan leaves but I honestly am not sure if it would help any at this point in time. I'm looking forward to giving the buds more time to grow though and I'm hoping a surprise myself with a great turnout. I'm still at a loss for when to harvest as far as what to look for with the buds aesthetically. I've heard the trichomes cloudy bit so many times but I guess I just cant tell if I should harvest what's larger done and cloudy then harvest the rest later etc.
Both plants look healthy. I keep defoliating every day and they keep growing new leaves. They are extremely bushy plants. I have elevated their pots as they almost don’t stretch and they are a lot smaller than the rest of the tent now. A trailers net is added to level the canopies end of 1st flowering week.
The bloody timer is gonna be the death of me but all in line and shouldn’t have this problem again. growing right along. Super cropped to even canopy and get some distance from lights. Wish she’d bud out quicker as the babies planted a few weeks back are growing more now too. But patience is key here. Max temp 84.1 Min temp 71.8
Rh max 34% Min 28%
Let's start growing the Z' Gelato😙
I place my seeds in water for 2 hours before planting them in a 0.5L pot of universal potting soil.
3 days later, I see the seedling emerging 🌱😄
I let my seedling grow for a few days before replanting it in its final 7L pot. she seems to like it there.😉

60x60x120cm tent. Basic cheap one not sure what brand, if any. 200w CFL for veg, and a 250w HPS for bloom. Gonna continue with biobizz and maybe a couple of other supplements later down the road. Soil is biobizz allmix. Says pH ready so no need to adjust. Hopefully that's right!
