End of the third week of the stretch and they certain out did stretch indeed😳. Had to crop over the tallest female - she just stretched wayyy too much and that’s gonna go against her in the rankings when we draw out our seed on each plant. The first male has dropped fully and the others are another 1-2 days out from harvest. We’ll collect all that pollen and store it for future use if it’s needed. The plants are all showing both similarities and differences - there’s an even distribution of sativa and indica leaning phenos which suggests that there is def. Some variability in terms of traits for this F1 generation. Exactly what we were looking for as we pare this down to the second filial generation. On the overall growth - absolutely no issues at all with nutritional deficiencies which is a welcome change of pace. The last while we’ve been growing some strains that have shown very odd reactions to nute changes and I suspect this is a result of certain strains simply being bred out too far. Hard to say but the radar is definitely up with the well known breeders right now. We have some real winner pheno clones that we’ve rooted and will be flowering out once we get this tent cleaned up and free of pollen. All told, the run is progressing much better than anticipated and with the rate of turnover through transition, I’m happy to say that there isn’t any one plant I won’t consider test running on the next cycle. We did have some og auto genetics in the tent for pollination as well but that plant is looking like a bit of a mutant. Not sure if we’ll even bother with testing it at this point but you never know. Expect a harvest update on the males as we move in to the flowering side of the grow and then it’s just waiting around for seed👍. Alls well for now. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. Week 3 — Everything’s going well, growing little by little. I’ll start nutrients soon. I’ve noticed some spots on a few leaves, probably genetics, we’ll see…

Last week plants grew very healthy, as they got bushier the humidty raised providing a better enviroment, I could even reduce the amount of water I give them. Planning to move to flowering stage very soon.

Day 74 - still growing, but not looking as healthy as I'd like. Leaves are curling downwards at the tips, and tips turning yellow/brown. I think this is a one of the classic signs of overwatering and over feeding, so have cut back nutes and watering, and will re-assess next week whether or not to go back to old schedule. Have also diluted the reservoir, so oping that a slow gradual easing will sort things out. She also looks quite stunted in growth to me - she's all of 50cm tall. The RQS data sheet advises 80 - 120, but she has been in the RQS Royal Dwarfs shadow, so perhaps needed more of the light earlier on. I was warned about overuse of the PK nute and am think I've learnt my lesson here. Fingers crossed all will be fine. On the up side, she's defintely flowering. Day 75 - might be wishful thinking, but tip curling seems to have been brought under control and looks to be recovering. Phew. Day 77 - definitely wishful thinking. Did some readings, and found ph has leapt up to 6.67, and ppm at around 2500. will ph down a little later, and continue to monitor.

This week went real great, 2 ogreberrys and Bruce banner got trimmed up an jarred ! We chopped the 3 other Ogreberrys on Sunday the 14th , they will hang out to dry for 14 days ! Stay tuned for next update! More trimming an weight an overall photos! Cheers to y’all 😶‍🌫️💨💨💨💨

Good morning little miss sunshine. Using heatmat at 24°C for the first week. Light Power: 40% Soil in the final pot: I use 80% Dope Soil - florganics & 20 % garden compost. The soil was used by two grow sessions before. In the last one I added the compost. For this grow I added a 1/2 cup Dolomite limestone in the middle layer of the earth. To prevent Ca, Mg deficiency. Covered with 5cm old mulch. Watering with 2,5L tapwater and let it flow DAY 6 Cover open and she can feel the first breeze. DAY 7 Welcome in the final 25L pot .

Day 43 this orange is running absolutely faster than the last I did. Every day flowers are getting bigggers and resin is awful to be at 42 days. I’m really loving aptus product, but I really can’t ell what’s is pushing her so fast. Behind, in the video, you can see another auto is a strawberry banana and germinated with just 24 h difference but is starting just now to get into flowering, same soil ‘, same feeding.. incredible Let’s see what s happen

Day 67. Today I will be harvesting as I am out of space and other plants have out grown their tents. The mixture of smell as you open the tent is like a kid in adolescent without deodorant, just dank. When you smell them individually the purple haze is a really sweet and fruity smell. As for the ztrawberriez it's difficult to put my finger on it but it have fruits and citrus.

📆 Semana 7 La Grease Monkey está en modo bestia esta semana. Los cogollos han seguido engordando con fuerza y cada vez se ven más densos y cubiertos de resina. Las flores principales ya empiezan a tener ese aspecto compacto y brillante que promete potencia, mientras que las hojas cercanas están totalmente salpicadas de tricomas, como si las hubieran rociado con azúcar glas. La alimentación sigue basada en XpertNutrients, sin cambios drásticos. Solo he ajustado mínimamente las proporciones para no frenar el ritmo que lleva. El riego sigue afinado al detalle: lo justo para mantener activa la microbiota del sustrato y evitar saturaciones. Los Adlite continúan haciendo un trabajo brutal. La penetración lumínica está ayudando a que incluso los cogollos de las zonas medias e inferiores mantengan una buena densidad. Todo el dosel está funcionando como una unidad, lo que se traduce en una floración muy equilibrada. Las condiciones ambientales siguen bajo control: 22-25 °C de temperatura, y humedad en torno al 55%. Estoy reforzando la ventilación para prevenir cualquier susto ahora que los cogollos empiezan a cerrarse más. El aroma se está volviendo todavía más intenso: una mezcla cremosa, dulce y con ese fondo diésel que le da el toque agresivo típico de esta genética. Los tricomas siguen lechosos en su mayoría, con alguna señal de maduración incipiente, pero aún no es momento de pensar en tijeras. Crecimiento firme, flores con presencia y resina a punta pala… ¡Seguimos creciendo fuerte! 💪
