Decided this week i was gonna keep a 2nd bubba kush seedling that i didn't think was gonna germinate...Gonna get rid of the sour diesel clone....might go back to that strain later..so i will just have KO in this diary..have another diary for the other 2 bubba kush...... also got a quantom board in from alibaba...kinda scary it coming from china but doesn't everything now days...gonna order a few more of the lights for my 4x8 next fall..after this grow probably gonna take July and august off growing maybe keep few clones, but not gonna flower

Gave the photos a haircut today. Removed some fan leaves and lower branches that wouldn't amount to much. Gave the branches to my horse because he loves them! Tried enticing the ducks with fan leaves but they weren't having any of it. They prefer lettuce, not "The Devil's Lettuce"😂 I added in a little 5-1-1 fish fertilizer to my feeding regimen as well. Still picking off inchworms. And as you can see I made it to the hardware store and put up this baby almost completely by myself. I only asked my husband to hold the center roof panel support while I screwed it in. Couldn't have been better timing since hurricane Dorian came through yesterday and we had plenty of rain. Of course it didn't fully protect them but the majority of the rain hit the roof. And then it got down to 49 F last night. It's really Fall now! The big girl (I'm calling her Gen 2, let's see who puts that together) is starting to get frosty. Rogue One is still a little behind but I'm not worried. All in good time, all in good time...

Day 15: 3 nodes now visible on both plants. Day 16: Lights lowered. Canopy now at 20000 lux. At 22" from the canopy, my light is hanging lower than recommended by HLG but I am using a lux meter to ensure the amount of light isn't too much for my plants. I'm at home almost all day almost everyday so it's the perfect time for daily lowering of the lights and monitoring carefully. Day 17: Lowered light to increase LUX readings by another 50%. Canopy now at 30000LUX. One more lowering should bring us into optimal amount of light. Noticed a slight amount of curling on leaves last night so upped the ProCal just slightly. I make my mix using pre dosed calmag & potassium silicate water. I adjusted the final EC with this water to ensure calmag levels remain high enough to prevent the coco from "stealing" it in its own cation exchange points. Ended up adding Green Planet GPH Uptake to the lineup today for the PM feeding. Will continue at recommended dosage going forward. Also picked a foliar calmag. Made a foliar spray with recommended dose of GP Ocean Magic as well; adjusted pH to appropriate level. Did one application then ditched the Ocean Magic as you're only to use this as a foliar once weekly. Made calmag foliar spray and am now regularly using this in my mister. This will allow me to adjust with plain water as to keep the EC down and my nutrient mix stronger. Also had a revelation! Root Guard and GPH Uptake have very minimal impact on EC so therefore can be added after dilution as to insure a full dose of each of these are being applied at each feeding. Day 18: Ladies doing so great now in veg phase of growth. Calmag and Ocean Magic foliar application yesterday and continued Calmag applications throughout the day seem to have really given them a boost. Adding GPH Uptake seems to be a great addition to the lineup. It will take a few more days to truly notice the results.Looking like only a few more days until the Lamb's Breath sees its first round of LST. Noticing a bit of leaf curl on both plants. I have been fertigating with a litre of solution twice daily. I am going to reduce to once daily for at least today. Will try for smaller feeding tomorrow morning and see if I can still achieve the required 10-20% runoff with an EC no higher than 300 points more than inflow. Ceasing foliar calmag applications until plant stops showing signs of oxygen deficiencies, especially the Blue Diesel. Added a Wyze cam to the setup which is awesome. I can check the ladies all the time with out opening up and disturbing their environment. (THIS IS THE POINT WHERE LIGHT BURN WAS FIRST VISIBLE BUT I WASN'T AWARE!) Day 19: EC rose dramatically as i skipped evening fertigation (Day 18). This is NOT a recommended course of action. I was trying to adjust for what looks like oxygen deprivation to the root system of the Blue Diesel (IT WAS ACTUALLY TOO MUCH LIGHT!). I think this plant is lagging behind the Lamb's Breath a bit due to being bleached (TOO MUCH LIGHT!). I believe this may be the root problem (hahahaha!) and why it is a bit behind the Lamb's Breath. Droopy leaves are usually indicative of an over saturation of water in your media. I will fertigate 3 times today to correct EC issues. Still keeping EC to just under 1000 microsiemens. Reducing volume of solution given to the Blue Diesel by half. Day 20: Started LST on the Lamb's Breath. Slowly raising EC back up to ~1000 for the Blue Dream. Lowered the light by about an inch and shuffled the plants just a bit to get optimal light saturation. Everything chugging along at this point now. Day 21 & 22: Soooo I lowered my light too much. Started noticing signs of light burn on the LB. Watched some videos, read some articles then found my manufacturer's recommended hanging height. This HLG 100 V2 should be at 24" for veg stage. So thats where it got put back up to. Measured 20000LUX on the meter still which is within optimal range. I'm sure with the light up higher, the penetration to the lower canopy will be better due to the reflective walls of the tent. I removed the first pipe cleaner of LST on the LB to let it grow up toward the light a bit more. The one day of being tied down has had a dramatic effect on the production of branches lower down. I'll (probably) let it ride out for this week to allow unfettered growth before starting to tie down new branches. Days 23-26: Everything rolling. Figured out optimal EC is around 800 for inflow for both plants. Thinking this may be the optimal inflow EC for the Green Planet Line. Decided to pick up an HLG 65 V2 4000K light as well as an HLG 135w RSpec. Both are KILLER lights for sure. The 65 has really helped in veg phase. I would highly recommend it! Optimal light hanging height ended up being around 24" for the 65 which is manufacturers recommended height. Can't wait to see what the 135w fixture can do. Day 27: Switched lights to the HLG 135w RSpec today. Lowered light down to 90 watts so the lights aren't too much of a change from one day to the next. They are about 50% brighter than the HLG 65 V2 4000K when hung up to the maximum height my tent will allow. It looks to be a sweet light and the plants are getting new hues of green showing almost immediately.

Lots of nice growth this week, though not as much as the Skunk. Added another 2l bottle of sugar/water/brewers yeast to hang over her, like I did with the Skunk. Hopefully it's enough extra C02 to fatten her up a bit. Very sticky but not quiet as loud smelling as the Skunk, also no signs of senescence on her yet but some of the thinner branches are buckling so I had to tie them up. Mites are going ape shit in the soil, video is above. If you grow organic and see these in your soil, it's a good thing as they eat baddies and help to break down nutrients. Fungus gnats are very much under control, I see a few every now and again but the soil microbes/mites keep them at bay.

Hola tod@s, pues aquí tenéis las RQS North Thunderfuck Como podéis ver en las imagenes están a tope, el resultado de las podas no puede haber sido mejor, plantas compactas con 3 - 4 colas principales, pues al hacer la poda apical las ramas inferiores han alcanzado la altura de las principales. Al final no las trasplante a 11l, no quería que se hiciesen demasiado grandes para que tuviesen más espacio entre ellas y así fomentar la circulación de aire para evitar el oidio, en los últimos días ha estado lloviendo y como os he comentado en otras entradas, a no ser que tengas una sala de cultivo con opticlimate o te hallas gastado mucho dinero en aislamientos y equipo, el clima de fuera afecta al interior también. Lo mejor es usar preventivos, así se evitan las sorpresas indeseadas. Pronto empezarán a asomar los primeros pistilos blancos, iré subiendo la EC poco a poco, en esta ocasión creo que podré subir un poco más, esta variedad es una comilona de cuidado, así que llegaré a los 1.9 - 2.0 de EC. Hace tiempo que buscaba una variedad que reaccionase así a las podas, al tener las ramas casi todas a la misma altura recibiran mucha más luz y más tratandose de iluminación LED que penetra menos que otro tipo de iluminaciones, lo cuál debe traducirse en una mejor producción. he realizado una última poda de bajos, ya no podré hacer más, para estimular el crecimiento de las ramas superiores, aparte en estas variedades de hoja tan ancha hay que quitar bastante, sin miedo, por la misma razón que comentaba antes de la penetración de luz. Espero que todo siga así y pronto empezarán a tener las primeras flores, saludos!!! 😃

OMG growing Cosmos F1 from Royal Queen Seeds has been an otherworldly experience! I mean, have you ever seen a plant with a Whorled phyllotaxy mutation? No more nutrients, only ph corrected water. She looks okay and becomes stickier and thicker by the day It‘S gotten very hot in the tent - up to 30 deg celcius even though we have between 15-22 degrees outside if it. My filter is no strong enough to filter out the smell when my temperaturw controlled ventilation ramps up. I‘ll have to buy a bigger one.

Week 5 since light switch to 12/12 The terps are AMAZING and very very strong. Entire place smells when I open the tent. And lingers for way too long. So hard to pin down the exact smell as it changes through the weeks. Sweet creamy skunky gas with a slight new shoe smell. Like that strong brand new fresh rubber or plastic smell you get when you open a brand new pair of sneakers. Everything the same as last few weeks. Same feeding and nutes. I switched to nutes that have zero nitrogen around week 3 but wish I waited another week as my leaves are getting yellow pretty fast already. Assuming it is the nitrogen that's causing it. Buds look super frosty though!!

1st March Mon - So it’s been 3 weeks since I planted her and coming into the 2nd week of veg. I’m happy to say she’s doing well we have now got 2 more leaves so she’s growing well. 2nd March Tue - Updated grow diaries today put out a question on her leaves so will update what I find out. Think I will start giving nutes in a few days but not too sure how to go about that? Will record what I find out, any comments appreciated!!! 3rd March Wed - Nothing new to update today just letting soul dry a little before I add nutes tomorrow. 4th March Thur - First day on nutrients!! Got some fresh ph balanced water at 6.5. Added 4 drops each of Dutch pro soil A+B and 3-4 drops of cal mag. This was added to 2 pints of water gave enough to the plant for it to be damp. Very excited to be moving on with the grow!! 5th March Fri (day 14 since sprout) Very excited to see the plant is responding well to nutrients the leaves are getting much bigger looking forward to see what she has to offer in the 3rd weed of veg. ....disaster struck when I was lowering the light it completely broke off and squashed the plant for no longer than 2 seconds. Only break I can see is on one of the lower leaves but hopefully it’ll bounce back! 6th March Sat - Very very disheartened today! :( but I can only try and see what happens! So I had to take a few hours away after the incident happened because I was ready to go hulksmash on the whole grow tent 😂 but with some advice from a lot of growers on here I’ve got a little motivation to continue! So I’ve tied the plant up with a stick and some thread I’ve very loosely tied it to the stalk so she straightens out. Gave her a little more water with some nutes so hopefully aid her. Will keep everything updated on how she grows with the incident in mind. Any advice at all would be very much appreciated! 7th March Sun - So we’re at the end of “week 2” after the incident I think my girls doing well. I’ve put soil upto her bottom leaves to give her more support as advised!! Gave her some water with nutes hope she picks back up this week. Excited to see how she transforms and grows!! Soon to have yum yums! Myster Strain is purping up. So is 10th Planet. Marrion Berry is starting to color. Although not much at all. Temple Kush x Zkittlez better have something that I can't see. Snowcaine V2. is looking to win the "chunky girl" award and take home the yeild queen trophy. She has also stolen my "eye" from mystery strain. In the next 7 days they will start to come down! :) Gave the girls a bit of a poodle trim. Only did about half the tent due to time restrictions in my real world life. Hopefully there is enough time for the light to even them out down below. BingoBango!

Purple 47 #1 Day 5 from seed. Both mixes contain nutrients for the first 2-3 weeks, so all I’ve been doing is watering with plain ph adjusted water. Purple 47 #2 sprouted yesterday 🌱 Edit; a third Purple 47 was just sowed

The plant has recovered well from the last capping and defoliation🏻‍♀️ A few leaves have yellowed a little, but that's not so bad🏻‍♂️ It will get a compost tea🍵 in a few days when it is sent into flower and then everything will be fine again😊💪🏻🏻 The compost tea is brewed and was given to the Watermelon Runtz at day 49 of Veg🍉🏃‍♂️
