Day 80 This morning I started defoliating Tropicana. She will be in the darkness for the next days. I already harvested a part of the head flower and let it dry trimmed. Because of extreme weather conditions and very high humidity I got a little bud rott. I found it out quit early I think. So I hope nothing will not happen any more. Just harvesting relaxed and drink a Tropicana tee. Day 81 I decided to cut her down in the evening. The humidity in the basement room is high and I don‘t want to risk here anything anymore. Waiting for my first homegrown weed to be vaped. Day 82 Tropicanas flowers hanging to dry in my basement. I check them once per day with a strong light. Day 83 Same same. The smell is wonderful like a bit of gas combined with a fruity flower bouquet. Our neighbors in the house like the smell, too. 🙏 Day 84 I could try my first homegrown weed. It‘s absolutely tasty and have a very smooth vape. I was very surprised cause it‘s not cured yet. A longer vape report will follow when it‘s dried and cured. Day 88 All flowers, sugar- and tee leafs are trimmed and filled in glasses for curing. I open twice per day for 20 minutes. Boveda packs 58% inside. I will fill out the rest of the diarie when my buds are dried, cured and vaped. So far this was a very exciting journey for me. Growing cannabis and even legal on our balcony. Day 28 flowering: Hi all. The mango girls are continuing to swell with lots of fresh pistils and looking nice and crispy too. They are all beginning to smell so sweet of the mango that they take their name from. A real subtle smell that I haven't had before in a strain . The 3 older plants have been stripped out a littlenand some of their big fans removed for airflow but I did not go too aggressive on them as I did not want to slow them down too much They are not too tall and would easily train even lower for a stealth grow. The buds themselves are a nice thickness and show some promise to join up in the coming weeks for mini donkey dicks.( sorry for the term but easiest verbal to visual cue.lol) I initially thought the node spacing on a few was a little wide but seeing how they are forming , this is less of a concern. the #4 at her day 21 is looking ok but her pot had feed pellets used as the nutes and she may be too overfed. I will use just water for her future feeds now. I am very impressed with how easy these are growing and with very little effort needed from me now beside waterings. I am hoping by keeping so much of the leaf intact that it doesn't stop the development within the deeper canopy. There are some really nicely forming buds in there so airflow is a vital concern now they can only get even fatter from here lol be safe and well.

420 Fastbuds FBT2304 Week 4 Weekly update for these two beauties. From sprout to this point they've grown like Champs. A little calmag issues a few weeks back but over all nothing major. Still spraying PureCrop every Monday as preventive maintenance for pest,mold, or any other topical problems. I upped to feeding to 2000ml everyother day and alternating from nutes to just Ph'd water. Week 3 (27-11 to 3-12) What's good everyone? We started this week off with removing the 2 bottom shoots. The next day Santa came early 😁 Got 2 new clip fans and the AC5 Power strip from Spider Farmer. The power strip has 5 outlets you can control in the app, they can be turned on based on a time cycle, humidity or temps. It comes with a sensor that monitors light, temperature, and humidity. And a soil sensor that monitors soil moisture (VWC), temperature, and electrical conductivity (EC). It also has a light adapter to connect 2 lights, that can be controlled in the app aswell. The app shows the current VPD, i try to keep this around 1.0. In the middle of the week we topped her aswell. The next day we increased the light intensity from 30% to 35%. LUX: 13.000/13.500 to LUX: 15.000/15.500 This week's growing conditions were 17.9°C to 22.4°C with a humidity of 55.5% to 67.6% and watered 2 times with 0.5L. See you next week!

Hey ho fellow farmers. My little girl is two weeks old and I feel comfy entering the competition with this diary now, she's established and growing fine. Germination could have gone better, I let her stretch a bit too long, I wanted her to stretch a bit because of my dripper ring, I had seen some very dense and compact phenos of this strain and didn't want to risk mold issues down the line. as a result she fell over at the start of the week, I supported her and she seems to have recovered since. She also threw some weird shaped leaves on her second nodes, likely from the stress of falling over, I tend to find ruderalis does this when stressed, more so than normal weed. Week 1 after flowering started. And it was time for extreme defoliation ✌️

8. Woche, Endspurt. Die Buds schwellen an, Düngung fahre ich allmählich runter. Bald dann nur noch Wasser

My Rainbow Saltz plant has some lighter green leaves, so I gave it a dose of calcium this week, hoping they'll darken up. One of the branches wasn't keeping up, so I pruned it off. Now the shape of the plant is perfect for fitting against the wall in the tent. It's been a challenging week with the constant rain and ridiculously high humidity. Keeping things dry indoors has been a real struggle. Despite the weather, I managed to flip all my feminized photoperiod plants to flower this week. I'm hoping the switch will go smoothly, but with this humidity, it's going to be tough.

Day 10: They have been growing nicely. Beautifull green leafs, no deficiencies or stress. I did some Defoliation and I'm planning to top some plants but not all of them since they make nice main colas as well. Also nice roots so far, will let those grow for another 1-3 days before repotting them into 7L pots. While doing that I will add some new clay for beneeth the pots to have a good run-off. I will add some mycorizza as well to improve the roots and I will water them again with lots of Regulator(anti-stress) and Rhyzotonic( root stimilator). Some days after that, they are ready to get pushed into flowering. Sativas like to grow twice and sometimes even more in size. So the size which they are at the end of this week will be enough. So at the end of this week you will see them being in 7L pots and in a bigger grow space under lots of lamps. There are like 3-5 plants not growing nicely. Might have to kill them. I'm not going to waste time,energy,nutrients on those if they don't grow in size in a couple of days. So might end up with just 235 plants. Il update again at the end of this week. Day 14: I almost finished the rest of the grow room. I still need to adjust and replace the lamps some more and other things. Did many defoliation below the plants. Thoose branches are never going to preduce nice and thick buds anyways. Such a waste of energy and nutrients. Because of the removing of branches and leafs, They get a better airflow and better exposure of light as well. So for now they look a little bit ugly haha and not so bushy anymore, but they will grow into fine looking ladies. I kept 5 or 7 branches each plant and some bigger plants I even topped because I don't want them to stretch alot. Another reason is that I want bigger stems. If other plants that didnt get topped, not improving stems I can still top them until the end of week 1 of flowering. I'm putting them into flowering, by putting the lightschedule to 12hours of light and darkness. It will take a few days before they start preflowering. The first buds will be seen in like 10-14 days. Untill next week!

Last week of feeding. Started the flush already, eyes still pinned on the 25th for harvest.

The colas keep filling out and getting longer and smell amazing. It's been warmer and more humid outside so RH in the tent has gone up. I added a mini air purifier I wasn't using (no ozone) as an extra precaution against mildew. I woke up in the middle of the night on Monday and realized that the air purifier has a light on it so I got up and turned it off. I was worried that I'd messed with the dark cycle so I left them in darkness for an extra 2.5 hours. My cool tube fan fell off the next day, onto my plants. They look undamaged. I taped it up again and set up a safety wire like the filter and fan have. I need a better solution for next cycle. The buds are beautiful and having an even canopy is great. It's hard not thinking about the end result. The buds still look small compared to the big colas of a traditional grow shape but there's still a couple weeks left. There is some bud formation under the canopy but it's a little light. The tops of the colas are fat but short on the 7 gallon plants and taller and thinner on the 5 gallon plants. I did leave a couple offshoots on that developed in late veg/early flower. By the time I caught them, I felt they were too mature to chop and I thought they helped fill out certain areas. But those ones have fewer bud sites and tend to be just a cola on a branch that shoots straight up which is still good. I do wonder if less crowding would have given me bigger buds, but I think it has more to do with pot size. This is week 7 of flower. I switched to half strength nutes and started adding fancy molasses (18ml/gallon). I broke my pH tester and didn't replace my SCROG net until after I finally watered the next day so the canopy changed a bit. I took the opportunity to rearrange the plants a bit. Crystal formation increased a crazy amount the day after I started adding molasses. I think I'll keep adding molasses even during flush. The CBD Blue Shark has this really beautiful white glow. The pistils are very strong and white and the trichromes reflect back this silver light. The leaves are a nice semi-glossy dark green which gives great contrast. It's just a beautiful plant. The Wedding Cake has a lot more colour with lots of red hairs and some yellow tones in the pistils. The fan leaves are more prone to yellowing and death than the leaves on the CBD BS. The buds seem more structurally dense and are really working on these pyramid shapes that look like delicious orange and green snacks. The buds on the CBD Blue Shark are more symmetrical and kind of otherworldly like some kind of sea creature.

Had to axe out the HPS as summer ambient temps are too high , so I lowered the SE5000 to 10 inch off the canopy and the girls have loved it , buds are getting way fat and are covered in mostly clear some cloudy trichs, temps now are 27 c or lower in day time with no HPS , running a dehumidifier at the intake that is able to drop the humidity by around 20% but unfortunately some days I’m fighting 85% -95% humidity keeping a high rate of air turnover and circulation fans is keeping them happy .. finish line in sight hopefully only another 2-3 weeks . The little GZ auto was ready to go in bags today after 2 weeks drying and final weight was 130g around 4 and half oz , it tastes pretty good , sticky to touch and kinda tastes like pink bubblegum , a touch harsh but still needs a few weeks cure .

Day 122. Job done !!! My first apprenticeship, which was documented here , was a success !!! My friend will smoke his own !!! Not a lot tho ;)))) Day 132. Girls still need couple days to dry out and i am extremely happy with such long dry. I personally in my setup never passed day 9 and here is day 10 and still going ..... Day 135. They spent almost 14 days on strings and in my mind could spent two more, but Boveda packs are in and they will cure for a bit ;) Cure day 20. She is super nice. Will try to do updates very soon.
