Made the flip to flower to start this week. Did a bunch of lst to get the side branches booming for the Scrog. Put a second net right above her to start things off spacing and structre wise. Second she starts to stretch its scrog game on! Got her on a well balanced diet to support her transition period. Can't wait to see her explode and take off! Start rowing me out some colas! This week I topped 6 plants, pinched 9, & left 5 alone. I still know some will be male so I'm looking closely every day to see the 1st signs. I moved the 12-14 inch plants away from. The middle light and I noticed 1 of the 14 inch plants has started to root through the fabric 2 gallon.

Day 43 - We are all set for flower, garden is happy, vibrant and healthy. She will be flipped after this to 12 -12. Not much to report as all I've done is LST/bending and defoliation. So not a lot of stress on the girls. Hopefully this encourages stress free plants that will give me some big fruits. At the beginning of week 2 the plants have grown fine, but also developed some yellow leaf-tips, which I assume is from the amount of light they receive. Therefore I decide to hang the both LED-fixtures higher. The LUMATEK ZEUS PRO 600W is now at 75 cm distance and the two SANlight Q6W-Gen.2 are at 90 cm distance from the top of the clones of CANNALOPE HAZE from DNA-GENETICS. The humidity inside the HOMEBOX-tent is kept permanently at 60% during veg. The grow-controller GROWBASE PRO from GROWCONTROL does a GREAT job in keeping a constant environment inside my growtent. As a precaution I put up some yellow sticky traps against fungus-gnats and also hang sachets with predatory mites from KOPPERT (=Thripex PLUS) on every plant. This will prevent spider-mites and thrips to invest my tent, since the predatory mites will eat them right away. I LOVE BIOLOGICAL TREATMENTS and decide on it every time instead of using chemicals, because I grow my own medicine here and dont want ANY CHEMICALS on my cannabis! 👍😎 At the end of week two I slightly increase the light intensity again, by adjusting the dimmers of my LEDs. The Lumatek is now set to 50% dimm-level and the SANlights are running at 60%. Until now there is not much difference to see between the two sides, all plants are healthy and doing well.

The structure, the scent, the resin… this is where Permanent Marker starts telling her story. 🌿 Week 8 Flower — The Week of Truth This is an important week. One of those weeks where the plant stops building and starts finishing. 💥 Bulking Mode Activated Both phenos are packing on weight — visibly, daily. The buds are: – swelling – stacking – becoming denser – pushing calyxes outward – and bathing in trichomes The flower-room smell is now borderline illegal — loud, sticky, sharp, with that signature Permanent Marker funk rising stronger day by day. 🎨 Colors Coming Alive Our tall mama — the one reaching for the moon — is showing magnificent colors: – deep reds – purples – warm fades – cool gradients across sugar leaves This is likely a mix of genetics + low-nutrient organic finish + light intensity + heat swings. I transplanted the plants into larger pots, the photoperiodic in a 50-liter pot filled with supersoil while the auto fractal by divine seeds in an 11-liter pot hoping there are no problems. Delay on the autoflowering, humidity at 75%, pH of the osmotic water 6.5, air conditioner 25 degrees, marshydro fc4800 .

Finally flipped the lights over to flower mode and took the humidifier out of the tent. So far so good we are gonna keep watching to make sure we didn't over do the nuts. Don't want any Nut burn that can be annoying. make sure you hit the follow button

I grew two plants of the FFT1 testers. I started them indoors in the spring during COVID19 lock down. The germination date was the week of March 25, 2020. I didn't start the grow diary at that time because I was having a really hard time coping with the COVID19 non-sense and I wasn't sure I was completely committed to properly documenting the grow. In the end, I think this grow helped me cope... ha! So I topped one FFT1 plant, and let the other grow 'native' with no interventions at all. Both were grown totally organically with no added nutrients. We moved the plants outside on May 1, 2020 into our home made greenhouse/trellis. I took a few photos but I was still not committed to documenting the grow. I wasn't even sure if the plants would grow well considering I hadn't provided them with any nutrients at all. In fact I felt like I was neglectful of the ladies LOL. It became clear to me by June that these plants were gonna take off... they were growing like mad! I realized that I really HAD to share what was going on in my back yard. Also, I had made the commitment to FastBuds, and I was sure they would want to see the plants. I started this journal as soon as they started the first signs of flowering. By the time the stretch was done Big Mama (my first FFT1 plant) was an insane monster at 10 feet fall. Little Sister (the second FFT1 plant) was a solid 7 feet tall. Big Mama had been topped and mainlined and holy cow she was HUGE with eight main colas. Little Sister had not been topped and she was less than half the size. The buds were beautiful as you can see from the photos. They weren't super fat, and they weren't super frosty, but they were like piles of spaghetti noodles with beautiful streaks of amber. There were bud sites ALL OVER. Near the end of the grow, as the buds were 99% ripe I started to see small spots of bud rot in Big Mama. That's when I pulled the trigger and started the harvest. COVID19 put a real damper on our harvest party, but we were able to call in a few friends from our 'bubble.' Big Mama's wet yield was around 2600g and Little Sister offered 1300g. I was totally astonished. I have to LOL any time I look at the numbers LOL. We trimmed all of Big Mama by hand, but lost our steam for Little Sister. Her trim was rough, and we will have to use our Trimbag to clear off some of the foilage... I adjusted my dry weight numbers to accommodate for this. We dried them in the mesh tiered dry racks for the first few days and then moved them into large paper bags. They are not quite as dry as I think they should be, and so I have adjusted my dry weight numbers to reflect this. Total dry weight for both plants is coming in at 2000g total which is around 4.5 pounds. We put a bunch in the vapes and had a whole lot of fun! The vibe is a solid hybrid offering lots of energy for chit chatting and talking shit. But it's not a racy energy... it's somehow relaxing at the same time. We watched Alone on Netflix and made out... while eating ice cream and chips LOL. I was properly stoned. Stoned as fuck. My eyes were completely red and Njaak was a squinting grinning mofo. He's saying it's his new favourite, and that's before it's cured. This bodes well! So we have put the weed back in paper bags for the cure and are excited about this one. The flavour... we are going with sweet with a bit of citrus, but I think we need a bit more time to let it cure before we could offer reliable data. I'll update more on that later.

Blue Banana Cream by Mademen Genetics - Week 5 Update VPD aim 1-1.2kPa Continuing from the last update, this week has shown even more trichome development. Pheno #1: Bud structure remains airy, but trichomes are steadily increasing Pheno #2: Medium-density compact buds, showing traits reminiscent of the Banana lineage The grow room is starting to fill with a stronger aroma as the plants enter the bud-building phase. Exciting progress ahead—thank you for following along!

This strain was an easy girl to grow. Very vigorous and towered over her double grape sister. She didn't develop the most dense nugs but I will attribute that to my lame light setup during this grow. She grew under 2 mars 300s and 1 hlg65 4000k in between. I've rolled 1 joint that got me pretty baked. I would judge this particular pheno as sativa leaning. I also vaped a bowl through the mighty and she still has a very green taste because She hasn't been curing very long. She developed a beautiful color when she ripened at the end of flower and yielded 54.8 dry grams of beautiful buds. I had probably another 40 or 50 grams of trim from this lady also. Next time I grow this strain, I will be dropping her in a much bigger pot. Harvested when trichomes were mostly foggy with maybe 5% amber. The biggest auto I have grown yet.

Gaia F1 is looking to be experiencing a bit of a growth spurt, which is nice to see! Hopefully, she will start progressing a little bit more next week. The leaves are a nice green colour looking very healthy, very pleased. I have added an additional 100Watt UVA/UVB lamp, as the uppermost canopy of Acapulco Gold is blocking pretty much everything in the tent. Hopefully, this will aid the shorter plants in surviving until I can harvest it. There will be so much more space and lighting. Can't wait! 😅 Here is what I did this week. 25.9.25: I watered with 2L of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.5 with; 💜 Sea K PH: 6.5 PPM: 565 The fungus gnats have really increased since I did a watering of the whole tent. I have some more sticky traps set out, and I will not water for several days. Once it has dried the top soil, I will add some more Diatomaceous Earth to the top 5cm. I am very proud of it 💚💪👍 I use the new PH and EC meter Aqua Master Tools P110 PRO, the measurement is fast and accurate. So far I manage to keep the PH and EC as they should be. I use Biobizz Bio +/- for correction. These are excellent products. I think that the plants definitely have a very good effect of spraying with Vita-Race and the excellent PRO-MIX Connect Mycorrhizal powder for root support. All the girls have been very strong and stable since they were little 💚 Training: As I mentioned above, I did the first LST and defoliation, the plants usually quickly re-leaf, other branches also grow quickly. So in this third week I do two defoliations and two LSTs 🍃🌿 This plant is a little different, but I still did a very good LST and the plant is now making two main buds 🌺 The girls are growing in a tent: Mammoth Pro+ 80, with reinforced reflective Mylar 600D foil Lighting: Mars Hydro TS1000, this light is sufficient for lighting in my growing space. Today we're feeding sweet gelato Also we're adding extra LST To secure the lady and make her grow even some more ✓ She's doing good, taking her time Now she's comfortable in that big pot She's got a mega mix soil w a lil bit of everything good for her to develop well thru the stages Also we've got good temp and good humidity lvl For now on just gotta keep feeding them and securing LST because soon she will become a monster and if we miss one day it's going to be really hard to follow, sometimes LST can be really hard to do and takes tons of your time but all of it is beautiful :) Alright guys I guess I will keep you up date if something comes up!
