Hi guys, this week has been great for plant growth..they are 85cm tall and I think they will grow a little longer. You can see the future buds that will be covered with flowers. From this growth I am learning that the FIM technique is better because the buds will all be at the same height and look much more (as you can see in plant number 4). Pistils begin to appear and in the next week I hope to see more pistils. Stay Tuned 🦍

Start of week 4, the blueberries had major bud growth during week 3 and they filled in nicely. There are a few signs of deficiency in the larger fan leaves, but overall I'm very happy with how the blueberries are growing. The Super Lemon Haze is showing signs of deficiencies, she's also hungrier than the blueberries, she got an extra 2 liters of nutes at 1/4 mute strength, the last two weeks. She may require full strength nutes in the extra feeding, to help with the deficiencies. Still, bud site development is coming along nicely on the SLH.

-Cotton Pad method - before putting them into cotton pads soak seeds in bottled drinking water - !!! DO NOT SOAK THE PADS !!! - just give them a few gentle sprays with a mist sprayer then put 2 seeds in 2 cotton pads like a sandwich and spray that sandwich again. - put cotton pad Sandwich in baggie with little opening for air circulation and spray into baggie one Last time - everything together in an dark medium warm spot and wait for about 24-48 hrs

BHB has stretched from 20 cm to 70 cm in 3 weeks. DinaMed is at 50 cm. DinaMed's deficiency seems much better since flipping to flower. EC of BHB 1.3, DinaMed is 1.1, New air pump is shooting 396 Gal/h per bucket compared to just 58 last grow. Root mass has doubled. No sign of rot or root problems. Check out the video for more.

Day 43. One Blackberry is going for the roof. Both late ones are small and have 33 days to flower .... Ridiculous ... That run shouldn't happen. But I have at least 5 okeish plants and hope to push them with Mars SP3000 as extras, plus first wavers will be starting to fall , so more space and light .... Day 44. Two smallest girls should go and are going. I will create second proper grower this year already ! I gave to this guy 5 Alaskan Diesel seeds for this year to try to grow, but only because of time - I can't finish smallest two - so I will give them for my friend as well. One turn out not so bad from those 3 lategoers , so I hope 30 days of flower will be enough for her ... One Strawberry Banana looks like a magazine cover girl ! Day 46. Yesterday I kicked them out and it was frosty night, both went down , some branches froze ... It will be interesting ... Welcome to week 5 of flower. Trichome production and the density of the buds is really starting to accelerate. My dehumidifier is not stable, so VPD ranges from 1.2-1.4. I lightly defoliated 31/10 and last watering was 6/11 👽👉7/11 The day after watering and the day my timer messed up my 12/12 schedule. But hope it brings no problems. I defoliated lightly and only removed most under the SCROG line. Even a couple of underdevoloped branches that stretched below SCROG-net got cut. 👽👉8/11 Their smell is starting to get more extreme. 👽👉9/11 I removed a bit of the bottom foliage and cleaned up the dead leaves. It has been really tight around the SCROG net, so it was highly needed for airflow and humidity 👽👉10/11 Waterday* ml/L change from last watering - to this. They had 48 hrs of darkness, and the time has come to say goodbye to my friends. I thanked them again, spend some time with them, and under the sound of Amazonian shaman's harvest and healing songs (will post link), asked for their gifts, and apologized for taking their lives. I do this while in contact with the plants, touching, smelling them, observing every detail, no thoughts, just in the present moment. I feel emotional as I do this and remember how they were a companion, a source of distraction in a time of worry, sadness, and loss. How they already comforted me and kept me company in a time of painful insights about honesty, commitment, and staying true to myself. And I proceed with the harvest as I visualize my intentions with every cut. Branch by bud laden branch is tenderly untangled from the scrog net, taken with a clean-cut and immediately hung upside down in the grow tent, which will now double as a curing and drying room. So the grow had dried in 7 days, what I wanted to be 14 at least. Thankfully, its Sativa ancestry shines through, the smoke isn't harsh, the buds a sticky and smelly, no hay smell at all. We ended up at 246 grams, excluding a shitload of larf and popcorn bud, totaling at 310 grams all in, a first at a gram per watt for me, but for the Zambeza seed competition, I stated we would only weigh the quality bud. Overall I'm very happy!!
