9/1 - Start of week four and all four of my Purple Microdots are female! That means I got 100% feminine seeds from this round and they are looking strong. One of the ladies is split at the main cola as if she had been topped...even though she hasn't. Can't wait to see how she turns out. Watered all today with RO water and molasses. 9/4 - Just a light water and some LST today. Still no nutrients and they are looking fabulous. Moving them just about a quarter of the way around the pot. They are really starting to become bushy and branch out.. They are all very green and looking great. 9/6 - First signs of flower! Each of the four have little pistils coming in and they look beautiful. I come in each day and water and do a little LST on all the ladies and that's about it. Will feed at the end of the week.

Nuevamente repito siempre el mismo proceso en el cuidado de la planta en cada etapa. Siempre cuido el ph que para mí es lo más importante en este trabajo. Despúes todo lo demas se puede mejorar.

Watered in 2ml of ChitoSal this week, also introduced TNB Naturals Co2 "The Enhancer" into the tent to help raise the Co2 levels in the 2X4 tent. Adjusting LST ties as the plant grows, and removing drying/dying fan leaves from first and second node.

Week 29 – Flowering Week 7 This week clearly marks the final phase of the Pineapple Upside Down flowering cycle. There are no major changes to report, as the plant is now approaching the end of its life cycle. This strain is listed for approximately 45 days of flowering, which corresponds to around six weeks. However, due to earlier light stress, the cycle extended slightly beyond its theoretical duration. At this stage, feeding has been completely stopped. The plant is now running on Flawless only, dosed at 2 ml per liter, with the pH maintained between 5.8 and 5.9. The objective is to flush properly and allow the plant to finish cleanly. Trichomes are being closely monitored using a loupe. They currently appear mostly cloudy, with a small percentage beginning to turn amber. This indicates that the plant is well within its optimal harvest window. Light intensity has not been increased and will likely be reduced slightly in the coming days. The goal is to avoid trichome degradation, limit heat stress, and allow the plant to finish maturing gently. We are now in the final stretch of this grow. Harvest is expected within 5 to 10 days, depending on trichome evolution. This run was not an easy one, but the focus now is to guide the plant calmly toward harvest and close the cycle properly. .just watering with monomagnesium and starting flowerbooster . She’s starting to yellow up from the down to upper parts . It’s getting hot like 26-28 degrees that’s not optimal and leafes are hanging a bit on the lower parts . Overall she’s still doing great . Added a 2nd mars hydro fan to the lower part of the tent. Should’ve listened to my bro @laxx who said it ain’t that smart growing in the tent at this time of the year . He was unfortunately right . But we keep going let’s see if the weather gets better or if she’s fighting through it or not :D Every day is a learning :D

Terpenes are aromatic compounds that give cannabis some of its most distinct aromas from citrus and berry, to more earthy tones. Many species of plants produce and emit terpenes in a diurnal, or daily cycle that is regulated by a complex web of signaling. There are also many plants that emit terpenes at night to attract nocturnal pollinators (Marinho et al., 2014346). Regardless of when the terpenes are produced or emitted, these processes are often dependent upon cues derived from natural light/dark cycles via a native circadian clock (Dudareva et al., 2004). Several light-sensitive pigments are involved in these processes of production and emission, and the different photoreceptors are dependent upon different wavelengths of light to be activated or deactivated. Emission of terpenes is a process that is entirely dependent upon phytochromes and red/far-red light cues in most plant species (Flores and Doskey, 2015). For example, repeated light/dark phytochrome signaling is necessary for the emission of terpenes in tobacco plants (Roeder et al., 2007). Based on previous findings, we hypothesized that a lack of red light and phytochrome-mediated light/dark signaling on the part of the plant is responsible for an increase in terpene content in cannabis. The plant continues to synthesize terpenes, but a lack of red light to trigger the Pr-Pfr shift results in a lack of terpene emission by the plant, thus causing the terpenes to accumulate in the maturing flowers. Sound waves stimulation could increase the plant plasma-membrane H+-ATPase activity, the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, and amylase activity of callus. Week 3(Bloom): She has packed on a lot of pistils this week. Overall she’s looking really good. I think I’m under watering her. Last night and tonight when the light came on she looked pretty droopy. I’ve given her some more water today. Tomorrow when the light comes on I’ll give her a look and see. I did lift the plant to see if it was heavy or light, she was very light. Hopefully she snaps out of it. I’m very happy with this girl. This week the growth wasn’t as rapid, this could be because of not enough water, not sure though. This girl was a fast finisher harvested on day 46 of flower, nearly 7 full weeks.

2/13: Stem still seems stretched from the shell being stuck on the leaves. 2/16: Decent heat stress observed an afternoon. Temperature was 80° and the light has been at 100%. Move the light to 26 in and open more events in the tent and window in the room to let in cold air overnight. Time to temperature got down to 62°. 2/18: Heat stress is improving. Keeping her well watered.
