Still wet, but I am very happy with the result for my first grow :) The autos grew much bigger than I expected and I underestimated the growth spurt during flower, so I had increase the setup beyond what people might see as pure budget. Anyway I can't wait to try :)

Hello growers day 29 with the Tropicana cookies auto she is struggling to get light I think my other plants are to big for her so Iv started the other 2 seeds I got from pev and there looking better already iv got them in a little tent and they are thriving I will add pics of them next week until then be safe and happy growing ✌️🏻

This is my first week of flush! Day 1 of week 13: Today I first watered 0.5l of tap water with a ph of around 8. Since there is minimal runoff I decided to water another 0.5l of decholrinated water with a ph of 7 for a total of 10% of the pot volume. Runoff was around 10% of that litre. From now on I think I will be watering less often at around 0.5-1 litre at a time. (with enough time for the medium to dry out in between PS: The sun will definitly help with that). I also water twice to keep the ph value of the medium in check without needing to use up all of my destilled water. Day 2: Plant was way to wet to water so I left her. Day 3: Earth has already dried out completely and I watered with 0.5 litres of distilled water. Day 4: 50/50 mix of distilled/tap water (250ml/250ml) Day 5: Plain tap water (1.25 litres) [todays temp: 37 degrees] Day 6: No water Day 7: Plain tap water (1.25 litres) [todays temp: 32 degrees]

Looking good. One more dose of nutes day 99, then flush. Some of the prettiest purple bud I've grown. Def running again next grow. Day 101, chopped and trimmed a sample nug.

I thanked them again, spend some time with them, and under the sound of Amazonian shaman's harvest and healing songs (will post link), asked for their gifts, and apologized for taking their lives. I do this while in contact with the plants, touching, smelling them, observing every detail, no thoughts, just in the present moment. I feel emotional as I do this and remember how they were a companion, a source of distraction in a time of worry, sadness, and loss. So the grow had dried in 7 days, what I wanted to be 14 at least. Thankfully, its Sativa ancestry shines through, the smoke isn't harsh, the buds a sticky and smelly, no hay smell at all. We ended up at 246 grams, excluding a shitload of larf and popcorn bud, totaling at 310 grams all in, a first at a gram per watt for me, but for the Zambeza seed competition, I stated we would only weigh the quality bud. Overall I'm very happy!! Got a new light this week, it's basically a HLG 260 R-Spec except locally manufactured using the same Samsung LEDs. Big Mumma got her 60x60cm tent today and will go in there under one Viparspectra 300W blurple (130w from the wall). I trimmed her, super cropped her main stem and added a scrog net in preparation of flowering her in the next couple of days. Because my other plants were getting up past 75cm after 7 days of flower (100cm is my absolute max) , I decided to supercrop the canopy back down to about 60-65cm - it was pretty scary and I definitely broke the outer stem on some of them. Also gave them a good trim. Fortunately most bounced back strong the next day which are the most up-to-date photos you see (17/4/20).

I struggle with them every day...I break them, bend them, but they persistently want to hit the lamp. And ofc a bit of light burn

This plant is coming back strong 💪🏻 I was getting a lil worried there for a second bet I’m not now do well growing fast she will be a nice bush in no time I’m doing some LST on her Topping And pulling a few big leafs out of the way so the under growth come up nicely I did some more topping Monday and I put a layer of Hi nitrogen compost on top they are growing at a rapid pace now witch is good to make up for starting so late
