Hey guys :-) First of all I have to say that all 5 strains I have in the tent from Amsterdam Genetic are beautiful genetics 👍 . This week they were repotted into 8L fabric pots. When repotting, 2 g of Green House Powder Feeding Bio line were added per liter of substrate :-) . That's enough until the first flowers start 👍. Watering was done twice this week with 0.8 l each. Otherwise everything was cleaned and checked and fresh osmosis water was mixed. Thunderbird is an allegory; his conflicts with other forces in nature are then an attempt to allegorize relationships observed in the natural order, such as the changing of the weather. He is essentially an attempt to represent the patterns of activity of a powerful, mysterious force in a way that can be understood simply and easily – sort of the way in which a weather map functions today. Moving from18x60x60 = 64,800 seconds in 18 hours. 64800x860(ppfd) = 55,728,000 umol per daylight. Into Flower 12x60x60 = 43,200 seconds in 12 hours. 43200x1145(ppfd) = 49,464,000 umol per daylight. It's asking a lot of Rubisco regeneration to maintain 50 DLI in the 12 instead of 18. Raised the ambient CO2 to 1200 to 1500 ppm to achieve efficient gas exchange. Not particularly recommended, but adding sugar to an indoor growing medium is a highly effective way to stimulate microbial activity, which rapidly breaks down the sugars and releases CO2 through cellular respiration. You can safely capture this CO2 to fertilize indoor crops and boost photosynthesis. While this process works, the setup requires precise understanding and management to avoid common indoor growing hazards. The plant Carbon to Nitrogen C:N ratio defines the balance between structural carbon (sugars/cellulose) and nitrogen (proteins/enzymes). It acts as a master regulator of plant health, growth, and metabolism. Rubisco (Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase) is the engine of photosynthesis responsible for fixing atmospheric CO2 into sugars. It is intimately tied to the C:N ratio for three primary reasons. It is the Plant’s Biggest Nitrogen Sink, Drives the Carbon Side, and it is the Nitrogen Control Knob. Understanding this relationship allows you to predict how plants respond to environmental stress or fertilizer. Rubisco acts as the primary storage sink for leaf nitrogen, accounting for up to 30% to 50% of a C3 plant's soluble protein. Deep Green Leaves signal a rich abundance of both chlorophyll and Rubisco proteins. The plant possesses the heavy enzymatic machinery required to handle 1145 PPFD. Pale or yellowing leaves indicate a nitrogen deficiency. The plant is actively breaking down its own Rubisco to salvage nitrogen for newer growth, drastically reducing its light-tolerance threshold. Subtle difference, but understanding is important in order to be able to judge when to dial light intensity up and light intensity down, when to push, and when to back off. An extra dose of magnesium is vital if a plant is going to push through the growing pains of high-intensity lighting. Foliar application of magnesium is an excellent and rapid way to assist with Rubisco regeneration within a plant, so long as it is applied correctly. Spray strictly in the early morning or late evening, mixing your magnesium with a little fulvic acid or chelator, but only when she gets a little limey on top. This, for me, is the experience of growing, akin to "riding the surf" maintaining efficient Rubisco regeneration through visual identification of the shade of green. Surf a razor-thin wave when balancing light intensity, nutrient availability, and transpiration to maximize Rubisco enzyme efficiency. Keeping the Calvin cycle fully charged without tipping into nutrient toxicity, light stress, or the dreaded chlorosis requires paying close attention to the visual cues the plant provides. By monitoring these subtle shifts in color, turgor pressure, and leaf posture, you adjust your environmental controls and surf that exact razor-thin wave. Nute recycling acts as the vital execution mechanism for autophagy, which defines senescence. Natural senescence is a genetically programmed developmental stage aimed at nutrient recycling, whereas triggered autophagy is a rapid survival response activated by environmental stress. While both processes utilize the vacuole to break down cellular material, their triggers, selectivity, and overall goals are entirely different. Cannabis plant senescence is not separate from nutrient recycling protocols; rather, nutrient recycling is the primary physiological purpose of senescence, and autophagy serves as the core switch mechanism executing both processes. Takes about 24 to 48 hours to notice visible changes once the signals have initiated the autophagic response. Not too late at all. A little bit of fade from senescence 2 weeks from harvest is normal and genetically expected. Send the C:N 32:1 signal 1 week from harvest for the best effect in your organic grow. Understanding what makes leaves fade is not always senescence, but also strongly linked to Rubisco regeneration. That's a whole other subject. Vital to understand the differences if you want a correct diagnosis and to transition from hobby grower to master stoner, differentiating between a true genetic fade and a decline in photosynthetic proteins. Nitrate is nitrate, whether it oxidizes or not is not up for debate. If it's not sunk by the plant you are smoking some if not all of, it's regardless of what your feelings are on the matter. Senescence is highly critical. It is the natural end-of-life stage where the plant redirects energy to ripen flowers. Properly managed, it breaks down harsh chlorophyll, allowing the terpenes (which provide taste and aroma) to peak. Harvesting outside this window leads to an "unripe" or degraded flavor comparable to going without. To initiate the response you seek, you can trigger it multiple ways, when growing synthetically its triggered by nutrient starvation, generally when the entire medium is flushed. This is more to do with N starvation than being entirely empty. Nonetheless. PK boosters are N starvation through maximizing P and K. (Generally only works for synthetic grows) Normally, a medium only holds 10-30% of its nitrogen as ammoniacal ta part boosts this to 50% as it triggers the "ripen" signal, but you don't want to keep ammoniacal above 30% for more than 7-10 days if you can help it. Its a trigger mechanism no more. PK BOOST with 50% ammoniacal N signals floral maturation. PK BOOST with N starvation signals nutrient recycling/sinking. Because you are using organic nutes and you want to maintain the rhizosphere, what you want to do is add carbon in the form of sugars (powdered molasses). It's almost impossible to empty a medium enough when microorganisms are constantly releasing nutrients into the direct EC. Very difficult to initiate starvation responses with ammoniacal nitrogen. Manipulating the C:N ratio is the key to triggering an autophagic response and resulting nutrient recycling in the last days using organic nutes and without having to flush. Generally not recommended for new growers. So do what you want. But if you don't trigger the plant to dump its nitrates into root zones, you will smoke nitrates as NO3- does not oxidize during the dry and cure no matter what you do or how long you dry or cure. Doesn't matter what anyone "feels" about it, how many grows they had with no fade. "Clover steals valuable nutrients." Crop and drop the clover come flipping to flower, its benefit comes from creating an airy and porous rootzone. I don't need to crop and drop once the plant fills the canopy, she blotches out the light, and the clovers die. This is the nitrogen the microorganisms use to convert carbon for respiration throughout the flowering stage.

Tag 29: Die 5te Woche ist gestartet, ich habe neue Triebe runter gebunden und vorhandene Drähte neu gesetzt. Beim nächsten gießen werde ich Green House Feeding Bio Bloom in die Erde geben um die Blüte vorzubereiten. Sollte ich die Blätter die entweder einen CalMag Mangel oder einen Düngebrand hatten entfernen? Tag 30: LST wieder einige Triebe runter gebunden und die alten Drähte neu gesetzt. Tag 31: Heute habe ich allen Pflanzen ca. 5g/L Topfvolumen Green House Feeding Bio Bloom als Topdressing gegeben und anschließend mit PH 6.5 Wasser gegossen, erst 700ml pro Pflanze mit einem Pumpsprüher und Nebeldüse, ca. 30 Minuten später 1L Wasser langsam mit einer kleinen Gießkanne und als letztes 2 Std später nochmal 1L Wasser mit einer kleinen Gießkanne. Mit dem Dünger habe ich schonmal Vorbereitungen für die Blütephase, welche ich Ende dieser Woche einleite getroffen. Ich denke ich werde diese Woche noch einmal gießen müssen wo ich wieder CalMag in das Wasser mische. Tag 32: Heute über eine Stunde LST betrieben und versucht alle Pflanzen ungefähr auf eine Höhe zu bekommen. Tag 33: Wieder fast alles Drähte und Clips neu gesetzt die Pflanzen geben gut Gas, Zelt sauber gemacht, Flexitray reingelegt und alle Töpfe auf Gitter Untersetzer gestellt. 2 Tage noch dann Wechsel ich in die Blütephase. Tag 34: Alle Pflanzen nach meinem Gießschema 15% vom Topfvolumen also mit 2,7 L NL gegossen, Wasser PH 6,5, 1g/L Green House Feeding Bio Enhancer, 0,8ml/L BioBizz CalMag. 700 ml NL mit Drucksprüher und Nebeldüse die Erde angefeuchtet, 30 min. Wartezeit dann 1 L NL mit Gießkanne in kleinen abständen gegossen und zuletzt nach ca. 1:30 Stunden nochmal 1L NL langsam mit einer Gießkanne gegossen. Tag 35: Der letzte Tag der Vegetativen Wachstumsphase, alle Pflanzen kontrolliert und durch LST für mehr Licht gesorgt, ab morgen stelle ich auf Blütephase um, mein Fazit für diese Woche, eigentlich lief alles ganz gut obwohl einige Pflanzen leichte Mängel aufgewiesen haben. Ich hoffe durch die Zugabe von CalMag und Green House Feeding Bio Bloom reguliert sich alles. Trotzdem bin ich ganz froh wie mein erster Grow bisher verlaufen ist.

The Ak2.0 are flowering up nice. Cycle nutrients seem to be feeding them nice. Girls are large, will give them more wattage next run. Cmd lights were just not cutting it. Will use the hid for vegging like I always did.

This is the start for week 9 and got to doing some last training and ended up splitting the middle stem, that end up with her got into shock unfortunately, she don't seem to understand happy but we will see

Thanks to growdiaries I followed the entire growing stages of the plant seeing all the little details usually not seen. Sincerly I expected more than 30g with the nutriens and light utilised anyway it is a good result.

ciao a tutti, le piante sembrano stare bene. Da quando ho tolto lo scrog non mi sembra ci siano state molte differenze nella struttura generale delle piante, sembrano stare su anche senza l'aiuto della rete. I fiori hanno iniziato a formarsi, ma ho alzato la lampada di qualche cm perché la punta dei fiori della purple punch stavano diventando albini per la troppa luce (che stava causando il problema), mentre nessun problema nella glookies. Le piante sono alte all'incirca 40 cm e sono molto simili per superficie occupata, tuttavia la glookies ha una settimana in meno di vegetativa rispetto alla purple punch, la quale essendo a forte predominanza indica (10%-90%) si è allungata meno nelle prime settimane di fioritura rispetto alla glookies (30%-70%). La purple punch rimane comunque a mio avviso più compatta e ramificata rispetto all'altra pianta. Ho aggiunto 20 litri d'acqua con la quantità di fertilizzanti scritta sopra e ho aggiunto infine direttamente nella soluzione circolante 15 ml di pH- poichè il pH aveva raggiunto un valore di 6.6. edit giorno 25: si inizia a sentire un certo odore super dolce. Il pH si è assestato sui 5.9 prima di versare 10l d'acqua con l'aggiunta di 0,8ml/l di floragrow 1,6ml/l di floramicro 2,4ml/l di flrabloom 1ml/l di calmag Le piante sembrano stare molto bene👌

Back from vacation Having struggles with space at the top of the box Can't get the lamp higher atm so PPFD is way to high with 1100-1300 at headbuds (23cm lamp to bud) Getting a new exhaust fan in a few days Will install the new fan (PK100-TC) and get the lamp higher with that Means stress for them but I think it's better than having this high PPFD and temperatures late bloom

Week 6 Summary: First off, Happy New Year!! Ciao 2018, may 2019 be filled with peace, love, joy and dank buds 😄😉 Day 36-39: Started off nice well this week, considering the amount of defoliation I did on day 35. Some more stretching going on here but not too much, except 4AM3 has a central shoot I couldn't find a spot to LST that just started to shoot right up lol. Starting to show some nice frost on Day 36 too. 4AM2 is already starting to plump up a bit, don't think will get much more stretch on that one, seems like it will probably harvest the least. I might have overdone the defoliation on it on Day 35 lol. 4AM2 is the one I decided to top for the hell of it anyway because it had a really wierd growth mutation. Still, with less main tops to produce it might be the best bud of them all 😅 Day 37-42: Day 37 is when I started seeing a deficiency I thought might have been magnesium on 4AM1. Pictures to show up top. Since their next feeding wasn't scheduled until day 42 I waited. Day 38 and it had spread a little on the same plant, and typical calmag deficiencies started slowly showing up on a few other plants(really tiny amounts). I posted on reddit and pretty much confirmed my suspiscion of a calmag deficiency. Since I am watering twice a week, once with calmag ph'd to 6.8-6,9 and once with blume nutes ph'd at 6.3-6,5. The calmag feeding was done on day 42( as scheduled at full strength this time so hopefully the problem will go away. 4AM2 hasn't been watered yet, pot didn't feel completely light yet(plus she had the most runoff last feed), will get her dose tomorrow. P.S. Really starting to smell like sweet berries! Mmm.. 😍 On to week 7!
