👉 I started the week thinking I would be harvesting a branch or two a day. I planned on starting at the top with the Queen and just work my way down a little at a time every day or so. This was to allow the lower levels of branches more time to mature to get an even result from top to bottom as far as bud 'ripeness'. 👉So I did start with the Queen. The trichomes looked perfect for what I wanted, mostly cloudy. This Queen cola was not 'typical' when compared to most Auto flower plants Ive grown. It wasnt even the highest of the colas on the plant. It was about the size of a pine cone and frosty. I did a close trim in it and hung it on my drying rack to dry. After one day the cola was placed in a paper bag and hung until its weight was 25% of the original wet weight after trimming. That took two more days and last night it was placed into a jar with a hygrometer. 12 hrs later the hygrometer was at 91% so I opened the jar lid. I will leave the lid open probably all day, may even take the bud out of a while and put on the hanger. It will repeat the process till stable at 62%. 👉 What I found at trimming was that perhaps the flower could possibly pump up a little more. Also it has so many leaves it made me start to hate leaves. I that made me conflicted because leaves are why everything happens...food factories. I could see the issue before I got close to harvesting and I am happy I didn't go on a massive defoliation campaign. That wouldn't have helped the sugar leave issue. I have been taking leaves for a few weeks now even though it may be hardly noticeable. It took a long time to do the type of trim I like. I avoid snipping calyx's as much as possible and will snip as many sugar leaves as close as I can. The rest of the harvest of this plant is going to be penance for just a few of the thoughtless or stupid things Ive done in the past...a trim purgatory that is going to be close to trim hell. But if the end result is as good as the white widow Ive had in the past, it will be pain worth enduring...if its a dud that tastes like grass because of all the leaves then I will learn how to make extracts. Almost always a bright side with cannabis. 👉So I will continue lots of pre-trimming any large sugar leaves on colas around the top and work my way to the bottom. I will also continue nutrient laden fertigations and get a little more plumpness of the flowers to offset the leaves. The plant is still thirsty and I see new calyx's on all the buds. I'm going to mix my nutrients between the late bloom mix and the ripen mix, with extra Flora Bloom, and extra KoolBloom.

Grow Diaries: Week 9 Veg - Mentha de Croco Mutants Hello, Grow Diaries fam! 🌱✨ Week 9 is here, and while our mutants are small, they’re undoubtedly mighty in beauty and character! Each plant continues to showcase its uniqueness, with details in the leaves that are nothing short of art. As always, patience is the key, and these beauties are teaching me that every step of this journey is worth it. The Flip is Coming! After much thought, I’ve decided to flip the entire room to a 11/13 light cycle. This means it’s time to identify males and let the females show their true potential. Here’s the plan: • Why Flip Now? Despite their smaller size, flipping now allows the plants to reveal their sex while keeping the room’s progress synchronized. This way, I can focus on the keepers and remove the males efficiently. • Revegging the Favorites: By flipping and selecting now, I’ll be able to reveg any standout females later. For those unfamiliar, revegging is a technique where, after flowering, you revert the plant back to a vegetative state. This method preserves genetics you love and allows you to grow clones or expand the line further. 👉 Benefits of Flipping and Revegging: • Speeds up the identification process without needing clones first. • Lets you preserve special traits in the plants. • Adds flexibility in managing space and time. Environment & Nutrition This week, I’ve maintained a steady environment: • Temps: 22°C with about 66% RH. • Nutrients: Continuing with the Aptus Holland lineup—Regulator, Start Booster, and CalMag Boost. The All-in-One Pellets are still providing slow-release nutrition, and the plants seem to love it! Watering from the bottom remains my go-to, helping keep gnats at bay while ensuring even root hydration. The Photographer’s Eye Once again, my Sony A6000 has been in action, capturing the stunning intricacies of these mutants. There’s something magical about zooming in on their delicate details, seeing the interplay of light, and appreciating every curve and serration. Pro tip: The right lens can make all the difference, giving you sharp, breathtaking shots. Shout Outs & Gratitude Big love and thanks to: • Terpyz Mutant Genetics for these incredible seeds! • Aptus Holland for keeping the nutrients dialed in. • Pro Mix Soil for giving the roots a cozy home. • TrolMaster for perfect environmental control. • Future of Grow for the endless inspiration. • Grow Diaries for hosting this amazing community.

Some beautiful colors coming through as we head into week 10! I removed the scrog net because I needed it for my other grow… had to tie a lot of buds up because they are so dense and heavy! I’m only watering from now on until I don’t have much nutrients left in the excess water. You can already see how the plant gets rid of its chlorophyll as the leaves are getting darker and darker.

Gute letze Woche.

🌟 Eternity Grow Cup – Week 3 Veg Report 🌱 Another week in the books, legends, and though the temps aren’t perfect, our Runtz babies are growing strong! 💪 This week marks a pivotal moment as we get serious and start to push these girls toward greatness. 🌱 Growth Update: • The girls are officially showing their third pair of leaves, and while they’re growing slow due to cooler temps, they’re consistent. Standing at 6 cm tall, these beauties are ready for the next steps in their journey. • The yellow sticky traps have also done their job, catching some gnats—always a win for pest management! Let’s talk about the unexpected guests making an appearance in the grow room—gnats! These tiny critters can be a common nuisance for growers, especially in environments with moist soil. While they’re not devastating, they can be a sign that things need a bit of tweaking. Why the Yellow Stickers? Yellow sticky traps are like candy for gnats—they’re irresistibly attracted to the bright color, which mimics flowers. These traps are a simple, non-toxic way to monitor and control the population. It’s not just satisfying to see them stuck (though, let’s admit it, it kind of is)—it’s also a great way to keep tabs on how many are lurking around and take action if necessary. What Causes Gnats? Gnats love moist environments, and overwatering or humidity that’s a bit too high can create their perfect breeding ground. Using high-quality soil like Pro-Mix HP with Mycorrhizae helps, but these little critters can still sneak in. How to Handle Them? While yellow stickers are a great first line of defense, staying vigilant with watering practices is key. Letting the top layer of soil dry out between waterings can disrupt their life cycle. Plus, products like beneficial nematodes or soil conditioners can help keep them under control. They may be tiny, but we’ve got our eye on them! Let’s not let the gnats steal the show—our Runtz have got all the spotlight! 🌟 Nutrient Regimen: This week, we’re sticking with the Aptus Clean Mineral Line for Veg, a powerful combo designed for optimal plant health: • Regulator: 0.15 ml/L – This keeps the plants strong, aids in stress tolerance, and boosts nutrient uptake. • RO Water Conditioner: 0.8 ml/L – Balances the water profile and improves nutrient delivery. • All-in-One Liquid: 1.25 ml/L – Provides a balanced mix of essential macro and micronutrients for sustained growth. 📌 Key Stats: • pH: 6.05 • EC: 1.0 • Temp: 18.3°C 🔧 Tech, Tools & Building the Dream Studio Behind the grow, I’ve been fine-tuning my workspace. Using just a piece of wood, carefully cut feet, and some imagination, I’ve elevated my monitors for better editing. It’s not fancy, but it works! 💻✨ For the grow, my trusted TrolMaster gear (from the Tent-X to the AMP-3) has been my go-to for precision. Every measure—pH, EC, temps—is logged and tracked to keep these plants thriving. 🌟 Exciting Milestones: 💚 Huge thank you to the community for helping me reach: • 500 YouTube Subscribers 🎥 – Weekly episodes are dropping, so make sure to tune in for detailed updates! • 4.5K Instagram Followers 📸 – Join the fun as we share the Runtz journey and so much more! 💨 Welcome, Ziggi Papers! I have never seen a plant so vigorous. Two weeks in and I was able to top and LST. I can hear the experts screaming, “too early”. Maybe, we will see. I continue to use RO water and no nutrients. Check out the video. I think I have a pretty unique idea. Comment below with advice, praise, or insult.

End of cultivation of a landrace, probably Manga Rosa, due to the smell and flavor, in addition to other characteristics (sativa, long-flowering, style of flowers). 3.7 liters (1 gallon) = 58 grams / 2.04 oz (flowers without branches) Using 120w lm301h-evo, together with another plant in the same environment. Last week just water, two small flushes, to clean the soil a little, but nothing excessive. 7 days drying, dark, well-ventilated environment, without direct wind. And now cure for at least a month, trying a little each week. I killed her when she was 93 days old, with 12 hours of light from the beginning, it seemed automatic. Because she is almost or completely sativa, perhaps another 2 weeks could be good for her, but I wanted a cultivation period of around 3 months, which was cool, but I believe that for a 90-day cultivation period, it is better to use some hybrid or indicates, as they develop faster. Sativas are aggressive in their expansionism and slow in flowering. Leaves and branches saved for later extraction, probably ice hash.

1/19/25 checked trichomes again. we are at the end of the grow, will be setting up my drying area. the conditions are not prime right now in my house. its cold and dry. humidity is 30-40% will be harvesting soon. #1 is about 30 amber and 70 cloudy trichomesv #5 is about 10 amber and 75 cloudy and 15 clear will update with harvest date and pictures 1/21/25 #1 chopped and hung 1/23/25 #5 chopped and hung 1/25/25 been able to keep the humidity around 60% but not above. i have a hygrometer hanging next to the plants around the height of the buds. its quite a ghetto set up considering i couldve just used my aci humidifier with the sensor probe. coming to the end of these plants feels bitter sweet. i feel like ive been growing these plants for a year lmao. i may try to reveg plant #5. even tho shes the most visually stunning she also seems to have very minimal
