This was my first grow and there were some troubles along the way I harvested a little early just off amateur instinct but it comes with time 🤷‍♂️🏻 Def recommended for beginners it’s a easy potent plant to grow and looks amazing

Week 10: I loved growing this strain, it smelled so fruity while the buds were on the plant. Towards the end of flowering the buds looked sugar dipped as described on the website. The sap from inside the stems smells like skittles and sugar lol which was a nice surprise! Most pistils are Amber so idk what the THC/CBD ratios are going to be. Il give an estimate once buds are cured for 2 weeks or so! So I’ve managed to get some street weed to compare alongside my own weed and I’ve added the pictures to the harvest so you guys can see them. I tried to pick the best street weed from about 4 varieties so here we go... The street weed is called Wedding Cake, my weed is obviously Smoothie and I suppose what I want to know is how the street weed looks, does it look healthy? Any guesses as to how it was dried or cured if even? The first noticeable thing is that the street weed stems are huge and the sugar leaves seem to be left on the plant to dry too. Although I did leave sugar leaves on this time I feel that it’s not very professional. I have smoked a joint of the wedding cake and it’s not all that great, feel a bit sedated/couch locked but not high or happy if you know what I mean :) but yeah please let me know what you think in the comments :) Curing Update: (1) Been curing for a week and buds are definitely smoking much better now, the taste and burn still isn’t amazing as it needs a few more weeks curing but it’s unique and exotic. It’s very strong when it comes to THC, because it still needs further curing you could smoke a whole joint and think damn that’s still too fresh to get me blazed. By the end of the joint you would be struggling to keep a conversation or stand up, Stoned eyes that even eye drops won’t cure :’D and it’s also a real head high in my opinion, audio/visuals definitely enhanced too, everything is extremely bright, sharp and sounds great! I don’t really care about time of day smoke as i could need something stronger at different times for pain etc but this is definitely a Nighttime smoke, it hits so hard that the best thing you can do is put on some music and close your eyes or watch a movie. An amazing strain for zoning out entirely into some chill music and if you need weed to deal with strong physical or mental pain or sleep problems then I would recommend giving this a go as so far it has been a lifesaver for me. Curing Update: (2) So I think the buds have been curing for just over 2 weeks now and they are looking great and smoking pretty well too. A few more days drying wouldn’t have hurt them but I’m not worried as my Blue Cheese and Pineapple Express harvests are just around the corner! I added some lovely photos and a video to show you guys how it looks And I’m just about to blaze up a joint from the last photo and tell you all how it smokes too... (Lights up joint) Slightly damp on lighting it up although it burns near perfect. Instant hit on the back of the throat with smooth/mango flavors. I feel a bit dizzy quite quickly and want to sit down and listen to music after a few tokes followed by a relaxed or mellow feeling. I’m about halfway through the joint now and I’m pretty stoned. Definitely sweet and smooth like blueberry also sherbet sweet like mango! I’m almost finished my joint now and I suppose to sum up I’d say that it’s much like the blueberry smoothness you expect mixed with the strength from a well grown mango. I felt that the effects are great if your in a nice comfortable setting, get relaxed, be creative, watch a movie or even get ready to sleep. I would avoid anything that requires a lot of effort. Personally I’ve had minimal problems with getting to sleep and with anxiety while taking this throughout the day and would highly recommend it! It’s the best thing I’ve grown so far :) Il leave a final review on the buds in 2 weeks, until then take care and happy growing! Curing Update (3) - 05/03/20 So I’ve finished the smoothie buds and I have to say they were great. The only negative was it’s my first time drying buds with trim and they could have done with a little longer drying. I made some canna butter from 3G of trim and 2.25g of bud. I made ginger cupcakes with salted caramel icing. You guys can see it cause I added a photo. I can only eat 2 per day with a heavy tolerance - sedative cupcakes hahah. And check out my blue cheese and Pineapple Express diaries as it’s harvest time!

All I can say is WOW. Super happy with this run, the girls have been great and are now ready for their last 7-10 days of flower before the big chop. Time to switch over to RO and Final Finish to polish them up before the big day. Buds are thick and solid, so heavy branches have been bending. Most easily larger than a tall boy of beer. The smell is pure delicious, so good can taste it. Berries and skunk mmmmmmmm

***I’m not sure why but it’s only letting me put 100 growing plants, but I actually harvested 180 plants in three separate rooms of about 300 sqfeet almost each, running in at 350 g per plant *** Given her being my first grow, I don’t really have anything to compare to but me and my plants have gone through a lot this year. Definitely going to need filters with this one, for the strong scent. 10 out of 10 would recommend this strain. I tried some fish fertilizer through some of the early growth and everytime I did, I would notice the plants beginning to burn so I completely stopped it, I learned organic is the best way to go if I’ll ever be using fertilizer again. This is the only way I would’ve learned it through experience! I didn’t think I can make it all the way through with my harvest, but ever since I got on Growdiaries everybody has helped me tremendously with every question I had, without the site my whole to harvest would’ve went to shit along time ago. Haha I really can’t thank my Growmies here enough for all their support. Every time I thought about giving up I would have uplifting comments assuring me my plants we’re doing fine. A message to all nee growers. Don’t be afraid of failure. Ask questions. I don’t know when my next grow will be but when, or if I decide to grow again, I’ll definitely document it on the best possible weed growing platform. Cheers friends!

01/27/25. Welcome to the start of week 4. Well, fatso is doing great now. She’s perky and happy.. AND she’s darkened up quite a bit. No more pale girl. She was just a hungry little hippo 😸😸 She was just watered yesterday, slowly, until a bit of run off. I’ve upped her food to 2.5 across 3 parts, as well as upped calmag (1) and silica (2). I pulled a dip shit move and left my measuring tape in the flower tent and it’s lights off, so I’ll have to come back tomorrow to update that. She’s at 4 nodes and as soon as she’s got 5 I’ll be topping her. Update: 1/29/25 got measurement updated and watered with food. 1/31/25- topped and plain watered and added picture/video Thanks for lookin. ✌️

Grow report week 8: The legalization and the Tent-X System Hello dear growers and groweresses, it’s time for an update on my grow. My plants have completed the eighth week and have continued to grow. But they have also experienced some exciting news, which I will tell you. The legalization This week something incredible happened: The Bundestag passed the partial legalization of cannabis. From April 1, cannabis consumption for adults is to become legal in Germany. This means that I and my brothers and sisters no longer have to hide and can freely pursue our hobby. I thank everyone who helped us achieve this goal. We will not stop until you also get your right. Legalize it everywhere! I am very happy about this decision and hope that it will contribute to a better health protection, more education and prevention and a stronger child and youth protection. I am curious how the new drug policy will affect the grow scene. The Tent-X system This week I also got a new system for my room: The Tent-X system from TrolMaster. The Tent-X system is a state-of-the-art, professional and modular environmental and irrigation control system designed for single-zone grow tents. It allows me to effectively control the environmental parameters and irrigation schedule of my tent with a single control system. I think the system is outstanding! It offers me many settings and functions to automate my system according to my wishes. For example, I can change the lamp height or power based on PPFD values, read the substrate moisture and EC value, simulate the sunrise or adjust the light spectrum. The system is also very easy and intuitive to use. I can control it via my smartphone and access my data at any time. I am happy to have this helper for the upcoming flowering weeks. I am sure that he will help me to a better yield. I am also very grateful to TrolMaster for providing me with this system. It is a great honor and a privilege to be able to test and use such a high-quality product. Thank you very much, TrolMaster! You are awesome! 🙏 The plants This week my plants have grown vigorously. The back four will all reach their net next week. I defoliated them heavily in the lower area two days ago, which they tolerated well. They look really healthy to me. Taking pictures is very complicated right now, you hardly know where one plant starts and the other ends. But that will get better in the next few weeks. I am happy that it is now going into the last vegetative week and we will reach the flowering on next Sunday with a light cycle on 12/12. The outlook I am very satisfied with the result of the eighth week. My plants have developed well and are ready for the flowering phase.
