plant grew awesome seems healthy! environment settling in, watering settling in. performed some defoliation.

This flowering week gave me some experience about watering because i used only hand watering method so i made a mistake when i watered in this week . some nutrient dropped upon some leaves of my banana daddy one (the second biggest of my babies). But i also experienced this on vegetative state so i can take care very well of my plants and they made a great start . Can't wait to see the flowers of my babies but i'm still trying to do another steps and to grow organic.

All plants are topped at the 3rd node, the 2 sides shoots will become the main branches. Adding the Enzymes to the menu. I will transplant during the next week , I can see the roots coming out the drains holes at the bottom of the pots, meaning it’s the right time to give them more space to keep the growth rate and to avoid any root bounds that will stunt the plants ! Switching to a 600w HID MH extra-Blue to give more light coverage and more space to grow. ( I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control 🐞 )

WEEK#9 DAY#56 :She could use some water . Easy going grow , slow vertical climb multi-lateral branching . I could selectively prune to encourage vertical growth but at this time I think the grow is going fine . I anticipated the plant being larger at this time athough I’ve never grown this strain before to know what to expect I think another 4-6 weeks of VEG will do her nothing but JUSTICE . Still watering to make those dry amendments available . After these 28-31 days we’ll transplant her into her final 6gallon pot . Or atleast I think that will be her final pot I see the benefit of stepping up pot size gradually and honesty think the growth is healthier when done that way I’m just being lazy and don’t feel like up-potting 3 or more times . I just wanna make small adjustments and move on ya know ? Week#9Day#56Update: 2/3 older girls showing signs of flushing, there’s heavy yellowing top of the plant & purple hues beginning to show. The two of them should have 3-4 weeks left & the buds have not even began to swell yet so I’m worried I missed my feeding time after I gave them nute burn beginning of flower so my fear is that my bud won’t swell & I’ve just jacked up my harvest the last half of flower. I’m going to try & get small amounts of nutes in there to help the bud develop without giving too much to mess up the end of flower flush . The final older girl isn’t showing any signs of flush it is the smallest of the 3 & therefore perhaps did not consume as much food as the other 2 girls is all I can think considering all three ladies soil came from the same batch of premixed “soil” they weren’t individually mixed It’s almost time to get these older girls out & get some note-worthy shots of “Cellie” growing All ALONE into this 5x5. Heavy heavy heavy defoliation. Will pony-tail when the fan leaves grow back out Week#9 Day#63 Update: started pony tailing her tops that are large enough to pin back without decapitating/severing the top . The top dress feeding I gave her still hasn’t become plant available yet. She’s still yellowing . I’ll be glad to see her park back up & continuing growing on. I purchased some worm castings I’ll top dress with a few tablespoons before watering her in & see if that perks her up until the Gaia Green is broken down. Shes almost tall enough to come down off that 1gall bucket even before transplant into a 6gal planter like the older girls finishing up .

02 Feb 2022 Update: I noticed a strange chromatic coloring on some leaves of the "older" plants, a couple of the smaller plants have small brown spots on the leaves ... i also noticed that the grow tent is quite hot and the ground is quite dry, could be that the watering maybe is not enough, so from today i'll give a bit more water. I didn't expect that kind of temp from a led, adjusting the watering should goes better. In the last couple of days I have been noticing an increase in the speed of growth. Little plant. Day 57. Cold and clowdy week. No nutes, just water. Curling leaf tips and dark green leaves. Too many nutes last week

Day 29 Flower (Day 71) Woohoo! First day of week five of flower and an easy day at that. I just gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.2 water and took some pics. I'm still experimenting with bud photography. This time with a tripod but still no additional lights. I also need to take the pics when the lights are off as the flowers look funky under the LEDs. The right girl is slowly starting to bulk up, but the left girl is lagging. That is no wonder, though, considering that she has had much less light due to those space issues. Also, there's a huge quality difference between the lights in each tent. So I'm looking forward to comparing the bud quality that each tent will generate. Day 30 Flower (Day 72) It slipped my mind, but it's been over two weeks since I gave the girls nematodes to get rid of the gnats. As always, the nemos did their job quickly and effectively, and I haven't seen any gnats since. However, to ensure that they stayed gone, I did a second treatment today, mixed up 10 million nemos into 6 liters of water, and gave each girl half at pH 6.6. Day 31 Flower (Day 73) Chill day. I just gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water and cut some clones from her. She is deep in flower so I'll try to monster-crop her. Never tried that before but have heard that it creates some really bushy plants. As she already is bushy I'm curious to see how bushy a monster-cropped clone of her will be. She had a few low branches that I left during lollipopping for this reason and I cut four of them with a sterile razor blade, then scraped the lower part of the stem and dipped them in Clonex. They're now sitting in the window with a small LED spot to make sure that they have enough light to re-veg. Day 32 Flower (Day 74) I know that I got a new tent for my left girl only a few days ago, but I decided to upgrade to give her a bit more space. I went to my local grow store today and picked up a tent made by the same company as my main tent (UndrCovrLab). This new tent is also made specifically for my wardrobe, maximizing the available space. I went from a tiny 40x40 cm tent to a "massive" 75x45 cm tent. Still very small but almost 2x bigger. Woohoo! The left girl was squeezed into the 40x40 tent for so long that I had to use some LST to spread her out and increase light penetration now when she has some more breathing room. Speaking of lights, my small ViparSpectra is a bit underpowered now in this larger space, so now I have to consider upgrading that as well. The simplest solution would be to get another ViparSpectra, and while this little light has been performing well, it lacks UV diodes. I'll look around for options. We have gotten hit by a heatwave here, so now my tents are sweltering. The main tent reached 36 degrees C today at one point :/ Oh well, I cannot do much about it except hope that the heat doesn't stress out the girls too severely. The girls are very thirsty in this heat though, and I gave each 4.5 liters of pH 6.5 water. Day 33 Flower (Day 75) All I did today was to give the right girl 3 liters of pH 5.9 water. A bit low as I used too much pH down and then was too lazy to fix it. Day 34 Flower (Day 76) No idea what happened, but an army of fungus gnats invaded my right girl. It's only four days ago since I watered her with Nematodes against gnats, and there were no gnats at all then. A few days later, it is gnat central in my main tent (the left girl in the other tent has no gnats). It's almost like I didn't give nemos to the plant but instead gave her gnats. Weird as the nemos have always worked great in the past. Now I need to start fighting these annoying little shits. Sigh. I'll give nemos another go, and if they don't work, then I'll use some sand. Worst case scenario, I'll use Neem oil, but I really don't want to go that far. I gave each girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water, and that was it for today. Day 35 Flower (Day 77) The last day of the fifth week of flower and all is (pretty well) well in the tents. The left girl is 103 cm tall (6 cm increase in a week), and she is lagging quite a bit behind the right girl. She is healthy and quite sticky to the touch, but the flowers still have a lot of fattening up to do. I hope that will speed up now when she has a bit more room to spread out so the light can penetrate the canopy deeper. Getting a more powerful light would also help. When in doubt, add more photons! Someone who doesn't need more photons, though, is the right girl. The top bud has been burnt slightly, and there's light bleaching on a couple of colas as well as on a few fan leaves. I removed the driver from one of the lights and raised the light a bit higher. Every centimeter counts when you're running out of space! The right girl increased another 3 cm this week and is now 123 cm tall. I hope that is it as I'm now completely out of room. The gnat army in my main tent is still going strong. So strong that they have now sent out a small expeditionary force to my small tent and started to colonize the area. Sigh. I Will hit the girls in a day or two with nemos, but today I just put up some yellow sticky traps and gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water.

I chopped the Glookies on day 70F, on day 74F I decided to chop the remaining GMO and Acapulco Gold. I didn't feed or water the last week as the soil was still pretty moist and I wanted to harvest soon-ish anyways, they faded quickly in the last few days.

hey entering week 8 flowering, the smell is low but really nice. still struggling with plants height, i had to supper crop the bigger one as i said, then another one, and today again the last one; anyway plants look healthy and happy so i am too. day 59 update. I had to bend it over again the same two branches because the plant still try to get upper and upper.

Welcome to my CBDV diary. Has been blast.. there's so much more to growing a CBD plant, my point is I'm far from where I want to be with the Quality of the end product as far as density goes. (I got the quality part down) she's 1 stinky sticky ass bitch. Wk 9 Day 58-63 Plant was kept on feed till the bitter end. She was confided to the 70cm2 for her last few weeks of life but I've no doubt, if I had of kept her going under the FC 3000 she would of reached deeper down and gave me denser buds on top. There is so much airy ripe bud below I'd say it'll make up for 1/3 of the overall harvest. Which will be quite a lot. Id say in the 80-100g no doubt. She has some major big buds that are stacked with swollen calyexs that are glistening and very sticky. I can she's had enough. I didn't have the light to finish the end that the FC 3000 created on a lot of my autos. On most I clipped it away after I had to confine my plants to their own tents for good. But, she kept eating. Wk10 63-67 I stopped everything nutrient wise. And let her finish the ride out on water until day 67 and she gladly ate what was in her pot and showed no signs of wanting more, so I hard flushed her 1x pot value (11L) and got a ppm of 900ish, so 2x (22ish) more the pot value until it came down to 210. And for 3 more days I left them girls drink what they could from the pot and left them under my 100w where they've lived the past 3-4 weeks and I'm gonna pull them this week, they are resting 30hrs already and then I'll pull them, and harvest them whole, roots and all will be pult and I'll shake the clay off, bag the roots and hang dry upside down, (so no dirt falls on the buds while drying from the roots) and will dry at 55-60 rh with a temperature of 17-19c. I'll try keep the RH around 59 but I'm not gonna worry too much if it differs from that range. I already cut a wee bud off her the today, just a small 1 to try her for taste. And I'll rate it on harvest. As she's low on CBD, I'll rate her on taste. But, she'll be a nice addition to my full THC smoke no doubt. Never really removed any substantial growth from her to even call it a defoliation, there really was no need. I done a decent job at LST and my plants got rotated every day and I pult nodes/leafs this way and that. So, I'm happy with the results. She has a lot of girt and not too much lollipoped with a good amount of CBDV bud in 70 days. Very nice indeed.. Thanks so much for looking at my diary guys. I hope to do better the next time. But, as I am using dry additive powders I'm sure I'll be able to dial in that key nutrient ratio for my CBDS. She's been my biggest auto of this grow. At 71cm tall, and a big ass cola I am very happy. She has a lot of girt and stinks fruits, mainly passion, I'm guessing. As I've learnt, you don't know the true smell of your weed until you get at least a 2 month cure on it. Harvest Day.. Day 70 was done on day 65 then I left as I like my weed little on the harsher side. She very punchy. Has like a deep wood smell but very citruses with hints of tropical fruits. I've harvested 6 autos today. And, its hard to pick up the smell. Very sweet smelling and citrus fruits. (Ill give a more independent smell profile upon the trim and hopefully she'll come into her true smell upon a 2 month cure. Ya hemos empezado con los azúcares e hidratos de carbono para ayudar la floración. Riegos con fertis solo una vez por semana, el resto de riegos con solo agua regulada.
