Our weather has been rather cool and damp, with showers on and off every 2-3 days which has taken care of my watering chores. 5/12- I top dressed the Wedding Cheesecake FF today with 2 cups of Gaia Green 4-4-4 All Purpose and 1/2g of worm castings. After top dressing and working the amendmants into the soil, I watered it in via garden hose with well water. 5/14- Today I decided to begin training the Wedding Cheesecake FF through the trellis net. After being topped previously, the two shoots are approximately 8" long now and when I went to spread them apart to feed them through the trellis squares I inadvertently broke one of them almost completely off where it joined the main stem. I immediately taped it back in place and also secured it to the trellis net to give it an extra measure of stability. Fingers crossed 🤞I'll know by tomorrow if my tape job was a success, or if I am going to lose part of the plant. 5/16- Well, my tape job was a shining success!🤩 The Wedding Cheesecake FF exhibited zero stress from the injury and the broken branches leaves are all up and 'praying'! Seven weeks on the books for this lady and the fun has yet to begin... Started the week with a flush and have been preparing for flower/ recovering from some stress. Trying out the flush to see how good of a response I get to flower nutrient uptake...open for advise. Ive been doing a lot of research and am just doing what seems rite to me as I continue to learn, this is 1st time ever training or applying a feed schedule to a plant I started Foliar Feeding daily this week with Bush Dr Flower Kiss by fox farm and have noticed the plant really liking it. I changed up my Cal mag to advanced nutrients Cal mag Xtra because it seems to have everything my plant was telling me I was missing recently, I like that it replaces the Kelp me Kelp you by fox farm (recommended in the FF nutrient schedule) and gives you slightly stronger doses of cal mag my plant seems to like now.

Some pistols are now turning orange, pinks/purples visible in some buds. 3 different looking phenos out of the 5 plug seedbank seeds - The one in the 1 gal fabric pot is starting to show a lot of fall colourings with red being the primary tone. - 2 are showing with very white pistels and whiter trichomes - some purples coming through on the new bud growth - 2 have yellower pistels and a greener overall look (Maybe showing more of the Zkittlez pheno) The bag seed (Knightsbridge Og X ?) looks way more mature into flower yet the buds are considerably smaller than the Dosidos Zkittlez plants. I've had one final defoliation to improve light to lower bud sites.

OG kush and hulkberry are nicely thickning, Green gelato showing some deficiancies. Keep up those green tumbs!!!

Its really perking up in flower, and the blueberry smells are ready coming out!

Smells likes Candy and Orange, really good strain, and hits really hard.

End of Week 7 CO2 is definitely increasing growth rates but also changes the game with controlling your environment now that it has to be sealed in order to not waste CO2 unnecessarily. You change one thing and it adds many other variables to keep everything in check. I am learning everyday and that's why I grow. The trellis net is doing its job and the canopy is looking nice and even. I also added a soil top-up and top dress of some BioBloom and Mycorhizae so it can start breaking down before I flip to flower next week (Slow release dry organic amendments). And the ladies are using up nutrients in the soil much faster because of the added CO2 (another variable to take into consideration - faster growth = faster nutrient consumption) In detail: -Carefully removed trellis netting -Ammended each plant individually with my soil mixture and nutrients -Placed them back in the tent -Reinstalled trellis netting and trained the ladies to shape Pest Report: Thrips VS Ladybugs... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. I did not spray any insecticide this week and it really seems like the ladies are happy with my new method of bio-warfare and are wilting less and less often
