Hey yall, Temps were high, but under control now. My girls were droopy despite having moist soil. After a good compost tea they bounced right back. Pistol hairs are showing, haven't grown this specific cultivar before so the bud structure is a but different than others I am familiar with. Let's see what she does moving forward. I am not a super fan of these genetics. Already have new seeds I am ready to start once these ladies are done. Over all the Strawberry Diesel from Beaver Seeds is not a noob grow, you need to have your grow dialed in. And really be careful with PM. I am keeping humidity as low as I cam while still maintaining a decent VPD. Challenges with this strain definitely turns me off. Looking forward to a new cultivar, already have some genetics from Michigan, those cats are really something else, they are hellbent on being better than the West coast. And they are in my humble opinion 😌 ☺️ Pure Michigan looks good, also Honey Sticks Genetics out of Maine is killing it, their Bananaconda 4 tested over 40% total cannabinoids. They want like 3k per cut, so that won't be my next, but looking forward to new genetics nonetheless. Anyways made some new ferments, remember to use equal parts organic sugar, Jaggery is best, that is the closest form of sugar to the sugar cane plant. Cover with paper towel, 2 to 3 days later let gravity give you all that juice, don't squeeze it to get more. Keep that juice in the fridge, that is your food. Then add water to the solids and keep at room temperature for 3 months to make a vinegar. That is your cleanser. Girls are on day 4 of being in their forever pots, 5 gal. I am a noob and over watered my plants, thus the curled leaves and I had a very small amount of mold on Dorothy's soil. Removed it with a spoon and did a good search for how often and where to water. Watered the whole soil, not just near the roots. I will be waiting until the soil is dry before watering going forward and I'm hoping the girls will get to 100 percent health. My grow tent comes tomorrow and they will be transferred into the tent with grow lights and a fan. Rn I have a basic house light on them which I'm thinking will stunt them initially. Hopefully the grow light brings the girls all the way to life I will update with them in the grow tent tomorrow. Also my 4th seed officially never grew a taproot, so RIP Sophia 😥Please leave any and all tips, as I am walking blind and depending on a few websites for my advice.

Hi everyone :-) This week a lot of nice things happened in the flower tent :-) Everyone looks super nice, and is growing stronger and more beautiful week by week 😍👌. The blue cheese smells like a dream ;-) As usual from this variety 👍. The kosher tangie is also very, very tasty 👏🏻. Both got Pk 13/14 this week for the last time :-) Everyone else is developing very well 👍, That will be the last diary with several strains together :-) In future everyone will come individually 👌. Opium week 16 7/22-28 This week has been rainy so the outside girls only got watered and fed once. with all the rain we've had, all the girls grew a bit. I top dressed all girls with Bloomin Soil from Elm Dirt. Photo Opium is now 75 inches and stacking nicely. Happy girl means happy mom.

Week went again very uneventful, she is not very hungry anymore and had to constantly refill the reservoir with water to keep the ec in check. Trichomes are all cloudy and start to turn amber. She has developed that amazing purple hue and is sticky to the max, so definitely showing her glue heritable ;) I will continue to feed her until Wednesday this week and then start the flushing and darkness. Harvest will be next week end.

Greetings and salutations GD peeps. Let the peaceful transition of flower begin! It is the first week of flower and the scrog is filling out nicely. I had some issues with a GFI popping and my lights would miss a few hours in the 18/6 light shedule over the last week. Rather than stress them any more than they already have been with the mini blackouts I flipped them to flower this week. I also changed the circuit the Tent was on and it seems to be consistent. A massive feeding this week for early flower, I bumped the bloom by 2 ml/gal on top of the normal feeding chart. My rational is I have topped these ladies and there are far more bud sites than before, will see if it has any effect + or - I have also done some selective defoliation to promote light pentation to the lower bud sites that have branched out from the topping 2 weeks ago. I have a small number of LEDs on one of my lights that have stopped working. The light an older amazon Chinese cheap O has 85% of the lights working. My footprint of the tent to the w/sqft is with in range. I have read and heard 35-50 watts per square foot of area as a general rule is good. now you can get in to PAR and lumens etc. but that's a whole different conversation. The light might be why the GFI was popping? I will figure that out after the grow. for now its all about FLOWER POWER and the scrog fulfilling its destiny. peace ya'll be kind to your fellow humans and hybrids.

It has developed so far and is now slowly starting to develop its flowers :-). As soon as the first forms of buds can be seen (I think in 5-10 days) 2 g GHSC Powder Feeding Bio Bloom per liter of substrate are added. In the third week, 1 g per liter of substrate is added so that it lasts through to the end :-). This week it was poured 3 times with 1 liter each 👍. The entire tent was also cleaned and the electronics checked for functionality. The humidifier was refilled every day and fresh osmosis water was drained into the tank for the coming week ☺️. The plants have all been checked for health and pests 👍. Next week the bamboo sticks are inserted towards the end for support and the lowest shoots are removed so that at the end the energy is not wasted in the lower area 👍. Week 8, probably the last week of Veg , it will depends on how the main tops are gonna grow compared to the side shoots that are supposed to fill up the inner holes. If the plants redirect their energy in the shoots instead of the main tops I could be able to add another week of Veg , plants have been ScrOG’ed and shaped for this but after all they will decide by their own if they fill that the main tops are to low to catch the male pollen they will send the energy in the side shoots to get a chance to catch it ! Plants grows for only one purpose, to reproduce ! And the Cannabis has an maniac obsession to reproduce this is why it makes it so resilient ! And this why it gets twice bigger in just 2-3 weeks when it stretch. So, if you’re reading this my friends, you will understand that the time to prepare your girls for the stretch is now ! Starting to bump the feeding mix with some Veg nootz preparing them for the battle as they will use a lot of Nitrogen ! This was the girls last week of Veg. ❤️ I did a big defoliation, the lit in my 4x4 custom SCROG netting and started tucking and bending the tops down to fill the spaces. They were looking pretty scraggly for a day or two after the defoliation, but within a few days the screen was filling out. I have a daily routine of lights on, tuck and bend, no weaving and then just before lights out I’ll do the same. Temps were good, watering has been vigorous. They are very thirsty! Feeding about 1 1/2 gallons every feed now, the 4 gallon pots are a bit undersized but I wanted to see what could Come of These slightly taller pots, rather than the wider regular sized pots. Haven’t had to add humidity this week, pretty consistent around 60%. At the end of the week I changed the light cycle to a 12/12 for flowering ❤️👊🇨🇦
