Start of week 4 - She is looking real good. She is getting rather bushy but is not growing much taller yet. still only at roughly 13cm. Day 22 - 23/01-2024 - watered 1.3L (1ml of calmag-grow-bloom-top mixed with 1.5l water) Day 26 - 27/01-2024 - watered 1.5L (1ml of calmag-grow-bloom-top mixed with 1.5l water) - She has started growing a bit taller and has reached 17cm today Day 28 - 29/01-2024 - She has been growing a little taller and has now reached 20cm total. I really like how compact and bushy she seems, so many branches on so little stem. 😍 She does not seem to have started flowering yet so i'll start my next week as veg week aswell.

Over all Forbidden Runtz is a beautiful lady. She had a few issues in the beginning with the development and growth, but in the end she came out great.

This week I continued removing lower leaves that were getting little to no light. I tied down lower branches to ensure them getting blasted with light. Buds are filling in nicely! very excited for the upcoming weeks

Week 5 started July 24, 2022 Growth is still strong into week five, I see no pre flowering, I think that is because she started really slowly due to me getting used to this new light, etc. July 27, 2022 Smells like lime sherbet up in here. LST, light defoliation to get some light on the lower colas. Really watered in today for the first time soaking the media, she is stretching and I see maybe some hairs for pre-flower - hope not too too soon though, I'd like more height than nine inches before she fully stretched

She is vigorous towards the finish has about 1-2 weeks to go. Beautiful purple tones and fruity orange hints. Flushing her with water as she bows out. Trichomes are 40% clear and 60% cloudy. Thc is looking like 18-20%. All in all I am happy with the genetics and hope for a few seeds.

Let’s go day 43!!!! Week went real well , girls started preflower so sometime this week I will be switching up the nutrients for flowering! We are stable and looking super healthy! Can’t wait to see what these ladies do this week! Hope you all enjoy !

All round the grow went well first time grow the forbidden runtz and I'm pretty happy about it.

big stretch to 10 inches this week. I am planning on translplanting them to 2 gallons next week to give the roots a chance to spread out and then to a 3 gallon.

I will say this is the best veg I’ve ever had. The drip irrigation has kept them happy. I’ve fed cronk every other feeding when the res was low. Top dressed with craft blend and Gaia and some worm castings and plan to flip this week. They’re short and stout . Gonna give them a day to recover, Scrog em out, then we’re gonna flip.

Graduated, and am off from work for a few weeks, so went overboard on photos. Plant is doing well, leaves are starting to turn yellow (strain trait). Can't wait for the harvest and being able legally gift my xmas ornaments to my cousins during our "cousins walk" at our family xmas party.

Hey all sorry for the late update. Got really busy with work and just wasnt uploading. I had to cull phat Gary cause she was a genetic herm, I’m talking pollen sacks all the way up the main stem. I’ve seen a few stress sacks here and there on the lowers but nothing like this. I added a video of it so you might know what to look out for. It’s my first experience with exotic genetix and while I have heard of them having herm issues before, I have never had anything quite like phat Gary. But, on the other hand, this Gary Poppins #2 is the best smelling plant I’ve ever had. She smells like a straight strawberry soda, just this very fizzy strawberry scent. It’s unreal. Gary Poppins #1 has a similar terp profile, but not as loud and she’s frosty as ever. Both the perm marker s1’s are identical. Both look exactly like the perm marker flower I’ve bought from seed junky in the past. Very lime green buds with light oranges hairs. Smells just like a permanent marker. Couldn’t be happier with how this run is going, well except Phat Gary. Still haven’t decided on Exotic Genetix yet. I guess we will wait and see how Blueberry Gary comes out, she’s currently in week 6 veg. Shout out to the mad scientist Jbeezy though, this perm marker is unreal. When I saw he was releasing s1’s I couldn’t believe it. Gonna wash this entire run for some fresh frozen. I would absolutely love to get this Gary Poppins #2 smell to transfer to some live rosin. Will update this when we finish and I’ll make a diary for blueberry Gary and Gastro pop from compound genetics when I get a chance. hey guys so here is f.b.t 5 so far so good all are a little behind number 2 but still coming along alll same .temps outside here are soaring so my Aircon unit is running at full power and have started running my Aircon water through my r/o setup and adding 5ml of calcuim and magnesium supplements to each 3 gallon bucket water i produce . So far so good til next week . 😀

Flush And freezy

This week went fast, she is flowering at a nice rate, leaves not too damaged, just the tip drying of under hot super hps and fans, so just removed all the old damaged fan leaves, cut in half those shading under growth and tucked those healthy one when possible. She looks greyish in strong light compare to the other strains, a true grey back gorilla lol, trichomes all over buds, smell is so interesting, pine, lavenders and citrus with some other terpines blend I cannot identify yet. Fed her some Epsom salt only this week.

Another week in the books! 📅 Red Hot Violet is still thriving — stacking leaves and holding strong 💪💚. The Amaretto Sour is still tucked in beside her, and while I haven’t separated them yet, both are adapting to the shared space surprisingly well 🤞🌿.Growth is steady, color is deep, and the canopy looks lush 🍃✨. I’m keeping an eye on root competition, but so far they’re coexisting like stubborn siblings sharing the same room 😅.Nutrients and watering schedule are locked in 🔒💧, and I’m continuing to prep for that upcoming flip to flower soon 🌸🚀.Patience and balance — that’s the theme this week. 🙏🌱

Well I decided I had to pull the plug on this girl with all the weird weather we've been having. I've been pulling yellowing fan leaves off her for a couple weeks now and with our 2nd heat wave and all the smoke & ash thrown in for bad measure... it's been truly weird. Yesterday was a day for the record books around here - it was so dark I could tell my pets were spooked. Even they knew it wasn't supposed to be this dark in daytime. Probably how animals react to things like a solar eclipse. If they haven't got somebody nearby to reassure them of some sense of normal - the alarm bells start going off. I hadn't really gotten the impression this girl was all that fragrant during the flowering process UNTIL I was washing all that ash off her this morning - then I was like - WOW this stiff is pretty intense in the nose. One thing I'm pretty sure of is that the sun ain't coming out for a couple more days the ways the smoke be flowing around here. We'll see. Two more plants on the patio but they aren't far behind. September 13 >> Debudded the Widow late this afternoon to make space in my shed to harvest Jack Herer in the morning. She was still a little moist as I harvested her 3 days ago - but it hasn't been that hot. The smoke is still hiding the sun and the atmosphere is labeled "unhealthy". Hung her up in my front bedroom to finish the drying process. I should note the passing of reggae giant (many say inventor) Toots Hibbert, of Toots and the Maytals last Friday. I went looking for some pics of the last show I saw him at and coincidentally it turned out to be one year ago today, September 13, 2019 at the Independant in San Francisco. I was lucky to have seem him a few times. So I uploaded about 30 seconds worth of Pressure Drop from that show. RIP Buddy. 😪 ====================================================== September 21 >> Finished hand trimming the Widow yesterday while mostly listening to the last round of the US Open. In September... while they're playing Stanley Cup playoffs too. Very weird time.... both these things normally happen in June every year. The buds weighed in at basically 8 ounces (227 grams). The trim came in at 325 grams - and in this case I use the Trimbag - although I don't think she was really dry enough to get proper function outa the bag. I still spent over 6 hours hand trimming the remainder AFTER the Trimbag in this case. It wasn't really a problem because I had like 10 hours of US Open coverage for 4 days to burn thru. In the process of turning all that trim into hash at the moment... because I'm all configured to go at the moment after making Wonder Pie hash last week. I'll stick it in the garage to dry for a few days and add the weights later. One thing I've noticed that's probably pandemic-related is 90% isopropyl alcohol has become very hard to find (haven't had to look for like 6 months because I had a couple bottles that lasted). I've used it to clean my glass bong/dab rigs for years. 70% is there - but even that now it's like you have to ask for it. Allora....quinta settimana di vegetativa alcune piante mostrano dei segni di carenza date dal fatto che non c'erano i nutrimenti corretti, adesso che finalmente ho tutti i nutrimenti Giusti in teoria questi problemi dovrebbero scomparire, nelle prossime settimane vedremo come si evolverà la situazione, questa settimana le travaserò nel vaso finale poi farò ancora un paio di settimane di vegetativa e quando saranno pronte le metterò in fioritura.
