Whew, what a hot, humid and wet week. Although we had a major storm this week, Gorilla Cookies proved her strength to withstand:) This week I took the time to go to the Fast Buds website and read about the "plant appearance." FBA says Miss Gorilla Cookies will grow to a height of 150cm which is 59 inches. My Gorilla Cookies is 33 inches tall. So, I can boast about that, however, I can not boast about my Gorilla Cookies being "Stout and Bushy." I even looked on the FB website to see some pictures of other growers Gorilla Cookies and mine are tall and lean. BUT, my plant stems look very similar to the plant stems on FB website. I did stop using Miracle Grow and started giving my plant Advanced Nutrients!! I am hoping this will be good for bud growth. Fast Buds does boast Gorilla Cookies will be completed around 10 weeks and that I will " be amazed at the insane trichome production. Especially in the final weeks when she definitely packs on some weight and you see the buds getting white in resin and reeking of cookies and gas." I am excited to see what the next two weeks will produce. Miss Gorilla Cookies has definitely proven to be resilient because we have certainly had some tough weather to deal with and I gave my Gorilla Cookies Miracle Grow nutrients which I would never do again. Busy week getting the new setup going. GG is going really good has taken to training well. Expecting a bit of stretching off her in flowering. Can notice the sativa traits in her with more distance between nodes, and her slimmer sativa type leaves . Have noticed how sticky she's starting to get when training her, left with sticky resin coated fingers😋 she's a nice plant

Finally received a couple of humidifiers to test from the local shop. These shitty low cost humidifiers will not really do, I can only have them on non stop until the water runs out. If I connect them to a sensor that switches them off, it won't go back on because it doesn't have a mechanical switch, I have to press on each time. Still, let's see if this helps my poor dry leafs a little bit

Plant is fine, except one stormy night the weather is just fine. Heard that is gonna be a nice September, hope they are right. I plan to cut the tree on the second/third week of September. Yes some yellowing leaves, I still think is the aging process and a little bit of K deficiency, that should have decreased, and looks like it has, new growth are just fine and there is no worsening. Still watering with: Big bud, 2 ml x L CalMag 2 ml x L Bio Bloom 3 ml x L silica, one tablespoon neem oil propolis aloe

Pollen was dropping like crazy as the male flowers got ripe and ready. The females got good and coated and fully pollinated. I harvested the males to collect and preserve the pollen. Some dried and I veiled it up. But the bulk majority is still drying up. I left just the bottom portion of the male kicking for some extra pollen well the females throw off. The diary will now begin to focus on the pollinated females. The journey to beans is well under way! Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

14-10-2021: Actually I have to start a next week by tomorrow but I have changed so much today I decided to start a new week today.It is still not easy to maintain a VPD of 0.7..... Well it is only an indication in my case because unfortunately I still do not measure the leaf temperature. Temperature was a bit on the high side last night because the temperature sensor of the PK125 has now ended up under the foliage. Of course it is a lot cooler there so it kept running at 10% I have adjusted that, so tomorrow I expect a completely different temperature trend. Also completely emptied the system today and replaced the Hy-Pro with Ata Awa MAX. I have exchanged the Calmag with the Green Sensation, so this will also be dosed (1 ml/L) from now on. I will add Calmag from now on with a pipette. Let's see how the PH is going, as the packaging of the ATA states that it is self-regulating. If that is the case I will put CALMAG in the reservoir of the PH- and reprogram the system. I have chosen not to scrog today. I drilled a hole in the middle and the container to the right of it and killed quite a few roots (unfortunately the drill went through) and that seems, in combination with other nutrition, a suddenly somewhat lower temperature and the torture between the leaves to to get the sensor in place is enough stress for 1 day to me. So they can now go to sleep and tonight we'll see if there is damage. I'm guessing it's not that bad because previous experiences have told me that they can take quite a bit. 17-10-2021: Flowers are starting to form. 18-10-2021: 2 hours of bondage ;) 139 tie-wraps. Flowering day 63 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey everyone 😀. Both phenotypes continue to develop very nicely :-). The buds begin to ripen and smell very tasty 😍. The trichomes are 70% milky, 15% amber and 15% clear. As soon as the next 7-12 days are 70% milky and 30% amber, I will harvest. That's why I start flushing tomorrow 👍. It was watered twice this week with 1.2 l per watering per plant. The tent was cleaned and everything checked for health 👍. 14. Woche, P1 fällt morgen, die ist soweit gut denke ich (ca. 20% aufwärts Bernstein Trichome). P2 braucht leider noch ca. 1 woche länger. 93. Tag ist für P1 das Ende, sie wurde heute vorgetrimmt und zum trocknen aufgehängt. Ergebnisse gibt es wenn die P2 auch geerntet wird, denke nächste Woche um die Zeit. Aber eins kann ich euch versichern, is mit Abstand die schwerste die ich ist jetzt hatte😊🍀🍀. Gebt euch auch mal wie viele Trichome die gute produziert hat, Duft is noch sehr pflanzlich, Blüten sind ziemlich fest gewesen hoffe das es nach dem trocknen noch so ist. Alles in allem super Run. Hoffentlich is die gute bei den Top 10 das wäre ein träumchen, wobei ich es wirklich jedem gönne zu gewinnen und bei soviel starker Konkurrenz geht ich wahrscheinlich unter.
