However, our city water comes out of the tap at 8.2 ph so I must PH down using the hose or my inside grows, ============ Germination April 6. Vegetation Week 1 water only Week 2 water only Week 3 added recharge and TPS1 increased ppm to 570. Week 4 continues with recharge and TPS1. I added Fox Cal mag increasing ppm to 685 - 805. Last week I had decided to flower the plant as it is growing very large, here are a few notes for new growers. Always flip your plant's light schedule when the plant is at the desired height this plant is now 3 1/2 feet tall. Cannabis plants tend to double in size depending on how well they are taking care of. If you do not pay close attention to the height of your plants you will inevitably have a plant that will outgrow your tent. Here are a few notes for some growers that have not grown in h20., First you can grow your cannabis in any substrate you want, the substrates that growers put here are common that you can find all over the Internet and in some local flowering shops however, all that matters is that the roots touch the water. You can grow in the glass fish balls, you can grow in non-toxic gel balls, you can pretty much grow in any substrate you want. Second note: growing in h20 in my opinion is a lot more easier than growing in soil. Some growers will say that cannabis has a different taste in soil there is no science that concludes that the cannabis will taste any better or any less good in H2O or soil. It is all opinion. However, growing in H2O does need to be taken care of carefully. Always remember to make sure no light is getting inside the reservoir and keep the reservoir clean of all debris. It's the same concept of having a pool. If you have a pool with no debridement it will stay crystal-clear with no filtration for a very long time. However, if you get debris in a pool unwanted organisms will start to grow such as algae bacteria, and other things that you would not want to touch your body, take that concept and apply it to a cannabis plant. Hydro guard is a failsafe in case you are too lazy to keep the reservoir clean. It will prevent root slime rot and many root problems (It's beneficial bacteria similar to what is in recharge only for H2O) Lastly, Your plants if grown in hydrogen will grow rapidly more rapidly than in soil you yield will be produced faster. Also, remember the substrate is free, if you cannot purchase deionized water you can use regular tap water as long as the PPM is low, even so, you can offset the PPM as long as it's tested. You will save hundreds of dollars in soil Perlite, and other fertilizers. Some growers will state that the chemical fertilizers are bad for you, that is completely untrue and also unproven. Again NASA uses general hydroponics To grow produce in space.

Hello. This week is start of my 4th year on this site!! 😃✨🎈🎁 , also this is the end of week 3 and the beginning of week 4 of flowering. Things are going well in here. I got in here on the weekend and did a big trim/prune and sucker branch removal too. In some of the pictures you can sort of see through the plants to the floor or wall. That is just right. Not too much taken off, but the light can still pernitrate to the lower buds. The plants are in shock because I took a lot of leaves off and will need a few days to get over that and start to grow again. At this point, I can tell when they are over the shock, by how soon the resin starts to appear. They should go right into resin production after coming out of shock. I don't know if I'll make seeds this summer with the Gorilla Face males. None of these males have much of a smell with the rub test. They all have 4 inches or more of distance between the leaf sets since being repotted. Even the one I thought was going to remain short, has 4 to 5 inches between leaf sets. I might put pollen on the 2 shortest females just to see what I get. It's hard to find a good male. I'll wait another week before deciding. I put a sercuirty door/gate on my greenhouse door. I've had an open door in the summer for years and have always been worried about getting ripped off by someone walking in from the street. Now I can leave the door open and not have to worry so much. This way they have to break something to get in now, better chance of catching them. Ok. See ya next week. Chuck.

Week 18 for Gelato 41 by seedstockers She's just becoming a monster... i know i went through a period of barely feeding her... well this week she's been fed 5-7L of water plus heavy heavy sprays every night😂 so a bit of a change up she doesn't seem phased either way. Im a little worried when it comes to flowering because she barely/never gets wind & her branches aren't very strong. Which is one of the reasons I spray them heavy every evening to build some strength. She also needs a nice defoliation again to keep PM away + also need to start thinking about giving her flower dry amendments top feed because i think she's partly going into flower because of the shade.
