So I thought I would document the rest of this fast bud girl scout cookies grow. It's week 5 and they look pretty good. There is actually 2 industrial plant cbd from Dutch passion in there as well.
It's been a good week in the auto tent. It's wk 6 from germination and there have been no set backs. Pulled back on the nutes a little bit this wk. Tips are burning a little.
The ladies are sucking down lots of water. So much so that the ppm's got a little high and some burn set in. Topped off the reservoir with ro water and calmag only to bring ppm down. No worries, looking pretty good I think and will finish up strong. These are the biggest girl scout cookies from fast buds I have ever grown.
I have defoliate lots and snipped tiny bud sites down a bit to let the energy go into the bigger buds. I am very susceptible to PM so it's crucial I have air flow and light penetration. Everytime I let defoliation go the PM starts to set in and it's so hard to eradicate 100%. Prevention, prevention, prevention.
Im going to start flushing these frosty ladies today. They are really frosty and strong smelling! I wish I went a little lighter on the nutes but I'm still happy with how this is finishing up. Tons of buds everywhere. All are hard as rocks. This is my first time with the advanced nutrient line and I learned a few things and will use again.
I think I will be taking these girls down in the next day or two. The trichomes are about 30% amber and that's exactly where I like it. Seems to give a better head than body high for me.
I love this stain! Grows strong and fast. These were not the biggest girl scout cookie phenos I've grown from fast buds but the quality and flavor are fantastic! Sometimes I get a small hint of chocolate with a minty flavor if you blow the hit out through your knose and mouth slowly. Great day time smoke or anytime smoke. Can also put you down if you offer do it.
9 wks from germination. Seemed to go so fast. I got a little careless with overfeeding as I was adjusting my switch to advanced nutrients. I think this may have effected the total harvest but not by much. Responds very well to defoliating, bowl training, and last.
