Very happy thought I'd ruined the buds with a homemade spider mite spray. Brought contaminated top up soil into the grow room without sterilising, lesson learned. Spray worked perfectly though and washes off fine with no bad residue or taste. My spray bottle is going to forever smell like garlic I think 🙈😂

While I was away in Mallorca, enjoying the sun and smoking some Sativa Landrace, the girls were given a more simple feed to make things easier for my friend whilst he was taking care of the garden. The feedings came to around 700ppm (Including 150-190ppm tap water). As you can see in the video I've been bending her down for a couple of days instead of tying a string to her. It's just a lazy LST that should basically do the same thing. This Royal Cookies girl has progressed well since her topping and LST. She's a bit stretchy but a few more toppings should make her bush nicely. Every second feed from here on out will also contain Mammoth P for the first time in my garden! 🐺

Day 15 - The start of week 3 and the girls are really taking off, from 1-2 Inches of vertical growth daily. Consuming a good amount of water, almost leaving the bucket empty. lol. Lightly defoliating to keep the bud sites exposed to light, as they get bushy very fast and recovery is only taking a day for them to bounce back. Pretty happy with how things are going right now. Slightly increased the EC by .2 but not enough to burn them.. which is the goal. Grateful for my trolmaster unit as it has made keeping tracking of my parameters much easier and effortless. Day 16- Topping up the res with RO water every two days. Otherwise I'm sure it would be empty! Pistils are showing and the bud sites are very visible. Seeing one pheno with slightly more sativa dominant traits. Luckily I took clones so I can run the best pheno next time around, although all these plants are special. Still going through the flower stretch. Excited for what is to come. Stay tuned for the results. Day 18 - As you can see, the difference is night and day over a period of 2 days they have had an explosion of growth. They were heavily defoliated on day 17 and bounced back within a day. this is the last week of growing I just want to say that to this point I didn't know what I was doing . at that time I bought a book and read it so I could understand more about what I should do.

Going to pull her out of the light tonight and put her into darkness. Very happy with the way she turned out!!

I started germination of 2 Amnesiac Automatic beans on 01/01/2021. HAPPY NEWYEAR! I am germinating them using rockwool cubes and a humidity dome. I pre moistened my plugs with ph balanced water to 6.4 . Than enlarged the pre made holes using a wooden dowel. Than sowed my 2 beans into the holes. I then ripped a small piece of rockwool off each plug and mulched it up. Than lightly filled in the holes using the mulched rockwool. Than it was into the humidity dome to marinate, and complete the germination process. Will likely take roughly 4 days to get some sprouts. Starting my adventure with Spliff Seeds Amnesiac Automatic. After they emerge I will get the plugs planted into 5 gallon pots to rock and roll. Cant fucking wait! Some background information on my experience with Amnesiac auto. I grew 2 of these ladies in one run. This variety stayed in veg for 6 weeks before it made the transition to flower. Produced 2 super branchy plants resulting in a mighty full canopy. Obviously resulting in quite a large yeild. Buds were relatively dense but super chunky! Fat colas were in an abundance. Plants were great height roughly 3 feet, and Not super stretchy. Strain responded well to lst and had no stunting as a result of light bending and manipulation. Very easy going in the nutrient department. Had no trouble at all meeting their dietary needs. Buds were very resinous and unleashed quite a euphoria! I was VERY impressed with the first run. So let's see how the second run goes.

Decided to do 1 more week veg as I'm waiting for tent space thought I'd be ready lol Done a defoilation again and stripped bottom stems. Switching tomorrow 12/12

Smooth sailing at this point... I have just a few key things to discuss going forward this week. No more nitrogen being fed to these plants at this point. My PK booster has no nitrogen, and I plan on using it once or twice more. The majority of nutrition at this point is coming from the rooted leaf Cal-Mag fuel which is an organic source of food. I've also been using the Golden Tree 0-0-2 but unfortunately I ran out this week. To replace it, I'll be using an organic black strap molasses. My temperatures have also dropped at night. By by about 7° c. My daytime temperatures are down two or three degrees Celsius. CO2 dosage is set to 800 parts per million

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we had clear skies sunshine. Temperatures were in the low 80's. Day 2 we had partly cloudy skies, low humidity, and temps in the lower 80's. I watered about 1.25 gallons per pot. Day 3 we had lite showers in the morning, partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the low 80's the remainder of the day. Day 4 we had showers in the early morning until afternoon. Then it was mostly sunny with high temperature around 79. Day 5 we had lots of sunshine and temperatures in the low 80's. I watered about a gallon out of the water hose. Day 6 it was mostly sunny with temperatures reaching 82°. The pots are drying out fast. Today I watered about 1.5-2 gallons of well water from the hose. I added 50mo ferrous sulfate top dressed to each pot. Day 7 we had thunderstorms, rain, and drizzle early morning and intermittently throughout the day. Temperatures were upper 70's. This week was a success. The plants on average grew 12" in height. The excessive rain hasn't been a problem and they are thriving. The only issue is the rain is washing the iron out. This caused some mild chlorosis in the new growth. I added a little iron to each pot and that'll fix it once they start picking it up. I've decided to let these grow naturally after the topping.
