New update for week 12, concluding week 8 of flowering: Hi(gh) Folks! Thanks everyone for your input on my second grow question. I’m going for HighTV’s answer, the SOG with 9x4 main buds. Very nice to get everyone’s input on this, appreciate it! So another week done! They got their last nutrients Tuesday and on Thursday the 5 early ladies from Hempire got their first round of plain acidulated water. I flushed them a bit on Friday and Saturday to. Now they can dry out for a couple of days. I will flush them for the upcoming week and let them dry out before harvest next weekend. Im counting on them to swell up even further during this week. As for the rest of the 4 plants from Hempire, 4 from Royal Queen Seeds and 3 from Hy-Seeds, I will treat them as if this is another week 8, and they will get another dose of Flowering nutrients and PK. Then next week I will start to flush them also. I will have 2 full weeks to flush and let them dry out until my planned harvest on Saturday 5 January. I’m not even sure that will be early enough for the 4 RQS’s since they look like they have even more bud-growing to do, before they can start swelling! I will keep an eye on that. The 5 tall ladies, 2 from Hempire and 3 from Hy-Seeds show the nice thick Kushy buds i’m craving for, can’t wait to see the becoming nice and heavy! On the photos you see the slight diverence between the pheno’s, the left 2 plants grew the popcorn-buds on a stem, and the right ones have nice thick popcornbuds against the stem’s. The other to remaining Hempire plants also show these, apart from the early ladies offcourse. The early birds show a little stretching buds and nice purple colours. This week was the girls last, they were lightly watered with zero nutrients and I carefully monitored humidity levels, insuring a clean finish. Overall I am stoked with the results, the smell is exquisite, sweet and floral, and the buds are fairly dense.

8/26 she started showing flower. She has been looking very happy. Her leaves pointing high. Since I have been feeding her more her color has been looking much better. Her green is darker then it has ever been. 9/9 Fed 8 tablespoons Foxfarm Big Bloom 28 MLs Foxfarm Tiger Bloom. 9/11 Gave her a little rice water and regular water. Cloudy and some rain today. Also she is starting to smell from a distance. 9/12 4 tablespoons Foxfarm Big Bloom 12 MLs Foxfarm Tiger Bloom. Couple of cloudy days, so only 1 gallon. 9/15 Fed 1.25 teaspoons of Foxfarm Beasti Bloom. She is not growing anymore and working on her bud. So this is her first week of Beasti Bloom. She seems to be budding ok, don't have anything to compare her to. The way I trained her, she is almost all tops. She is greener than she has ever been before. Also a couple of the lower leaves that where fading a bit. The tips look are browning. The leaves where already fading, so I'm not sure if it's a little nuit burn. None of the top and newer growth leaves have any issues. Still I am going to cut back on the nuits a little. This strain is supposed to be a heavy feeder. So I'm going to cut back, but just a little. Probably drop it down to 2 feedings a week. Very nervous about this part of the grow. My autoflower grows were poor genetics. So I am counting on this plant to hold me over for the winter and even spring. Her leaves are a solid green. So I think she is good on N, so I'm thinking maybe this week I should switch over to the Foxfarm Beasti Bloom. Make sure she is solid with P and K.

Now using the perfect PPM worsheet made by Grow Boss.

Gonna start flushing next watering and get my fade going, can tell she’s been missing nitrogen for a while as she’s already yellowing in spots. She’s looking pretty good.

Orion liquid nutrients. We are very close to being done, just checking on the trichomes. This strain is just incredible, perfect indica high with a sativa sidenote It grows strong and is quite resistent to mold. All plants were done after about 60 days of flowering. First time i used a tumble trimmer and it works perfectly. I didn't check PH or EC at all

Day 45 in flower... Trichomes are about 80% milk and no amber... The paint and big Z are 7-9 weekers and orange cake is 9-10... Def few weeks on the orange cake... But getting close to how I like it on the other two... The smells are outta this world... Orange cake smells like orange cake... Very orange like it's nuts... Never smelt anything like it tbh... The paint is a different pheno than previous ones because there's usually a chemical skunk smell but this is a fruity pebble smell with layers of earth smell and a sticky presence that doesn't go away for a long time lol... The big Z is another sweet smelling but more along the smell of a mouth full of Skittles and that dirt earth smell aftertones... They're awesome and I'm really excited! Day 46 They fattened up over night! Coming to n end... I did find little clusters of amber trichomes on the paint and I can't find many clear on the big Z... So it's right where I want it!

Setting up the garden of my dreams - Scroggernaut 2.0 "either yer scroggin er yer not" Old grow was a 4x4 closet inside a garage. New grow will be a 8x10 room with a 4x8 and 2x4 in 2020, and adding at least another 4x4 in 2021. My son will be learning how to grow this year in a dedicated 2x4 space, soiless mix, hand water. The additional 4x8 will be in a dutch bucket recirculating system (Thanks to GreenMachine for the advice so far, coming for more). All tables will be custom designed and made by me. Genetics will be a mix of Original Sensible Seeds (Bruce Banner #3) In house genetics (Slurricane ix) and some FastBuds testers So far in 5 days I have built the structure, and completed most of the insulating. Wiring before I finish the walls to save some future headaches. Lighting will be 3 x HLG 550 clones over a 4 x 10 foot area. This gives 36 LED watts per sqft, and the PAR rating on these lights is insane. Should be more than enough light. Week 5 here We go. The super glue they are on week 8 and The rest on week 5 veg, i think i will do something like 8 to 10 more days veg and changing it up to 12/12. Any comments and tips i will be apreciate <3 Peace out and stay safe D

Some of the leaves are yellow/ brown. Did a bit of research, looks like soil might be dry (especially due to high temps during this time of year) and possibly leaves being burnt by sun. Watering with a little bit more volumes of water, based on extra heat. Will track and see how week goes. The 2 bad fan leaves which looked really bad, I cut them off. Increase in volume of water for plants really helped due to really hot temperatures. Week 10 no nutrients (only used on 1st day and 2nd day of week 10) , just straight water.

Fight Salt boys✊ ...... 22.4.24: in the evenig the Seed popt out..thank you 420 for the great genetic and thanks to living soil and the Micros for feeding the seed fast and smooth as possible ..thats also the reason i put it directly Into the soil with this root it sponge as puffer zone to prevent root burn by germination....this Methode gives me almost 90 % succes...and a fast start... Bubba CheeseCake is Amazing there total pigs consuming 2 gal of water per day and droping there ph from 5.96to5,1o over night when just last week the ph was rising from5.96 to6.86 daily so its a must to check the ph every 12 hrs to keep it 5.86 were it loves to be in DWC these girls are running out of space from my lights . I have had to bend several tops at 90 deg. to keep them from light burn . everything is going flawlessly so far only need another perfect four weeks .
