This girl ended up with burnt ends... so I ended up lowering the EC, other than that everything is normal and developing well.. *Update.. Topped and defoliated on 15th July.. Good growing! 🌱🌿🍁

The second week of vegetation is going well! This time, I’ve decided to try the Green House Feeding BioEnhancer instead of BioBizz Root-Juice. I’ve had issues with the shelf life of Root-Juice in the past, so I’m curious to see how BioEnhancer performs. The plant is looking healthy now, but it had a bit of a rough start. I initially planted it in soil that was too heavily pre-fertilized, which caused the first leaves to turn yellow.😔 Thankfully, it recovered quickly and seems to be thriving now. 💪 To keep the plant as stress-free as possible during vegetation, I’ve decided not to train it for now. I want it to focus on strong, natural growth without any added strain. I’m excited to see how it progresses over the next few weeks—things are looking promising!🌱😊

Day 70 Well I think I will give them another week and harvest.Showing lots of trichomes that are mostly cloudy so I’ll let them go a bit longer.The tallest girl is at 40 inches and suffered some fox tailing I’m gonna say from when I pounded them with light for a week or so 😆.Even though she fox tailed and will not have the most dense buds she smells super strong and loaded with trichomes.Of the 5 Runtz the shortest has the chunkiest most dense buds.The other 3 were very big producers and took the LST great branching out forming tons of colas.Ill try to let them dry out this week and place in the dark for a day or so before chopping.Unfortunately in my area we have heavy rains all week humidity may become a problem so I will add a dehumidifier soon.

Erst lässt die Grandmommmy auf sich warten und jetzt schiesst sie den Vogel komplett ab 😱. Ihre Höhe ist jetzt bei 125 cm und viel Platz nach oben habe ich nicht mehr mit der Lampe. Ihre Triebe sind sehr dünn und ich hoffe, sie entwickelt noch ihre Stabilität. Ansonsten muss ich mir überlegen, sie irgendwie im Laufe der Blütephase noch zu stützen. Es wird auf jedenfall eine spannende Phase 😉

The plants have been hanging in large cardboard boxes on strings for two weeks, the room was around 15c as i like a slow drying process. I will give them a final trim before they hit the jars

Not much to do except add water. Living soil is easy. This is a 10/10 plant. Can't wait for the first joint.

Finally got the humidity under control — turns out the issue was in the lung room. I gotta vent during the day to fight off the heat and keep it closed at night. Other than that, she’s starting to bulk up nicely and getting real sticky. Did a bit of defoliation too.

Beginning of week 8 of veg and this girls has been topped for a second time. All of the side branched ate developing well and looks like they all will eventually be nice tops. Full strength Advanced Nutrients and she is loving it. Loving for to placing her under a scrog net and throwing her into flower in a couple more weeks.

Week 15 started 7-03-2022 July 4th Update Cleaned our rez and made water at 6.3 Ph, cal-magged. Heavier defol. to reveal more bud sites and give more light. Upgraded flowering light higher output and more coverage. Temps are fine. She started yellowing and getting pretty defensive with the amount of light, so I backed it off to 18", way more light from this 400w COB. The UV is hurting her too so she is throwing more color into the flowers. I am flushing a bit right now and letting her just get used to the light. Added Gaia Green on top and top fed after a 12 hour pause and then flushed out the rez, so now just good water on roots, letting the media get used up, but I don't want deficiencies at the end of the grow, hence the gentle ferts. I don't want a chemical taste so flush with the natural stuff. I will top feed once more once she gets happier looking. So cal mag, like 3 ml of Hygrozyme for root health, and PHd - keeping it simple. (Don't over do the Hygrozyme) 07-06-2022 The upgrades continue. Moved the new light and new carbon filter, along with the A/C Infinity fan to a new Gorilla Growtent Lite 4x4, which is perfect for me for a good while. It barely fit in the space, modified the fan a little and its working like a champ with near identical environmentals. Moved the White Widow manifold into the 4x4 and adjusted the lights and she seems happy so far. I can tell the new light is adding growth and bulk just in a few days. Hopefully the new tent will encourage more ventilation and growth as well. Way less light leakage, almost none. So far I am happy.

Last week before harvest. I started checking the trichomes and they are looking amazing. Cloudy, milky big mushroom head tricks. Not so much amber yet but I feel that will change pretty quickly with the temp drop. I will keep checking them daily and when I feel there's a good ratio between amber and cloudy I will harvest. I think im going to try the 48 hour darkness method. I've also heard of splitting the stalk and taping it up to stress it out a little bit. If anyone has tried this method and has experience with it let me know down in the comments. Big frosty buds with an incredible powerful aroma. Such beautiful plants all around. Nothing to say really Most of the upper buds are very dense but the lower ones are still soft Trichomes still clear, i have a shitty magnifier 30x. Smell is strong and now the smell have a more cannabis smell mixed with blueberry

Somewhere this week they will all go through defoliation process and planning to lower the upper net. At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering.
