Day 85: First Grow We’re entering a new week, and it’s exciting to see the progress in our first grow. The plants are thriving, and the buds continue to get thicker and frostier. The formation of orange hairs is becoming more pronounced, indicating that we're on the right track. This week, we’ve decided to order a microscope to monitor trichome development more closely. Additionally, we're considering adding CANNAZYM to our feeding regimen to support bud growth and overall plant health. Let’s keep pushing forward and make this a successful grow!

AK 2.0 XL Autoflower has some big saggy buds on her. She grew great through the grow. Minor issues with ph here, and there. I have tried growing with low tds, and high tds in DWC. I prefer High TDS to help control ph level better. Plus plant gets much bigger. From my experiments. This plant is a fine example. Heavy yield, and full of frost. Strong aroma of citrus and a earthy fruity smell. She grew really well under the Mars Hydro FC4800. I will upload a harvest video if it let's me. If not it can be found on my YouTube channel. we entered flowering that's so beautiful purple color everywhere but she just started so let's watch her full out . still on bat poo diet

Well, probably this is her last week. There might be a chance of me holding for another week for more than one reason, but mostly because I think she is a little late. A noticed that the first week of flowering took longer to show flowering signs, something I usually see quickly. And the stretch took a little more time than it usually does. So, by Thursday I'll be sure. Still, as you can see, the yield will not be that good, we can't win them all, can we? Nevertheless, it is a healthy plant, with awesome genetic material and I'm already anxious to grow the last seed I have, which will begin July 2025. Also, I uploaded a pictures showing a light green structure. It seems to me like male flowers already opened, but no really. I dont know. The other LSSH had the same thing, developing close to the end, but there where no seeds at all.

the last of its vegetation ... and it will begin its flowering ... it has a weak smell yet ... we will see what it offers us in the future ... the substrate is made by me ... and its feeding began with earthworm humus .. red guano and fishbowl water ...

While I was very happy with the grow at harvest time, I am a bit disappointed with only 190 grams total dry weight from these two plants. The buds are nice, dense and packed with tricomes, the smoke is smooth and the high is clear.

4/7 9:30AM A little PH drift, too high EC not bad. They are doing great, flowers and resin at about 80 watts almost no heat!!!

So, with the harvest complete and the dry finished, the rest is now going into jars for the final cure and storage. Overall I enjoyed this grow, it needed minimal interventions and had a smaller work load compared to the other grows. The amount of dried flowers is 752g (1.11gpw) so a decent haul, I threw a lot of B grade buds in the hash bag due to the large number of low level flowering sites (I need to rethink my canopy management) and also with the lack of stretch after flipping made the internodal spacing a bit too tight. Managed to extract 215g of grade a hash from her as well which I have pressed into a slab (pictures). I learned many things along the way, namely root health and the importance of keeping organic additions as low as possible. I also decided to try out clones for my next run, just to get a little more canopy and growth consistency - those of which are in an aeroponics tub at the moment waiting to root (picture). We have had another very hot week. All my girls are suffering and display some ugly looking leaves. But so far the buds are doing well. This girl is growing some very fat buds. The smell is very delicious. She smells of grapefruit.
