I'm disappointed in most of my autos.But part of it is that i'm reusing soil.I feel that a lot of it was dense root that needed to be broken up.I need worms to break up the soil for reuse it.Successfully. Because the soil is not suitable for a root development.I'm pretty sure a lot of the auto struggled to develop, and most of them are super small but that's okay, that's human error. I think I will focus on deep water culture after this rotation I really like growing my own auto in a one gallon in deep water culture.Bucket, it's the best looking one so far. I feel that reusing soil is better suited for photos.Because I am not in a race against time.I can flip it whenever, so I think for the sake of reusing resources.I will be going photos or just growing deep water culture.

The plant are going well, this week I start feed her with some bio grow.

Plants in the main tent are coming along well since correcting the light intensity and run-off ppm, the one on the left is filling out now, so is the one in the middle just much slower. Not sure if I will let that one cook longer or just pull it with the rest... will see how she looks in a week. The plant on the right I spread out to take up almost half of the tent (I didn't want the spindler taking up unnecessary space) - her nugs are real nice - some foxtails and bleaching on the taller ones but for the most part looking good. Plant on the left has filled out a lot more despite its weirder more "wiry" bud structure - does't look as nice as the good plants but definitely better than the spindly plant in the middle. Big Mumma is still killing it - wondering if its getting close to flush time for her as it looks like some of her tricomes are starting to brown...

Flower update! One in the middle almost ready. # royal runtz!

First ever harvest! Plant #2 has been covered in trichomes for the last two weeks and with a jeweler's magnifying glass and my camera phone zooming 7x it's clear that many of trichomes have turned amber. I chopped her down last night and have been hanging the branches upside down in a cardboard box with a fan and dehumidifier. I've read I should keep the temperature in the 70s F and the humidity around 50%. I'm doing my best but the garage isn't well insulated so I'm at the mercy of the weather. I'll keep an eye on them and when the branches snap easily I'll get them in jars for curing. Plant #1 still has some time to go. The branches are filling out but to the naked eye there are no trichomes. When I look with the magnifying glass I can see them but I'm concerned that #2 had been coated in them for about two weeks now. Should I just wait? I think I'll just wait

Start of week 8. Looks good. No big issues to report so that's good. Dropping feed to 350ppm. Using dry koolbloom for ripening and I plan to start flushing mid week. The gelato is having a hard time standing up. I've tied up branches everywhere. I took clones from plants that were in 3 weeks of flower for those 2 plants. (Monstercropping). It does work where there are way more stems and budsites. The downside is most stems are weak and cannot support alot of weight. It was a good experiment though. Thanks to the community for all the likes and support. Looking to harvest most plants in the next 2 weeks. Tricomes are filling up and beginning to turn cloudy on at least half the plants. Dec. 13 - start of week 11 and all's well into the flip to flower. Clipped 'er out real good twice but there's no stopping these girls. Probably looking at some serious pruning over the next 2 weeks. We'll keep it light but regular and with luck, it'll be a perfect mix between max photo synth. and energy allocation. We've gone much more aggressive with the nute shed. - gonna jam 'em every feed on a 5:1 ratioof full strength to calmag only and see how they take to it instead of the current 3:1. @quexos was spot non about the defo - shoulda been a little more ruthless but all good - we'll get there homie😉 Thanks again to the usual suspects for the comments and critiques. They’ll spend a first week or so under a cfl assembly while the last harvest dries out in the cabinet. This is our 2nd grow of an NL strain and this one should be typical of NL in terms of resilience. That said, she’s a former cup winner so we’re hopeful for supreme quality this time around. 👍 Gonna jack up the nute shed. and supplements heavy throughout the grow in the hopes of really testing the limits of my grow space (approx. 2sq/ft). More haircuts this week! I am very aggressively trying to keep up with the canopy growth. I'm continuing to remove the small branches underneath the canopy - more or less stripping the undergrowth, while defoliating around the growth sites that have made it to the canopy surface. I'm unsure of how much more growth to wait for before I send her into flower. Maybe next week? Who knows! Not me! Hah! Happily accepting any advice from any experienced main-liners out there! 😉 She's been super thirsty - I have to add a gallon every few days to keep up! I also started adding some p31 Microbes to the reservoir to see what I can see. 😎

Las plantas están bastante bien y eso que subió par de grados la temperatura que en mi tierra hace mucho calor. Me pasé un poco de mano con la comida pero apañaré ahora con agua destilada.
