Garage grow SoCal Another hot week in the garage averaging high of 88°. We just put in AC dehumidifier and we brought down the temp to 70 Degrees and 48% relative humidity with lights on for ripening. The girls are starting to finish the ripening stage and ready to cut the tops. Smell is unbelievable sweet and dank. As we’re at the final few days we’re running straight Jacks RO. This weeks accomplishments: AC for ripening Eradicated the Spider mites by doing manual scouting and removal every day. Long term issues None. We’re just about done. With great joy I will start my second season growing cannabis. I hope to learn from some small mistakes from the first season where I was surprised by my performance as a first-time sailor cultivating the BlueDream strain. This season I left the 4 seeds of GorillaGlue 36hrs in a pot of water to break the dormancy. After that I used the napkin technique for more 42 hrs. So I put each one in a 5-gallon airpot, as they are automatic and go to harvest in the same pot. After 24hrs in the vase the first 2 little leaves came out. I made a homemade dome with a 2-gallon water bottle, cutting it into strips and lining it with plastic with some holes to keep the humidity high during this initial phase. We entered the first week of cultivation and unfortunately due to an oversight I got confused in the fertilizer table and clearly the dreaded overfert happened. I did a watering only with water to try to remove the excess fertilizer let's hope it works.

3/6: Yesterday I fed half strength nutrients ph'd to both. Amnesia's runoff ph was 5.5. So I made another half gallon of half strength and ph'd it to 7.5 to get Amnesia's runoff to be 6.5. If only I had done this sooner and didn't mess up with the PH testing drops as opposed to using a ph meter, Amnesia's leaves could have still been green. I've been removing all of the dried, crispy ends as I find them, leaving the rest of the leaf intact to suck up as much light as possible. Timelapses are showing that the buds are fattening up well though. Trichome production has kicked in and is covering the leaves. Beautiful colors all around. 3/8: I don't think I can wait any longer to feed Amnesia. Vacation starts midday tomorrow, Thursday, and I'll be away until Monday evening. I'm mixing up a half strength nutrient mix with molasses and epsom salt. I'm also going to try to set up a timer/pump system to water sunday night.

Hi liebe Freunde des grow sports ✌️, ich hoffe die Woche mir euren Ladys war genau so problemlos wie meine 😁. So zum wesentlichen am 30.04.22 war wie immer nur zu schauen dann am sonntag den 01.05.22 war giessen angesagt, reines wasser (ph 6,5) und diesmal 0,4 g/L wasser microbes von biobizz werde diese woche keine Nahrung zuführen da ich finde das die ladys ein ziemlich sattes grün vorweisen. Montag den 02.05.22 war Nach justieren der Äste damit die t-Form einiger maßen erhalten bleibt. Am 03.05.22 musste wieder alles neu justieren da die befestigung nicht richtig saß. 04.05.22 für die Lady im 3,6 L Topf gab es heute das 2. Topping und weiteres justieren für sie damit die t Form bleibt. Am 05.05.22 war dann das 2. Topping für die anderen 4 die im Zelt bleiben dran und wieder neues fixieren der t-Form. Und am 06.05.22 musste ich wieder giessen reines wasser (Ph 6,5) das war es mal wieder für diese woche, euch allen ein Mega wochen ende........

This week was fun, had nutrient lockout on the one plant some signs on others. Decided to flush from the top with two plants which is a terrible idea with autopots; the minerals build up in the soil and all I did was wash them down. The plant that was looking the worse had some lower branches die after this so I cut them out. Reached out to autopot and they were a huge help, flushed from the Rez and then brought my nutrients way down. I only just got an ec meter but I was at 3200 ppm when I started the flush and 150 by the time I added nutrients back in. The two plants that I flushed from the top aren’t in great shape but they’re still alive, only 2 more weeks to go so hopefully this didn’t have too much of an impact on quality!
