Hi Growmies, This was her last week of heavy feeding. I have already decreased the nutes for the coming week and will probably start flushing her the week after. So that she should be finished by the end of the contest pretty much. Regardless of her age the rootball has shrunk only a little bit. I have also taken her out of the scrog to enable the canopy to open up further and allow more light penetration for the maturation of the buds. This worked actually very well, as the weight of the buds pull the plant open. Thanks for stepping by and until next week!

Now, let’s dive deep into the SCROG method. The Screen of Green (SCROG) technique is a grower’s secret weapon for maximizing space, light efficiency, and yields. The concept is simple but powerful—train the plants to grow horizontally along the net, forcing them to expose multiple budding sites instead of just a single cola. This way, the canopy spreads evenly, improving light distribution and air circulation throughout the tent. As the plants grow, I’ll gently weave their branches through the screen, ensuring they fill every square inch of space. The end goal? A sea of buds all basking in equal light! 💪 Huge Leafs Everywhere! 🌿 One thing that’s really catching my eye this week is the size of the leaves—they’re HUGE! Honestly, they’re so big I couldn’t resist a little fun, so I made myself some fashion accessories: leaf earrings and a cap from the Super Sativa Seed Club Green Papaya! 😂 And, of course, I captured the moment. Using the AMP-3 Precision Meter, I’m getting real-time water readings and keeping everything dialed in perfectly. More Big changes this week! The flowers seem to be growing and getting bigger every day - I anxiously look in my tent each morning to see the new developments and there seems to be new changes each time - very cool to smoke a bowl in the morning and go check your garden! I was able to get some pretty cool photos with my macro lens - I found the ONLY flower site and first signs of red colors on one of the lower flowers of Cherry Gorilla #3 - I was able to get some pretty sweet pics of that. If you have a smart phone or tablet, definitely check out some of the macro shots and pinch/zoom in! I did add a fan on the bottom blowing underneath the canopy, in efforts of opening up the stomata of the ladies. We are finally having our first relatively hot week up here and it has absolutely tested my environment management skills - AC, Dehumidifier, Fans, Window open and close - this silly temp VPD and humidity control dance all day will not be too much longer, very much looking forward to the lower temperatures of the fall and winter months! When opening up the tent - you are blasted with a unfamiliar smell that can be explained as a sweet dank. I have touched some of the lower buds on each of the plants and WOW! - They are SWEET and Cherry flavor like crazy - The GMO is just as I expected - Garlic Gas Sweetness when touching her leaves - You are left with a very sticky goo on your finger that absolutely smells of its particular strain. Again - I could not be happier with the garden, and especially this being my first grow ever. Looking forward to more changes and absolutely some input from the Grow Diaries Community!

Halfway through week 7. Couple pictures from Tuesday. Gonna upload more when I get back home to her. Can’t raise the lights anymore. Hoping she is done stretching. She takes up every bit of that 4x5 box. Couldn’t be happier with this grow so far. I think next time I’ll go down to 5 gal smart pots this way I can pump out two of them. Still in disbelief she has grown this fast and started budding that fast as well!! I’m feeding her 2 gallons every 2 or so days. She is a very thirsty girl and let’s me know when she is hungry too (leaves curl down). I’ve been slowly defoliating the bottom of her. I cut a couple under grown budds from underneath as well. Not sure how she’d respond if I went scissor happy. I also can’t say enough about Advanced Nutrients. Since I made the switch I can tell her leaves are always praying up and overall health seems through the roof! She really is a monster. 31 inches wide by 36 inches tall. She is stacking nicely. Did my best with pictures. Can’t tell if the flash on the phone helps or hurts the pictures. End of the week- She is doing awesome. Blowing up pretty fast and there is a serious citrus pine smell coming off her when you bump into a budd or it wipes on your finger. For the most part it seems as if she is loving life!!

It’s been plenty of work for me this week,,with final LST moves made,,which is always tricky trying to space evenly,, plenty of lumens making their way to the right spots now after a good defoliation session,,and this girl has no excuses,,,,!!! backed off the bloom food a little aswell due to some unwanted discolouration ,,but gave her a good flush with some fresh water and great kelp tonic i got my hands on,,,Day 60 now 👍😎

Colorado Cookie didn’t take the nutes as well as her companion, little burnt tips. Everything’s ok, I guess, I wish the CC stops growing as she is approaching “danger zone”, only have a 60x6x120. I guess LTS should have been more then an option.

What an adventure guys, we got to the end without even realizing it, as a famous Italian politician would say "they didn't see me coming", the F1 Hybrids can play this trick, they get to the end without you even realizing it. They are damned, indeed blessedly faster, it is the flower that forms more quickly, it goes from hairs, to small buds, to mature buds in a truly record time. One plant finished in 59 days and the other in 65, and we are not talking about little grass produced, we are talking about at least 100 grams but also something more. I tell you guys, try these F1s from Zamnesia, they are a rocket, as I was saying above of course you have to grow in ideal conditions or you have to try to get close to them, don't think of keeping the humidity at full blast during flowering and having good results. Don't think of overwatering and overfeeding and having good results. The plant must be observed, kept balanced and it is not easy at all. If you keep this balance, look at the color of the leaves and pay attention to the basic parameters, you will really harvest a lot of weed. Then if you want to grow as it comes, be careful, these plants are IDEAL FOR BEGINNERS. There is no better way to get easy, good and fast results than growing an F1 of Zamnesia. The resin is 10 and praise, my gloves were full of charas from gloves in both harvests and smoked it is divine. They were both harvested with the pistils more or less at 70% - 75% and the trichomes mixed: some amber, mostly cloudy and some transparent. Read the explanation of Zamnesia on instagram the best I have ever read if you want clarifications on the moment of harvest. My advice is NOT to let the plant go too far, maturity is fine but then the THC decays and even the Sativas become with physical effects. Therefore more mature on indicas and even a little less on sativas. I can't wait to vape it. Im really pleased with how these girls are turning out, i was worried at 1st as the propagation tent they were in wasnt big enough to get good air flow so they were very small but as soon as i got them into the Homebox triangle tent that all changed and they are looking great. Spread this girl out a bit using some string and mild LST. She's responded super well and all the bud sites seem to be getting a nice dose from the TS1000 :) Bit late uploading this week but the pictures were taken back on Tuesday meaning this is still an accurately dated upload.

Despite the difficulty I had delivering light to this plant she still was able to produce a good amount of flower with a very good quality still not ready yet 4 chopping down requires probably 4 more days until I can start to weight them and jar them. I have been having all kinds of problems to be able to update my account but just wanted to mention that full weight after drying and curing is of 61 gram despite having such a hard time with light deprivation it really came through with beautiful nuggets with excellent quality. Smoke is very head high not so much anybody High but extremely potent and taste is somewhere in the a citric family.

Entering the 8th week and she is really doing fantastically! When compared to the first Black Jack I grew, with just LST, the differences are clear and impressive. The bud sites are easily 4 times as much. She is almost as tall as the first one was when I harvested her, and she is still only just beginning to flower. More stable and way easier to maintain after the mainlines are established. Super impressed and happy with the results and will absolutely utilize this technique more in future. Great results and super excited to see how big she gets to finish budding. All great things. Cheers

Day 22 : Today was repotting day! I prepared my living soil demetheart system, I added terralba products and dynomyco mycorrhizae! I added molasses mixed with reverse osmosis water, elycitor and humic and fulvic acids! my tco is in preparation for 24 hours, I use the tco pack from terralba, to which I add many elements and bacteria Hollywood x white runtz is in great shape! nothing to say Day 28 : Here is the end of week 4, everything is going very well!! I will carry out the topping on day 29 and incorporate the TCO + defoliation!! this variety is very vigorous, very compact and has small internodal spaces! but I have a good feeling, it seems resistant to stress! we will see a few days after the topping

Done lots of the last toppings this week. No need to defoliation or LST at this point. Her shape really is perfect. And, I know by know when a plant needs LST. Maybe I'll bend the nodes out lightly after I uppot this wk to an 11L Lights. SE5000 was used and supplied by Spider-Farmer for most of this grow. (Thank you Bella) and for early veg. The SF-1000 was used. So, all SF baby. Great lights. Forgot how much faster this spectrum pushes the plants along. Co2 850-1300ppm. Growth is good. Healthy. Need to be on the ball with this co2 growing. Shit happens so fast. A very light mag def one hr and 4hrs later its full on. Crazy fast for the autos. Haven't been keeping up required co2 levels. And sadly. I pushed this thing into pre flower (how Idk) but, the DLI was been reached. And she was shutting herself down. This is her last through week of veg. I've tried revegging her the the last 2 weeks. But, nothing is happening. She's good. Really nice long nodes. And she'll be a great plant. (I'm 2 weeks ahead, weeks will be updated more frequently)
