This week has been descent, plants recovered just fine from the LST issues from before. Its like they never were really phased by it. and that's impressive for the strain it really can take abuse and grows well. I was away for a extended weekend and tossed in 1Gal of ph'd water to the plants and hopped for the best, So far so good. Will need to water them again tomorrow. Had a bit of burning on some leaves from the soil/transplant so its good to know the stuff is feeding em well. I really think the fulvic acids are helping them take in the nutrients as I'm using less of it compared to other grows with Gaia Green. I topped all the plants this week and this should set them back a bit in vertical growth. I think they will be ready for flip in a week or two, they should have established themselves in the new pots with all their roots by now. Maybe give them a bit more and then pinch them all into the SCROG net, Might need a 2nd net to support the colas if they grow really tall. Aim for week 10 flip as of now. Clones are also doing well, one of them dried out a bit more and can see the growth was stunted. I also gave away the 4th plant that was a runt, they will be keeping it in a window still till its time to transplant them outside in the spring and let it grow into a monster plant outdoors hopefully if it does not get stolen. Hard to tell what will happen to it. Lota dumbasses in their neighbourhood. Bad weather, little direct sunlight, steched a bit, took a while to recover from topping but looking nice. Began LST, took out some fan leaves to give space to lower branches. Began pre flowering also.

Loving their structure…she will soon be transferred to a 5 gallon pot.

Before diving into the details, let’s start with a note on my flowering timeline. While this is Week 4, I don’t start counting flower days the moment I flip to 12/12. Instead, I wait for the plants to show true signs of bloom. It’s a small but significant distinction that keeps things accurate and aligned with the plants’ development. 🌱 Defoliation: Timing is Everything! Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! This marks the start of a new chapter, and I’m incredibly curious to see how the plants react to these changes. Here’s the current nutrient mix: • System Clean: 0.5 ml/L • Regulator: 0.15 ml/L • RO Water Conditioner: 0.8 ml/L • All-in-One Liquid: 2.1 ml/L I’m keeping the pH at 6.1 and TDS at 556 ppm, and so far, the plants are thriving. This week also included a thorough system clean, ensuring everything runs smoothly as we enter the final flowering stages. 🌿 Bud Development: Pure Magic! The bud formation across all the genetics is nothing short of incredible. Every plant is thriving, and the canopy is lush, vibrant, and full of potential. I’ve raised the PPFD to 750 for this stage, with temps steady at 25°C and RH at 63%—keeping the VPD dialed in at 1.11. Buenas noches fumetillas, de nuevo volvemos, y es que estas green ak xL se están poniendo increíbles, son bastante delicadas a los cambios de temperatura y a las variantes en los nutrientes , hay que ser muy estable y cuidar en los cambios climáticos, si se consigue salen unas flores enorme y llenas de tricomas. Ph controlado, temperatura y humedad dentro de los parámetros correctos, 1 de los 2 ejemplares que quedan recibirá un lavado de raíces pronto, la otra seguiremos abonándola una o 2 semanas más. La próxima semana nos vemos familia.

Week 11 - Lemon Cherry cookies Auto the smell on these enhanced by 60% in the last couple days. This will be the last week of flower I’m going to let the pot dry another day. Then it will sit in 48hrs of darkness before I karate chop them. This has be the hardest decision on when to chop. It’s very unique how both plants look very different The purple one smells exactly like lemon cherry candy while the multi colored one smells like a lemon Cookie. Happy growing good luck everyone !
