Hi everyone, the plants are stretching well. The fastberries are starting to take on shades of purple. The grapefruit is already producing trichomes, as is Rhino Ryder. In any case, for the moment, everything is going well. Thanks to those who follow me and read my comments.

I'm going to give her the chop sometime this week. Giving her one final watering today, then I'm going to let her dry out til harvest. She smells fucking awesome, super aromatic. It's quite obnoxious not being able to find anything on this strain. But I'll try and describe what she's like. For one, I'd say that once you've got an established plant, it's very painless to grow. I didn't measure waterings or nute feedings. Treated her like a tomato plant basically. The smell is incredible, super fruity with just a hint of skunk... and given the character this strain is named after(💩), let's just say that's a very pleasant surprise 😮 We're in the final stretch of her growth here. I'm not expecting too much yield wise by this point. I want an OZ, so I'm hoping this extra week will get her to chunk up just a bit more. Cheers fellow growers, I would recommend other Ethos strains before this one. But if you're accustomed to their Genetics, this is definitely worth copping for the experience. Really excited to see how she smokes! 🤑😎 Update 10/28/21: Something made me decide to give her a flush and maybe a week or two of extra time. I think she'll start doing the purple fade thingy, as I see purple on some of the tips of calyxes and sugar leaves. I hope for one crop like this every year.. Flushed her yesterday and took the updated pictures(the ones in the dark) today. Looks like she REALLY put on some weight between yesterday and today. I mean I had to stake her up, that's how chunky she's getting. The stems and branches look like they're on the brink of snapping 😳 Looking back, I don't think I've had a plant get this chunky by this point in flower. Makes me super excited I have more beans of this stuff. I may end up leaving a lower branch to chuck her into the veg tent post-harvest, I'm seriously that in love with this strain.

Well it took 2 seeds to get a sprout. 1st seed was a dud, or is really slow to germinate. She just sprouted, and seed husk was still hanging on. She is looking good so far. 🤞🏻everything stays on track. Realy pleased with how healthy it's looking .Still not seen much happening getting a bit wider an a few branches but still super short .will give it some food next time I water it ,the soil is meant to feed it for 3 weeks but it's not doing much so I'm going to start early can't stop checking it then Google images to see if I'm at the right size .

11/27: harvest day. Well, i have chopped them all down. I trimmed all the bud and put it in seal bags in the freezer. No drying - fresh frozen. Sometime in the next few days i will turn it all into bubble hash. If i had gotten the buds that i wanted I would have dried and cured much of this. But as this is just a typical looking and smelling lemon strain, it all went in the freezer. If not for all of their expectations set by FastBuds, i would likely have loved at least one of the plants. The one labeled PL1 was a monster. It produced over 27oz of trimmed wet bud. The hat is more than the other 3 plants combined. With a total of 53 Oz of trimmed wet bud harvested and frozen. The one that i labeled PL4 was insanely frosty when compared to the other 3 phenos. I have clones of bother PL1 and PL4 that i may consider using for breeding projects where i want a strong lemon. The other two plants were mostly forgettable.

Incredible strain this, grew hassle free from the start. Keep her healthy and give her what she needs and it will produce some dense, trich covered goodness. The smoke is Incredible but has a massive kick so be warned. Estimate these girls will be 25% THC.

I'm continuing with running the AirCube reservoir for 5-6 days between drain/refill, only topping off with well water and checking.adjusting the PH. The beginning nutrient strength is 800ppm, and over the course of the 5-6 days it has only been dropping approx. 150ppm's. The #3 plant has some issues with leaf tips 'clawing' and leaves 'taco-ing'. Unfortunately, with this system you're giving all the plants the same thing. If a plant in the run requires less/more nutrients, or prefers less frequent feeds/watering you're shit out of luck. That being said, the #3 looks crappy but it is what it is and we'll see how she deals with her issues. The #2 plant continues to be the stand out of the three and she's on a mission, getting frostier by the day! 11/24- Yesterday I raised the HLG 650R to it's maximum height available putting it approx. 30" above canopy. In addition, I reduced the power to 80% to see if it had any effect on the #3 plants condition. I'll give it 2-3 days to see if there is any change in her appearance, at which point I'll decide what to do with the light output. The #2 pheno is getting super frosty and is looking like a champ! The #1 plant is just starting to get her 'frost engine' going and I'm hoping she'll follow in the #2's footsteps! 11/26- Tomorrow I will once again be draining, cleaning and refilling the AirCube Reservoir with 80L of well water. After filling, I'll be adding Plagron nutrients to a 800 ppm solution strength, then will adjust the ph to 5.6-5.8 @70-71℉ . 11/28- There goes three weeks of flower for the Strawberry Gorilla's and I wish they looked better, but it is what it is. She’s doing well short but looking good. I’m just hoping she starts to take off a bit more.

This week has been cold in the grow room with day time temps at 16c and night time around 12-13c. Growth this week has been quite slow and I wonder what has the biggest impact on growth rate. Is it temperature, light intensity or soil moisture levels? I've had the light at 25% since germination and wonder if it would be beneficial to start increasing the light levels or wait until they're more established before doing this. If anyone happens to read this and has thoughts about how to encourage faster growth, I'd be interested to hear.

Fungus gnats coming with the soil might take the chance to come out now for breeding. i'm waiting with a 9 mm rifle. in the past i found 6 gnats in 2 of 8 x 50 l biobizz lightmix bags coming out of the soil. i could eliminate every single gnat successfully ;) rotating harvest: the little ones will be harvested completely when ready. at this point only the top branches of the big ones will be cut...and the new (basic-watered) pots of the new grow will move into the tent. 2-3 weeks later the secod half of the big ones will be cut and the second half of the new grow will move in... nutes: biobizz / soil: biobizz lightmix bloom,grow,topmax,activera,algamic + aminopower instead of bio heaven (too expensive) individual feeding schedule/once a week: veg: 200 - 600 ppm bloom: 600 - 900 ppm water: ro-water with: veg: 100-150 ppm calmag bloom: 150 ppm calmag

So far so good, Plant2 is one week behind in size on Plant1 but no reason to panic. Each seed has his own growing speed. Started some LST techniques to keep the plant low and let the side branches reach their full potential. The plants are looking happy and healthy. Because it are auto’s I’m expexting them to start flowering in a week or 2 but it’s hard to tell as I usually only grow non-auto’s I’ll switch to bloom nutrition as soon as I see the first pistils appear.
