After week 16 of this grow my 'Fruity Terps'-plants are ready to harvest. I check the trichome-heads with a handheld-microscope (magnification of 150, available in every growshop) and see that all have turned milky and some start to turn amber already. That means PEAK-THC (=all trichome-heads have turned milky) has been reached inside the trichome and it is time to harvest. If I would let them go longer now and continue to flower them, more of the trichome heads will turn amber as the THC breaks down again to other cannabinoids, and the effect of the cannabis will get more sedative when smoked. For some chronic pain patients this is what they want from their medicine, therefore it is advisable for them to let the weed flower than recommended.
The aroma coming out of the tent is STRONG and DELICIOUSLY FRUITY! 馃槏 The fade from the flush has turned the bigger fan-leaves yellow or purple now, this shows the plant is using her own sugars now and has used up all nutrients saved inside her. That is exactly what I want, since a well flushed plant ensures a clean, smooth smoke when the buds are dried. This is my MEDICINE and I use it against my chranic back-pain from hernia, therefore I have to make sure I can consume my medicine as pure and clean as possible.
All my plants have grown big buds, which are glistening with TRICHOMES, the SANlight EVO4-120 LEDs did an OUTSTANDING JOB! In combination with the BIO NOVA nutrients, all plants THRIVED throughout the cycle and were able to grow healthy to their full potential.

2. Wenn ich die Trichome mit einer Lupe betrachte, ist die Reife des Harzes auf den Buds noch nicht erreicht wie gew眉nscht.
3. Erntezeitpunkt ist momentan noch nicht optimal.

- nach 48 Stunden Dunkelheit werden Pflanzen gek枚pft und im Zelt auf gehangen.

at last we are in harvest week. im happy at all it was a good experience.
my dry and cure style is this:
4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month.
buds are dense and frosty but very little in size!
i had some mistakes and problems with this grow so i admit i wasted them .
lesson from this grow :
grow autos far from fems and always give them 20 hours or more light per day to get good weight in little time.

I decided to resume the diary and so is my peyote next to his buddy sour ripper. I bought an indoor one and left them there even though I am having problems with the temperatures and the miners

Steady as she goes..... 馃幎馃幎
I put the ladies on the flip a Week earlier than I anticipated on the schedule matrix
. I thought to myself best just get them done. 10 weeks from seed Vegging is enough. 3 weeks of that I count as seedling so 7 weeks Vegging.
Started the flip the night before rather than on the day.
With my micro I inspected the lady Phenom C on the right and 3 days at 12. Shows a tiny flower forming.
I haven't fed them this week so far that's why it's not been logged.
But after some experiments. with the TDS metre. I come up with a solution of 2ml grow and 5ml bloom for weeks 1 and 2. I have to say that the grow stuff is far more potent TDS wise than the bloom
The bloom is far weaker
the TDS value is 900ppm with that 2 week solution.
My 3-7 week solution is 2ml grow 5ml bloom and 2ml plant magic ok booster lands at 1300
I could maybe knock back the bloom slight by a ML but let's see.

Hello Diary,
Another week is behind me, Medusa F1 is incredibly fast, as you can see in the photos, already after the third week of flowering it looks quite mature.
The smell is incredible, an extremely strong fruity aroma overwhelms me as soon as I open the grow box.
The first Medusa (on the left in the grow box) is a little smaller and more mature than the second one, so I will probably harvest it first.
But he certainly has another ten days if she continues like this.
The flowers have filled in nicely, they are hard and very very sticky to the touch.
After any work with plants, I need some time to wash my hands and remove the smell.
Watering is more frequent, they become thirstier, but I no longer add any nutrients to them, only clean drained water to which I adjust the pH. on 6.0.
The conditions at the Farm are excellent, the temperature is around 25 degrees, while the humidity is around 40%.
Here's how it looked last week.
02/03/2023. - Day 37.
Watering. I prepared 8 liters of water, let it sit for 24 hours to evaporate as much chlorine as possible, added Plagron's Lemon Kick to bring the p.H down to 6.0.
I watered both plants evenly with that amount.
06/03/2023. - Day 41.
Watering. I repeated the same procedure as four days earlier.
07/03/2023. - Day 42.
Photography for the end of the third week of flowering.

They popped up 2nd of January after germination. Biobizz soils mixed just using oxy plus for first couple of weeks as well as silicone

Weekly update for these 2. I started seeing some rust spots so I decided to add a little General Hydroponics Calimagic at 0.25tsp/gal to my feed. So far seems to stop. I also decided to start a very light dose of nutes General Hydroponics 3 part flora series at the same 0.25tsp/gal to every other feed to see how they'll respond. All in all Happy Growing.

A few days ago the seeds were germinated.
I will put one for the Spring Cup and two in an extra diary.
The reason why I planted 3 seeds right away is because the runtz is a very interesting variety (Skittlez x Gelato) 馃槏.
And I will take cuttings from all of them, ubd hope to have a beautiful mother 馃檹馃徎馃尡.
The seed was planted in Canna Bio. That contains enough food for the first 1-2 weeks before repotting that I only have to mix the Monster Bud Mix when repotting :-)

Stretch slowing down, secured the existing net for some support and to help with LST. Stretch has slowed down for sure. budlets beginning to form. Did a heavy top dress of Gaia Green, 13 TBSP Power Bloom to 7 TBSP All Purpose, mixed with a few scoops of compost. When I pulled back the mulch to top dress I snapped a few pics and videos of the soil, wow, SO much life it's incredible, one giant heap of life. I find mixing top dress with compost lets gives the roots something to adhere to, and nothing like increasing that root zone! Kept up with some light defoliation and LST with some bud clips and netting, not much else to do but wait! All the excess trim from defoliation and nearly everything you see in the background will get mulched up and added in the fall for next years crop. Circle of life yo!
Had some very very minor Powdery Mildew on some fan leaves after we have some 95% humidity roll through, I had company so skipped a spraying of Lactobacillus, and it showed. If you haven't tried it, it's EASY to make and it works wonders, plants love it as a foliar spray or a root soak, I use molasses to keep it stable, so it's double good for flowering time.
This will HAVE to get harvested end of September regardless, that gives me 7 weeks from now, so here's hoping for that FastBuds "Fast Flower" action.
