8/31 I harvested Auto Opium today. This is 7-10 days early. I intended to grow her inside the tent, but when she stretched quickly i had to take her outside. This did not give her time to harden off before going fully into flower. Then my area went into extreme heat over 110 for extended weeks. High heat and humidity. She couldn't handle this. Then Hurricane Debby whipped her back and bent her main stem in several places. Repaired with chopsticks and electrical tape. Her limbs were thin and spindly, I tried to support with garden hoops but many stems just bent regardless. One bent and cut off its water & nutrients and died. All in all Auto Opium did not transition well from tent to outside. If I had understood her structure before her grow was underway, I would have done some topping or mainlining. I'm watching several growers demonstrate training techniques that I will try. You know you you are. Many thanks to you. We had some cooler nights in the last week or so which allowed leaf color changes from lime green💚 to purples💜 and some reds. I see some lavender in her buds. Trichomes are mostly milky white, so a bit early. Harvest shows, many long, hollow stems which couldn't support her own weight. To be eco-friendly, you could use these for beverage straws 😅. Week 8 Apart from having some issues with a high run off I think she’s growing ok. Although she doesn’t look very healthy at the moment. I am not sure if it’s because I left my soil tester inside the soil. In which case I’ve taken it out now to see if there’s any difference. She has yellowing leaves Burt tips and and brown spotting. I presume something isn’t right but being so close to harvest I don’t wanna set her back 2 weeks. Tomorrow morning will be day 59 going into week 9. Shall I keep feeding or just ph water it? I don’t want it to affect my yield. From one stoner to another your advice is appreciated always x peace out. Live, laugh be healthy and eat weed. Big love to all you growers. They are responding amazing to everything, they dont even look the same is just crazy retarded how well they are doing now , ate least to my eyes they do lol love the green, love how full is getting , love it all, if she keeps like this next week mb less i will put them in flower mode other way i wont have space for them after lol For now i have my PPFD around 560 but i will bring this up wen in flower, i did IPM on them just in case with nematodes and a bunch of beneficial bugs and mites lol As always thank you guys for your love , your time, your support and it all, i fell blessed and i am truly thankful <3 <3 <3

Week 4

The Cookie Girls are doing great 😊 Overall, I’m very pleased with the results so far. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. At day 12 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, while I tucked, I snapped more than a couple of tops off, but the plant continues to thrive. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. They’re on an 11/13 light schedule. Can’t wait until they reach puberty!! Of note, my version of Silky style early topping Notice the single shoot node on what is the biggest one The clay pot proved to be no advantage. That plant is smaller than most.

Idk what to do here shes definetly flowering but idk how she is so tall shes more than doubled her height in the last 2 weeks. Thinking about bending the main top over with some string or rope. Check back next week to see if it continues to stretch haha worlds tallest auto maybe idk. The fact that I topped it and it did this really has me wondering

Once again had no issues had very good growth on all my plants, mother plant seems to use about 12/15l of water every 4 days just have to keep on top of that. Topping I did couple of weeks ago went a bit side ways as some plants seem to have 3 nodes at the top some how, Think is will be the last week in veg going to change light times next week to start flower, What would people’s views be on defoliation on the before flower should I do it now while there in veg or when I change the light cycle

Buds are forming very well. Smell is nice and increasing. Been removing big fan old leaves so sunlight can penetrate all the plant, and concentrate energy on flowers. Organic fertilization very carefully to prevent nutrient burn.

Been a good week gonna try up ppm a little...been getting little ph drop and don't have any root issues..... so think they are hungry..also maybe a little magnesium deficiency on back plants so might add a little epsom salt see how that turns out...

Day 57: not much to say but she’s very healthy at this point and producing buds everywhere. All good, getting closer to harvest each day!🌱 Day 59: she has started to smell really nice! Everything is going fine but I’m having some humid troubles again… Day 61: I just installed the second net and did a light lollipop and trim!

The tricombe production on this strain is ridiculous! It looks amazing under my microscope. The heads are mostly milky coloured so this may be finishing sooner than expected. The space in the tent is getting a bit tight so I'll be glad to have more room when this lady has done her thing.
