Whats going on ladies and gents we on the start of week 3 !! CH#2 did not make the cut so she has been removed from the tent and replaced with a mystery strain in the dome that will be revealed soon enough ! That being said CH#1 has been turned into a cloning project for future breeding projects that I have lined up . We are boosting up the nutrients from 0.5 ml/l to 1.0 ml/l CH#1 is responding well to the nutrient regime she is just really stretched out but I will be transplanting her soon enough and that problem will be fixed . Other then that no real complaints from this cat this week , just sailing it smooth . A big thank you to everyone who comes out and checks out the diary . Hi fellow growers, for this first week of flowering, everything went smoothly. She took the defoliation from last week well and kept growing strong. She took 8cm during this first week of 12/12, nothing crazy but I hope she is gonna take more this coming week, so that she has pretty long main branches by the end of stretching. I'm glad the smaller branches that occupy the middle grew well and full up this empty space. I'm tucking daily the fan leaves from the main branches to allow a maximum light to reach the branches from the middle. Last week I was wondering if I had gone too strong on the defoliation and then I read about this schwazzing technique, when one defoliates even more, basically removing most of the leaves, this on the day of switching to 12/12 and then doing this same heavy defoliation 20 days later. So be prepared, in two weeks I'm gonna apply the recommended second heavy defoliation and we'll see how that goes together. 😁 Humidity is around 70% at the moment, it's on the high side but I'm not too worried about it. For the nutrients, I'm still religiously following the biobizz schedule and so far, so good. I started this week to log everyday some basic data about the plant, like height, temperatures and humidity. I guess it would be nice to have a little graph at the end to see the evolution of the plant or whatever one wants to do with the data. I think it's good practice too. -- Stereoscopic pictures -- You might have wonder what the hell are those two pictures where seemingly the same picture is put two times. They actually are stereoscopic pictures or 3d pictures. It's using the same principle as 3d for movies or virtual reality and it tricks your brain into seeing in 3d. Basically each picture is the view from each of our eyes. I made those pictures so it allows to see them in 3d without glasses. Follow along with this little tutorial (The picture "stereoscopy 2" is easier. I find it as well easier on a computer as smartphones have a smaller screen): - Having the pictures in front of you around 30-40cm (15-20cm on smartphones) from your eyes, start crossing your eyes slowly. - Both pictures are gonna move toward the middle. The idea is to make both pictures superpose each other in in the middle. - Start to focus on the superposition in the middle and if necessary, adjust the distance between your eyes and the screen. - Once it's in focus, you will instantly notice it and see my weed in crystal clear 3d! The weather has been absolutely pants. Cold and wet and windy. Typical UK 😅. Most the girls are into pre flower now and some are showing colour. It’s difficult keeping all fed especially with the rain but no major drama so far.

Another good week!! I defoliated the smaller of the 2 plants mid-week... I think she is doing very fine. A small hiccup with the feed that same night. Only a few leaves are showing any sign on nutrient burn. I went ahead and fed them again today. I plan on watering them in a day or two... they were very thirsty this afternoon!! So, I definitely need to up the watering. I've still been feeding 3 quarts twice a week. Otherwise, all seems to be going well!! They are frosting up very nicely!! So exciting!! Peace!! Update for grow question: @The8thChevron thanks!!! I pulled them and will hope for the best for now. So close to the finish line. If I see more trouble brewing I will pull the plant. I don't know how to answer directly to you on the grow question.... Thanks again!!

Week 6 was smooth. Especially after correcting the signs of deficiency. The plants have bounced back quickly after being fed and are thriving in the environment. New growth shows no new signs of deficiencies, and old growth did not get any worse. Luckily it was caught early enough and corrected. At the end of week 6 I continued to tie down shoots and continue the LST throughout the canopy. Light defoliation was also done around prime bud spots, and the lower skirt near soil. Technically also removing lower growth that won't amount to much, aka "lollipoping." Plan for week 7 is to continue to water when dry to a PH of 6.2-6.6 and LST with light defoliation where needed. Monitoring the environment and running dehumidifier to 45% RH. Fans are blowing and these seem like they will be big girls. These are some of the bigger autos I have seen personally. *UPDATE* One plant is showing nitrogen toxicity. Leaves are curling bad at top. I took her out and flushed her, as I may have built up too much with run off when fixing the phosphorus issue. Continue to monitor and hope it recovers quickly. But have also seen a lot of other grows with similar leaf traits with downward curls, might be genetics. None the less, will let dry and water thoroughly all plants next time with PH 6.2-6.5 water. *UPDATE 2.0" So the girls soil was not good. Turns out my calibration was off on pH meter and was flushing with around 7 pH water. Read the soils and one plant, that had the claw and dark leaves, was above 7.0 soil pH. Others were below but still a bit high. Have been adjusting pH of water to about 5.8-6.2 pH for next few to help lower it. One girl is not happy. We will get the train back on the rail though.

_____ Week 12 | Day 85 - 92 | 5th week blooming 💮 ______ Day 85 🌞 oh yes... the smell when I open the tent becomes more and more intense. The buds also look more and more frosty... I think the extra side light pays off, where normally there is little or no light, the buds look just as frosty as the top colas. I hope you can see that well in the pictures... unfortunately I don't have much space to take good pictures of the pages... Only LPH 2 & 3 can be seen well from the front. Amnesia Haze: Amnesia, as expected, is much slower in development than LPH and Biscotti. Number 1 looks a bit wilder and scruffy than 2 and 3. Also from the development 2 and 3 are further and form already diligent trichomes Biscotti: both biscottis look identical, same pheno I think. development is very good and already looks very frosty Lemon Power Haze: LPH 2 & 3 look identical, with number 3 looking frostier and furthest along in terms of development. LPH number 1 looks totally different, the buds look quite small, and it also looks different. I have to think about something for watering. I love my plants but watering 8 pieces in such a small space is no fun hehe. At the moment I water them manually via a small water pump, the whole thing is very fast but I still have to dislocate myself every time to get to the back plants. this is not the yellow from the egg :D For the next grow, the plants have to be higher and I'm thinking of an automatic water supply. Actually, watering my plants calms me down when I do it with the watering can, but under different conditions...Possibly also fewer plants but more training. When the tent is empty again, I start to implement my plans. I'm also thinking about growing 1 or 2 plants in a DWC system. Whether I make something myself or buy something ready-made is not yet clear. If you have any tips, feel free to write to me. Day 86 🌞💧 - Today was feeding time again, as announced again after the 3rd day. 11/16: A few of them are in a bigger hurry than the others, and that's just fine by me....very tired of buying weed to smoke.. I fed them again today with about 1/2 gallon each and put a couple of 24w 3000k bar lights under the canopy to increase light to the lower branches. I also took some photos and a video. 11/17: A few of them are protesting about their proximity to the lights, so I raised them as high as possible, which was only another 4 inches. Hopefully that's enough! 11/18: I checked their moisture levels and rotated the edge plants. 11/19: I watered them today with about 1/2 gallon including bembe, signal, cal-mag, myco, and started them on cha ching. At least one of them will get flushed for the first time at their next feeding. Already fading... 11/20: I rotated some edge plants and started decreasing humidity in the closet. I set the AC Infinity to come on whenever it gets up to 45% RH., plus the new dehumidifier I ordered will be here tomorrow. 11/21: I fed them today with about a half-gallon each. I started cutting back on everything except cal-mag, bembe, signal, and cha ching.

Hi Growmies, She is continuing to swell similar to her clone mother. She is continuing to gulp up the nutrients, leaving me to almost having to change the reservoir every 5 days. Day 47, she's a little late in flowering game but that could mean good things lol idk Funny she I said ahead of all the other plants :) 1 gal is purple but so small, DONT USE ANYTHING LESS THAN A 2 gal for autos! Seriously, lol even I feel you want to experiment; use a photo not an auto lol learn from me :) (though I love my baby plants lol) Okay she isn't getting into the 3rd week soon of flowering and Shen has now turned purple haha was getting worried. But she did veg for 5 weeks, and she's wasn't topped or FIM so just took a while lol Christmas video is up and I couldn't be happier with the results; I've been dreaming of winning a contest like this forever and i finally have the chance :)
