Week 2 had a few challenges. The seedlings were getting little leggy so I got them outdoors in the breeze to strengthen the stem. The wind caused one to snap but it didnt fully break so it is in scotch tape traction right now 🤣. It is still hanging tough after day two fingers crossed. I am preparing the pots for the seedlings to be transplanted into this weekend. I plan to use FishSh!t to easy the stress of transplanting. I am using the leds on overcast days to supplement till they get bigger. Happy growing and any suggestions are welcome just be sweet. 😘 -Kate

Day 72: The Finale 🌿🌟 It’s finally time. My very first grow is coming to an end—at least the cultivation phase. The plant is now ready for harvest, and I can’t believe how incredible this journey has been. I never expected to enjoy the whole process so much—from nurturing the plants to watching them grow and evolve. I’m absolutely hooked and can’t wait to dive into the next steps: harvesting, drying, curing, and of course, starting a new grow soon with fresh ideas and experiments! While it may not be the largest yield, the quality of the buds speaks for itself. The time, love, and care I’ve put into this grow is visible, and I’m pretty proud of the results. I’ll admit, I was a bit impatient at times (which I think every first-timer can relate to 😅), but the experience was priceless. Here are a few interesting highlights from my trimming and harvest process: 1️⃣ Dark Phase Before Harvest Two days before harvest, I put the plant in complete darkness to encourage resin production. I'm not sure if it really made a difference, but it was worth trying! 2️⃣ Wet Trim vs. Dry Trim I decided to go for a wet trim because the buds were really dense, and I wanted to avoid any risk of mold. I’ve read that wet trimming can speed up drying and may slightly impact the quality, but this is part of the learning experience. Next time, I’ll try a dry trim for comparison! 3️⃣ Yield Update Wet, the total came in at 97grams from my plant. Trimming took around three hours, and it was actually a lot of fun, despite the time commitment. 4️⃣ Curing Plan The buds are now hanging in the tent for about 8 days. Once dried, they’ll go into jars with Boveda Packs (62% humidity) for another 3 weeks of curing. I'll update the smoke report once they’re fully cured, but I’ve already had a sample of the same strain from a friend, and I can say it’s pretty amazing. Final Thoughts on My Grow 🌱✨ As mentioned earlier, this grow has been an absolutely incredible experience, and it has definitely set me on a path to jump right into my next grow. There were ups and downs along the way, such as over-pruning, which I believe stressed the plants a bit. Additionally, I think they could have benefited from an extra week to mature. We also faced many temperature fluctuations this summer, which impacted the plants due to external weather conditions. I'm really pleased with the quality of the buds. The quantity is okay—I can’t fully gauge it yet—but I’m sure there’s more potential to unlock. I've gained valuable experience in what worked well and what didn’t. Overall, the countless lessons learned during this grow far outweigh the few mistakes made. I'm incredibly proud of my first results! Operation Flower of the Jungle is a Go! Second week of flower and these ladies are stretching and blooming! A part from the stretch and flowers coming out, there hasn't been much change. Which said like that seems like it's nothing but there has been a huge flower production in the past week. Were gonna have some nice jungle nuggets. Upped the nutrients 1ml/L

Starting to fatten up, some yellowing leaves, I top dressed a little over a week ago. So I'm hoping just a little nute burn. One plant is getting alot of purple not sure if it's genetics or deficiency. Front middle is quite a bit smaller nug wise. Front left is cresendo 1, Front middle- trainwr3ck × pistachio, Front right- is cresendo 2, back left- white runtz, back middle- cresendo 3, back right- grampas cookies× lilac diesel.

It is very stable genetically and I'm glad I took cuttings 😅 . I am very curious to see how it will develop next week. Everything is looking good so far growing pretty quick.

Well CDG#4 had gotten so bushy it was messing up the netting and it was getting very hard to tuck due to all the growth. So I had planned on doing the 1st major defoliation a week after I flip but decided to do it early or risk something happening to my girl. So I did it Thursday night after Thanksgiving dinner. Damn did she protest the next few days. It's Sunday night and she has bounced back 200%. Just like they like to do. So flipping her to flower tonight. Nov 27th. Just replaced her water with the flower nutes. Also go my new cogs and parts in so I finished the light upgrade. It's pvc & alum. Angle so it's super ghetto. But it works and works awesome. 376 watts on high. Measured at the outlet. 8 citizen1048 cogs 3500 full spectrum. These have huge as heat fins. And at $18 each fin it's by far the most expensive part of the build. I've got 8 of them.

Found some sign of nutrient burn on leaf tip of one BCN. On the end of week 6 both BCN leaf looking turn to lighter shade not sure some problem? Pineapple starting show a bit of white hairy on top that start flowering on end of this week 6. I start to feed flower fuel on both BCN and another Pineapple i still feed same as last week.
