Weeks 5 and 6 I’m really loving the HLG 300 V2 RSpec In the 3x3

This was one of my easiest grows and I got the seeds for such a good deal. It has a pungent, tropical aroma that heavily features fruity and citrus notes. A week with lots of activity from my side, from the Gorilla's side, not so much. She stays behind and I can't find any other reason than genetics/seed quality. She is in exactly the same conditions as the other girls. I'm letting her do her thing. She will give some weed, well see how much. Maybe she is a late-bloomer. She does look lush and healthy so we do not understand but are learning. I put in the scrog net since her roommates need it and lowered the lights and started giving more flowering feed. The light is still awesome, the amount it puts out. We are gonna see what happens coming weeks with this strain. So far I am a bit disappointed and didn't expect this from this strain. We will never know if it was the age of the seeds or something else. What I do know is, it was the last time I use a third party seedbank, it is apparently too hard to keep fresh stock with too many strains. Until breeders put a production date o the packaging. Isn't it time someone said that? Cause lets keep it real, we are talking seeds that in any other case would have a cost of production of fractions of cents per seed. We pay what? 3 to 5 to maybe even 20 dollars a seed for an exceptional strain? Is it then too much too ask to put a friggin expiry date on the package? Or store them cooled? The breeder that does that and arranges a deal with third-parties that overstock can be sent back, packaging recycled, in exchange for fresh stock. Like any other fresh trade. For an industry making what, a billion worldwide, it is remarkable how many are still in the stoner with a garage / 80's trailer park, backwater funfair warranty, kinda customer service. Me: i grow organic weed for 30 years, these seeds were old Seed dealer: Yes but you failed to do a raindance on the rising moon, no refund. Me: but its for cannabis? Weed industry: Yes why we charged you double! Me: wow no germination after paying 20 bucks for seeds? Industry: They are all stoners, they won't notice.... Me: but this bong is made from toxic plastics? Headshop: yeas but it has this crumbling image of a leaf, 20 dollar! Can they get their shit together? For god's sake, I've seen crack dealers with better PR and customer care. Someone do sumtin, take us out of the car boot era please?

She is still drinking heavy and bulking up. Smells very fruity with the bigger sun leaves starting to fade to purple. Still a ways to go. Probably another 2 weeks or so.

Funky and Garlicky!!

I can only say that the rate of growth im getting is amazing. Out of all three of the purple punch seems to have the most potent smell I am not sure if it's just the genetics or if it's what I'm feeding but we will see once the other start to develop. Touching the purple punch stem leaves a strong smell on the fingers and giving the bud small pinch smells strongly of grape chapstick. Stay tuned 😜

Pour préparer votre solution, dans votre réservoir ou arrosoir : Mettre en premier la base (Iguana) Ensuite Ancient Earth Et enfin les bactéries ASSUREZ-VOUS D'UTILISER UNE EAU DE BONNE QUALITE (EC < 0,2) POUR DE MEILLEURS RESULTATS. J'utilise un substrat non enrichi pour permettre le meilleur départ à mes plantes. Il s'agit du Promix de Plagron, il a une EC proche de 0, c'est pour cette raison que je commence les engrais assez fort dès le début. Les plantes sont très gourmande sous LED haute intensité et l'enracinement est rapide. J'arrose tous les 3 jours environ avec 2 arrosages à l'engrais et 1 à l'eau par semaine. Je n'attend pas que le substrat sèche complétement sinon ça réduit l'efficacité de l'arrosage, ça détruit la faune et éventuellement facilite la cristallisation des minéraux. Au niveau du volume d'arrosage, il faut prendre en compte 1/3 de la taille du pot. Pour un pot de 1L je vais donc arroser environ 300ml. Pour un Pot de 10L je vais arroser environ 3L. Il est important d'arroser doucement pour éviter que l'eau ne coule tout de suite au fond. Il est important d'avoir au moins 15% de drain pour s'assurer d'évacuer tous les nutriments non consommé et faire la place aux nouveaux. IL EST PRIMORDIALE D'EVACUER L'EAU AU FOND DES COUPELLES, c'est une eau qui est chargée en nutriments non consommé et on ne veut pas qu'elle remonte dans les pots car cela risquerait de créer des blocages. Au niveau de la technique de taille de formation, je réalise tout de suite une FIM que je reproduirai dès que l'apex aura repoussé. La première FIM est la plus longue mais les suivantes sont très rapide car la plante s'habitue à la technique et cela la stress beaucoup moins. En général il faut reproduire la FIM tous les 3 à 4 jours en fonction de la vigueur. C'est une technique très facile à mettre en œuvre et ne demande aucun matériel. C'est aussi la plus rapide pour obtenir des buissons. N'hésitez pas à me contacter si vous avez des questions concernant la FIM! Je retire également les feuilles supérieur (pas toute pour éviter de ralentir la plante) qui cache les secondaires pour augmenter l'efficacité de la FIM sur la croissance des secondaires.
