Girls started to flower about a week ago and so far looks good and healthy to me. I have only 20cm space left above the light so I truly hope the stretch phase is getting to the end :) I feel like every grow I have done so far I thought I switched too early and in the end I worry about the space so my next grow will be experiment 12/12 from seed. I have seen very interesting diaries utilising this method so I can't wait to test it. Not much else to mention, standard 2.5 EC (my starting tap water is 0.4 probably due to chlorine?) ph 6.0 humidity is around 55% and 60% during the night, I will definitely get dehumidifier foe the last month, because mould has been my biggest enemy during my previous grows. temp is getting close to 29 celsius during the day. I just ordered some additional clip fans so it hope fully helps to reduce any possible heat stress. I defoliated quite heavily about a week ago and when I finished and put them back, I was a bit worried if I didn't go too hard on them, however just two days ago it was back to normal. Did little bit of defoliation once again today, got rid of some bottom branches and older fan leaves getting no light at the bottom. This is just for the gorilla zkittlez so far I will probably try to put all 5 on here but started 2 about 45 days apart from each other and the 5th seed about 3 weeks after the 2nd round. The 5th seed died from transplant shock (won’t be transplanting autos anymore) but the 2nd round of 2 plants just started flowering. I got 85 grams from the zkittlez and 60 grams from the afghan kush after drying. Not great but I’m happy it’s smokeable and smells/ tastes good. starting 2 bloody skunk today (5/11) because the gorilla cookies never germinated unfortunately :( . all out of seeds now so i will be maknig an order this week. still have 2 more strains to figure out when flowering kicks in more tho so that will be my fun for the next 1-2 months lol

Getting beautiful and stinky down here! Buds are thickening up nicely and getting frosty! The aroma is like a dank basement and brushing a stem smells like bubblegum. UV-B still running for 30min just before the SE7000 turns on, providing 950 ppfd to the top bud sites. Feeding “week 8 Ripen” at light strength according to General Hydroponics 10 part table and with the addition of General Hydroponics Dry Kool Bloom at 2tsp/gal (x2 the strength of last week). I think that dry koolbloom dose may have been a little too aggressive though - I’ve had an explosion of new growth on the buds as well as some canoeing. I wish I had a meter to monitor co2, but that will be the next upgrade.

Flushing using 10L of water with Flawless finish- I'll be using this every other flush. , getting 50% run off, I can't measure ppm, I have ordered the tool to start learning this way also. I haven't measured run off ppms before so will be interesting to see. Merry Christmas y’all! Week 4 is behind Topped both Mimosa and Cookies, they took it like champs! They exploded immediately with side grow. Such a pleasure to watch them strive. Increased EC from under 1 to 1.5 and they are super happy with it. Probably will climb to 2 to see how they like it. Getting closer to preflower would completely flush till runout is even with water poured in and would start adding flowering boosters. Starting to like coco for the full control and immediate reaction to my actions and the chance to fix my screwups. A bit of a hustle to water every day tho :) Best wishes to you and your close ones! La floración sigue su curso y nos sigue regalando colorido y aroma para nuestros sentidos. El contratiempo con las pequeñas orugas solucionado y parece que el proceso sigue "viento en popa y a toda vela" 🌬️🌿 Los pistilos han inundando toda la planta y siguen aumentando su tamaño. Además, algunos pistilos van adquiriendo un tono ámbar. Las flores continúan oscureciendo, las hojas y sus tallos ya muestran un claro color rojizo/púrpura que tiende rosáceo con la luz directa. 🌿 El tallo tiene un tamaño y consistencia considerable, alcanzando una los 42cm y la otra 50cm. Se perciben bastante mejor los aromas de las floración. Seguimos aumentamos la cantidad de agua, progresivamente, según van pidiendo/necesitando las plantas. Se están amarilleando parte de las hojas inferiores 🍁 Si no me fallan los cálculos, se debe a la falta de nitrógeno pero no le añadiré porque ya debe está en las últimas semanas 🤞😅 Sigo intentando no utilizar ningún tipo de "ayuda extra", salvo la tierra enriquecida de BioBizz All-Mix donde están plantadas. Seguimos con el agua mineral, luz solar, mucha paciencia y mucho amor!🤞😍 Aunque para controlar la aparición de pequeñas orugas he añadido: 20g de tierra de diatomea (Diatical de TRABE), directamente sobre el sustrato (1-2 veces/mes y se puede aplicar en cualquier momento del cultivo). 50ml de Super Kukulus (fitofortificante ecológico)/1 litro de agua para riego foliar, tanto en el anverso como en el reverso de las hojas (2-3 veces/sem y se puede aplicar en cualquier momento del cultivo has 2 días antes de la cosecha)... Y lo mejor es que FUNCIONA! 💪😅

I'm regretting not removing all of the vertical growing nodes on the mainline now as it's a bit messy and some of the lower budsites won't get enough direct light to produce decent buds. At the time I was very cautious about removing any growth at all as I was worried I would further shock the plant! Seems okay now anyway, and I think it's pretty funny that I managed to turn a fastberry into a slowberry.. How long do we think until harvest now? Peace Donny

Another week in Fat Yappa's Garden comes to an end with all the plants still doing well. The Bruce Banner which I snapped the stem just above the second node from the top is pretty much ready for the chop, the other two more mature plants are not too far behind, a week at most, and the Bruce Banner runt has pretty much caught up with her slightly older sisters. The Wedding Cheesecake growing in Canna Coco, which still towers above everything else in the tent at pretty much the same height as the lights, despite her tallest being bent over by LST has developed quite a lot of bud sites but not nearly as chunky as the Bruce Banners, and has started to fade with yellows and purples in the leaves and pistons. Her sister, growing in living soil is probably the furthest behind in the grow but seems to be developing a bit more like the Bruce Banners, and I put this down to the pot of the Coco Coir I used being round and much narrower than the other five, square Viviosun smart pots I used which was a bit of a fail for the LST, especially when combined with the rapid rate this plant took of at, where as I think the other was perhaps stunted a bit by being germinated in a coco coir pellet then placed in soil. I think I will try a peat pellet next time I grow in living soil and see if that improves it. The plants have remained on there same water schedule but I have noticed the more mature plants taking much less water. The most mature plant could probably go three days on 2.5l now, where as a week or two these plants had 2.5l daily over two days and then began to slow down again. I have kept the PH between 6.5 and 6.8 as I read its better for flowering to aim for the higher end of the range, especially when growing with dry amendments. Day 66 saw another compost tea, the same recipe as previously but this time I increased the bat guano from 1 to 2 tablespoons. Other than that I have continued to defoliate once a week, opening up light to the canopy and tried to open it up with a tightening of the LST ties. Stress in regard to the different stages of plant development increase as Harvest nears, as I was previously envisaging me drying in the tent and cutting the plants in a oner, but I have order a ThermPro TP50, and the rest is next weeks problem. Que pasa familia, estoy de vuelto ya tenemos la 3 semana y ya se acerca el trasplante a macetas definitivas. He quitado una planta que era la más pechera total… no pensaba sacarla adelante y seguramente quite alguna más. Hasta ahora no alimente nada con nutrientes solo agua, pronto con el trasplante empezaré abonar algo con Advanced nutrients , puede que algunas las plante en 7 litros y otras en 11 , y pondré al final 2 armarios de esta variedad. Nada nuevo todo va bien sin contar la pocha que quite que es porque no alcanzaba las demás y de genética pues no me gustaba mucho fue propia elección no porque estuviese mal. Os dejo unas imágenes y nos vemos otra vez la semana que viene, buenos humooos 💨💨💨

Aug 10: small but fast this Chemdawg is going to be ready pretty soon. I’ll resist the urge to harvest for a couple more weeks. Using the UV lights for a few hours at mid-day. Early in using it, but I think it helps. Aug 11: another perfect cannabis weather day with all day sun and five hours of UV lights. Ideally I’d have another set of four lights so to get full coverage I’m rotating the plant 90 degrees every 1.5 h or so for five hours total coverage. With the uniform manifold this isn’t a problem as the overall light coverage is quite even. Anyway, she’s getting some good strong light so some trichome production should kick in here soon. Looks good.
