These ladies are developing very nicely, the left and middle one already started to bulk heavily over the course of the last week, while the one that got wind stress is trailing a little behind and will probably take a little longer. For the other two I would guesstimate that I can start flushing by the end of the week. The trichomes on the two are completely milky, however with no signal of amber yet

The the buds were small so it made trimming a nightmare! But it’s done and the end product is worth all the time. I have loads of trim and small popcorn buds that will be dry Ice sifted and pressed into a hash brick. Will update the diary when I have some bcp hash Weighed up the trim at 588 grams, used my trim bins with dry ice to sift the trim and pressed it into blocks using a rosin pre press, I’ll now jar this and put it to one side. My first time doing this, definitely worth the effort!

I mean, overall this was an extremely painless grow. The test of whether we should or shouldn't top autos is still TBD imo. Our topped candidate produced denser, frostier buds, but weighed slightly less, at 14 grams of bud total. And our lst plant produced 18 grams of bud, not as frosty, and almost as dense as our topped girl. I'll be topping autoflowers from here on out only under the circumstance I have 4+ to grow at the same time. Seems like it could be used to speed up the autoflower grow cycle if done properly, like with right. Since I'm doing a perpetual cycle, it's still a viable option for me in the long run. A few tips I have for anyone growing this strain in organics: Start feeding bloom nutes a little bit prior to flower transition - this makes the transition more seemless. From weeks 1-3 flower, I slowly dropped the grow dosage until I cut off grow nutes week 3 flower. Starting the flush around week 6 flower seemed to really bring out this plant's potential. But I think you could get away with starting the flush around week 5. I hope this helps anyone trying this strain out. It's a good one, I hope to see more journals of it, eventually. Cheers everyone! These girls were upgraded to 8" pots and top dressed very lightly with some dolomite, 4-4-4 and guano. I'm a very new grower but have noted on my last two rounds that my PK were often low (from the leaves) and that soil health just wasn't ideal. Trying to get ahead and create a stable substrate.

No problems this week, plants growing extremely well. I got a new TDS meter, but unfortunately, I was not able to set up a drip system yet. The only training I did was to defoliate the first true leaves and everything below that. DAY 17 - Nutes PH - 6.1 Solution Temp - 19.5 PPM-1340 Watering Volume per plant - 2L DAY 20 - Water PH - 6.04 Solution Temp - 19.2 PPM-570 Watering Volume per plant - 2.5L Plant B is about 14cm Height and Plant A is about 17 cm Height. One interesting thing that I'm seeing is the fact that Plant B continues to show signs of deformity. On the video, you can see that the right side is missing a node, this missing node corresponds to the deform leaf. Maybe they are related, Plant A was slightly bigger from the beginning, but the node development is bigger in Plant B.

Still having this weird potassium lockout. Some new growth is burned/spotted. Very confusing situation I don’t know wether to back off the feeding a little. Wouldn’t the plant just leach the potassium rich coco and burn it more? This isn’t a huge issue for me right now but I’d like to find out what is causing this. non buffered, coarse coco

The war against mildew rages on. I will not lose. We are almost to the finish line... Stay tuned!! The second PK plant - the green one - is not suffering the mildew infection, the buds are huge and fat! Its a real trade-off and the purple PK is not easy to grow.

Once the pistols started showing I swapped to 5 ml of tiger bloom and 2.5 grow big and 2ml big bloom ( all by fox farm) she is looking great and I hope to continue to spiral the main stem in a spiral to save room and allow maximum photosynthesis to take place

Tropicana flowers 🌞☀️🌤️🌦️🌧️ Plant is 15 cm high because of low stress training. The length is 31 cm. Day 36: Sun is shining, 15-23 degrees, high humidity. Tropicana gets two liters of pure rainwater. Spend the day in my veggie garden working. In the evening I brought some 🐞for Tropicana because I spottet a few lice. My mood changes drastically as I find spider mites eggs, first and second stadium. Don‘t overthink that and decide to defoliate the plant immediately. I prepare a tee out of the leaves which brings fast relaxation. My mood is much better now. Day 37 In the morning with better light I find more spider mites and decide to wash the plant with rainwater. Can‘t find after any more of these little killer dwarfs. I decide to bring more beetles and check the leafs more often. Temperature is felling under 20 degrees, it‘s raining and the humidity is 87%. Day 38 In the early morning I couldn‘t find any mites on Tropicana. Got to continue controlling this in the next weeks regular. I‘m sure they are still there somewhere hidden in a dark spot. 🌦️ 13 - 21 degrees and humidity is around 60-70%. Day 39 🌦️🌧️ Very rainy day. Just let Tropicana enjoy life and tie down the top one more time. 🐞 stay since some days. One on every plant. I think the mites are a result of their start inside and no hygiene at all. Have the same with my peppers some years. 14 - 21 degrees, humidity around 84% Day 40 🌧️☁️🌤️☀️15 degrees, humidity 83% We listen to Roots Reggae, Tropicana is happy and quite busy with producing new roots, I guess. Don‘t understand when to stop low stress training. I think it’s enough now. She needs a rest. Day 41 🌧️⛈️🌧️🌧️ 15 - 19 degrees, humidity up to 89% We had rainfall today around 65 liters of water. I collected enough of it for the next weeks. Day 42 ☀️ 6 - 23 degrees. Humidity is falling. Tropicana enjoys the morning sun while she drinks and drinks and drinks…. Coffee. 😅

Things are goin on as they should the girls are getting more bushy than tall which is what I wanted but everything is on cruise control. Only watering when soil is dry and I’m about to start giving them silica on a routine basis in low doses just for added nutrient uptake.
