Fade is coming through nicely. Regretting trimming up some leaves early. Thought id be chopping it down a few days back. Ec has rocketed up to 1.0 after being a bit more thorough with my watering technique. Guessing the plant had a fair bit of salt build up throughout the grow that had really set in. Gonna have to just keep watering like this until that ec really drops off and the leaves all yellow out. Starting to get some solid ambers, lots of cloudy trichomes. Shes definitely almost ready

Shes 82 inches tall and we just hit 14/10 light cycle. I noticed shes starting to put out more pre flowers so I think this will mark the end of veg. She got some rain water this week and a nice strong batch of compost tea. I wanted to get a preventative mold spray on the plant so I mixed of some aloe with a little baking soda and let it soak in. I followed with a foliar spray of the compost tea, also trying to remove the honeydew on the leaves cause by spotted lanternflys in the maple tree above. It was not very affective and will need to wash it off this week, and also think of a way to get it to stop fast because it looks like the plants are transitioning into flower. I'm seriously moving the pots somehow to a safer location.

Cut a few of the colas off to dry,alot of the tops are done and now just focusing on the bottom buds to ripen and turn amber :) Had a smoke today of the tallest cola,smokes great and haven't been this high in a long time so impressed with her !

Gestern hat die 5te Blütewoche begonnen. Hab jz mal obligatorisch einen Gelbsticker ins Zelt gehangen, falls sich doch mal eine Vieh in meinen Garten verirrt. 12/4 first day of her 4th week. Nothing much changed. 12/6 LST bent her over to 90 degrees. 5 hrs later she pointed herself back at the light. 12/7 gave her first feed since the repot. TPS regimen for week three at 800 ml. Runoff 830 tds 7.1 ph

Day 64 to 70 On autopilot. I have been light on the nutrients so bumped up the nutes to 810ppm this week. Forbidden Runtz 1 is coming close, the buds are getting THICC and hard. I'm keeping a close eye on the trichomes. It's almost go time. I predict 2-3 more weeks for the rest but I don't know anything Feeding around 750ppm this week. Lightening up on Nutes for FR1 at ~350ppm.

This week was their last of bulking. I have to harvest them in two weeks because I'll be away from home for a while. I think it'll give them enough time to finish anyway, pistils are turning brown and by lowering nitrogen and using crop steering I think they'll be ready soon! #3 is really really sweet, almost like Z. #2 smells like burnt plastic and #1 a bit chemical and sweet

This week i am fighting against cold temperatures and humidity. Its a bit annoying, as everytime i warm up the place, the humidity level goes higher which is commen sens. 4 days ago i watered, and left the fan rotating on low speed and i think the plant got too cold. Thats is why she looks a bit wilted. Hopefully it will be better soon. Apart from all the plant is responding pretty well to LST and i have a very even canopy. Very excited on this grow as its my first proper LST project

Transplanted into medium size pots :) they seem to have taken transplant just fine. The smell is also really nice given their small size.

To be honest overall this strain done good so as the others. Reflecting back on how i started with just a tent and light, and slowly buying the fans and filters whiles the plants were growing. But i did want these plants to grow naturally without topping and Low Stress Training. I regret not removing the lower branches becuase i did get alot of small airy buds down there. But it was all trial and error. All i done was remove some fan leaves when good to do so every now and then. Not on a mad level tho, i did have alot of sugar leaves which i will be making some stuff with! At veg the plants had deficiencies due to out of date Biobizz bottles. But that got sorted with the magic of Algimac and Calmag. Overall Next time I will definitely train the plants and maybe top a few. Final Yield: Plant #1 21.88 Grams Plant #2 33.36 Grams Plant #3 56.06 Grams Which yield exactly 110 grams! Ounces come out very fat with these light buds Not bad for the conditions they were brought up in, and with no training! Thanks for everyone who has followed this diary throught out the journey! This lady is going from strength to strength following last weeks slug attack! I'm sure it may have slowed growth just a little while she was repairing the wound created by the slug munch. The weather has been nice and consistent, all adding to the healing process and the low stress training encountered. 👍🏻

20cm vertical growth this week!! Things going well. Probably entering flowering in the next week.

Days 35-42 (Day 36) Some minor problems starting to arise here. A few times this week it got up to 90+ degrees which I think may have caused a bit of heat stress in some of the plants. I’m seeing a bit of cupping/crinkles on some of the fan leaves and some of the new growth is looking pretty gnarled and twisted. I hear windburn can cause this too so I’m turning my fans down to low speed. This could also be a problem with humidity so I’m going to turn off my humidifier, dim the lights and raise them. During my last feeding I mulched in some worm castings but it seems like they’re keeping the soil/coco from drying out. Pots are still decently heavy and even the surface is still quite moist but they aren’t showing any major signs of overwatering. I figure it will only be a few weeks before the castings break down so I will just leave it. A few of the plants are starting to show yellowing leaf tips which is probably some kind of micro nutrient lockout from my PH being slightly too high. It could also be from nute burn so I will water in 6.0 until I see some runoff. Although the most likely culprit is potassium excess. I’ve been feeding potassium almost as much as nitrogen so far. I know that can cause the yellowing of leaf tips by locking out trace minerals. It can also cause leaf problems like crinkling. Excess K can even cause water retention! Will water at 6.0 until run off next watering. The lst is coming along nicely. It was a good idea to remove the first two sets of branches (not leaves). Now I have 4-6 perfectly even stems coming from each plant that I plan to top one more time each. (Day 37) Today I’m going to vacuum, clean, wipe down and spray all my equipment in the tent. I’ve been letting the floor get quite dirty and I haven’t had the chance for a thorough clean since last round. I’m kind of surprised I haven’t seen any powdery mildew yet. I guess the prevention spray is working because the room has to be infected from my last crop. (Day 40) I was reading that you can foliar spray whatever you are deficient in for an immediate uptake. I‘m going to try that with my current potassium excess since it locks out trace minerals. I’m going to foliar feed a bit of phytoplankton at 15ml/L and some MagnifiCal + VeloKelp from Remo nutrients both at 5ml/L. The cal mag is not organic but as long as it’s not going into the soil and doesn’t contain chlorine I’m fine with it. I’m also going to be changing the light cycle to 18/6 for the remainder of veg. This will be their first dark cycle so they can properly foliar feed. Edit: humidity shot up to 85% a few hours after foliar spray. I went to top dress everything today and I mixed up the plants while doing so! So the ones I was unsure about I gave 1 extra tablespoon. I won’t top dress again for at least 10 days. Might give a light tea sometime next week. I also tilled the shit out of the top of each pot. It had a hard crusty layer on top that was keeping the medium from drying out properly. I’m not going to water again until everything is bone dry. Then I will water until slight runoff at 6.0 ph with some Dr. Marijane bacteria/root probiotic. I’m starting too see a lot more of these abrasions on some of the bigger fan leaves. It almost looks like thrip damage but I’m 100% sure it’s not a pest above ground. It could be bulb mites, which I found in my worm castings but I can’t check until the roots are more established in their pots. The leaves themselves are cold and feel damp to the touch. I haven’t even seen a fungus gnat since I last fed. I’m hoping it’s related to the K excess and clears up with the troubleshooting. (Day 41) Just ordered a wire cube rack to prop my plants up with and help evaporation/root warmth. Each cube is 11.8”x11.8”x11.8” and it comes with 16 cubes. So it will fit just perfectly in my 4x4. Depending on the size, I might order another one for the flower room where I would need 25 cubes.
