It's been a very simple grow cycle for this Mimosa Cake auto. I started with a super soil and eventually started using bottled nutrients to get me to the finish line. It's been almost 100 days since germination and the finish product is a really stout & bushy plant with a dense flower composition. I will dry for 8-10 days at 65-70 degrees F and 55- 60 % relative humidity. After that she gets put in mason jars indefinitely. Advise for growing this strain: - Utilize LST techniques frequently - Stay on top of defoliation, she gets really bushy - She seemed to really like CalMag at full strength in compost extracts Thank you growdiaries.com Thank you growmies for all your advise Thank you Fastbuds

This week seems to be bulk week. Under the microscope it look like the Amber trichomes would be here. But not yet. I'm not fussed😎.. More weight is a good thing. Flawless finish is going to be used for the 1st time

Still in the HPS tent but now they are under the LED again and doing pretty well as the roots are filling the pots out they are eating faster. Did a couple foliar feeds with the Growzyme at less than 1 ML/Gal which they seem to like. Hoping to get a little more vertical growth before they kick into flower. Also been doing some bottom feeding which I have been experimenting with a little bit. It seems to increase rate of growth and the plants seem a little happier when I do a few feeds like that in a row. 4/19: I foliar fed her today. 4/20: I fed her with full strength veg nutes for the first time today....it's ON! 4/22: I FIM'd her today and gave her about 20oz of water with cal-mag, humic acid, and boomerang and foliar fed with big bloom and fulvic acid. Later, I rinsed off all the plants with a stiff stream of filtered water in preparation for tomorrow. 4/23: Today was BoomBoom Spray day! I just love how visible the growth is the day after a BoomBoom Spray day!😲 Tomorrow I'll spray her down with Axiom Harpin a|b proteins. Tomorrow, I'll probably move her into my little tent for another week or so. Then she's gonna take off... to the great outdoors. 4/24: I did a foliar application of Harpin proteins today and I fed them with about 1/4-gallon each. I observed that they are both popping pistils already. I'll start increasing P and K with the next feeding. I turned on the 3rd pair of QB's and bud boosters today and removed all the blues and cool whites from the garden. 4/25: Was busy with life, but checked on her a couple of times. She's happy. Last day of week 3-

Everything still looking good. I did a small defoliation yesterday. For the most part, the stretch is over. May get one or two more inches though. Lights aren't moving any higher. Thanks for stopping by...

Man this week has been taking forever, my theory is it will only get slower relative to harvest just because my excitement. I top dressed with about 2 inches of worm castings with an eyeballed mix of 2tbps of bone meal (3-14-0, bloom fert.), 1.5-2tbps of Gaia green all purp.(4-4-4, I don’t have an actual potassium fert. Like leingbenite So I use this), 3tbps of dr earth kelp meal (1-.05-2 has many different vitamins, amino acids, carbohydrates) and 2tbps of mykos (for microbiology inoculation and nutrient uptake/upkeep). So I every time I water I have this old 2gallon water tin that I usually fill up about a quarter to half way full. Using this amount of water and the 5 gallon bucket of my soil mix makes my watering schedule once every 3 days (on average). I do use bottle nutrients but it’s mainly for the supplementing. For feeding I use 2-3ml to half a gallon for all bottle nutrients, I have never gone over, and I have never had deficiency’s that can hinder plant development. Deficiency's: PSA: Now if anyone happens to read and actually look at my plants please do look closely and maybe let me know if you see something that I have missed since I’m still very new. I noticed my plant was having a cal mag issue so that’s why I top dressed with worm castings, I also top dressed with about 3tbps of azomite (I feel using azomite it may help with all those unnoticeable deficiency’s that a new grower might miss). I’ve been noticing on some of the leaves the very tips are showing discoloring, since the color is still so vibrant mostly I can rule out nitrogen, phosphorus, Iron, manganese, and sulphuric. It’s still very early stage so I did an extremely light foliage feeding (in the dark to prevent UV damage) of 2ml of big bud, big bloom, and tiger bloom, mixed into half a liter of water, I then emptied the spray bottle and sprayed with tap water just to make sure there’s no nute burning. Today I fed the plant through water amendments with 3ml of big bud, 3ml of bud candy, 3ml of big bloom, and 2ml of tiger bloom;(my theory is hopefully the nutrient deficiency’s will go away) My soil mix is pretty basic. 40% coco, 10% perlite, 10% well composted chicken manure, 20% black gold compost, 20% worm castings. I’m not going to put the fertilizer amendment percentage to be honest I eye ball it but there’s a rough general measurements that I do.

Coming along very nice now and bushing out nice too , The side branches are as thick as the main stem and showing the early stages or pre flowering , Still not done a great deal too this lady and have left her too do her thing ,

She receive the final part this week and nest week she will be flushed and harvested

Another great week here. Defoliated the girls throughout the week. Continue to do well and very healthy. They drink a good amount but nothing crazy. The frost is unreal! It's even on the fan leaves! I have a picture that shows the frost on the fan leaves. I can't believe the smells as well from these ladies! Cherry smells are strong! I love smelling the plants and my fingers when I defoliate the leaves. Watering daily or every other day. Also adding water to to self watering pots as needed. Starting to use the UVB today!! 🤞😎 Gonna start now at 30 minutes a day for a few days. Then slowly increase as we move forward. They already have a lot of trichomes, as you can see, and I'll look to increase those. I plan on harvesting these girls at week 8 to save the terps as much as possible. Let's go!
