The plant experienced a noticeable stretch last week, and the branches are now quite close to the LEDs. While the buds aren't at risk of burning, I decided to supercrop the tallest branches to prevent them from blocking light to the lower ones. Additionally, I removed a lot of leaves to ensure adequate airflow and reduce the risk of bud rot in the coming weeks. To further enhance airflow, I installed an extra fan at the back of the Minigrow. The installation was straightforward: using a cable adapter, I connected both the existing fan and the new one to the fan controller. Hello Folks, 17 days from spraying the CS on MILF A we got Lots of nanners. I have a theory that the stronger the Colloidal silver PPM the more it will affect the plant I have been told that 30 to 50 ppm is good. The stuff I have clocked in at 158 PPM with my meter the bottle said 500 ppm so either way it did its job but I only sprayed 2 nodes and 95% of the plant started growing balls. there was 1 branch that had all girl parts on it see the pic above. Today was the day I hacked her up as she started to pop in the tent and I will find out how many buds got knocked up in 2 months or so, I did do a few on purpose with a paint brush and marked then with a loose Zip tie around the branch. I have been reading that the way to tell if a bud has been pollenated that the hairs will turn brown as a first sign and then the calyx will swell with the seed. this is my first time as a "pollen chucker" I really hope these will makes feminized seeds for this strain it looks like its worth keeping around. heat and stress resistant and I am seeing minimal tip burn, they are heavy drinkers. Welcome to week six! 🌱 Week five was a complete success – all parameters are perfectly aligned. I’ve increased the water conductivity to a solid 3000 and bumped the CO2 level up to 1200 🌿. Light intensity is now set at 1400 µmol in the center and 1000 at the edges, which will keep the plants strong in their generative state 🌞. I’ll maintain these levels until the end of the third week and then start slowly removing the large fan leaves to ensure the buds get plenty of light 💡✨. I’m also trying something new to activate the “Emerson effect” 🌄: I’m running the deep red lights for 5 minutes before sunset and for another 5 minutes after the day ends. This should give the plants a final boost in photosynthesis, helping to maximize their growth potential! Everything’s looking fantastic so far! The Black Cherry has rooted well across different experimental setups, and at the end of the grow, I’ll provide a full report on the best care techniques for both strains 🌺👌. Hello, things are going a lot better with these girls now, nice & healthy & growing well. Set them up in 15 ltr DWC pots upped the nutrients, a little lower than the manufacturers recommendations for week 4. They are around 10 cm tall & have 7 nodes, started LST training, simply bending over & tying down. Lower branches starting to grow up, noticed 1st pistils on pheno 2 yesterday, right on the last day of week 4, so far I've only seen 2 pistils on both branches on the same node. Would have liked them to be bigger before starting to flower, but hopefully they put on some good size during the Flowering stretch. Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Peace. 09/10 : I managed to fit everything in the same container with some space between them, so now every bud is with the Boveda pack. 14/10: It´s been a week and the smell improved, it still smells a little like hay/plant ( even tho it´s not too dry neither too wet ). 21/10: Now it´s been two weeks and even tho the smell isn´t anymore hay, it´s a lot herbal. I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. I’m driving myself crazy trying to figure out what to do. I’ve been on the web, sent an email for help and scoured social media. I hate feeling like I’m harming my girls. I just got one plant doing a little better. Now the other has joined in. Gelato is a rock star.

Not stretching that much. Going great so far! Day 11 flower they are starting to smell a bit stronger. Heavy gelato smell. Day 13 flower first hairs have appeared!
