D32 - The first day in the first week of flower. D34 - I gave her 1.2-liters of compost tea @ pH 6.5. I'm not sure yet, but I suspect that the thrips in my other tent have made it over here. No definite proof, though, so I might just be imagining things. Yesterday, I turned on the UV on my light. It's a bit early for this girl, but the other girl in the tent is three weeks further along and can use some UV. D35 - It looks like the thrips have made it into the tent :( The good news is that there's currently only damage on one leaf, so I removed it. Let's hope the predatory mites do their thing. D38 - The last day in the first week of flower. Not much to report. She must be stunted, considering how small she is. I have no idea why, as she looked happy and healthy throughout the grow. Maybe I screwed up when I transplanted her, or maybe there's something with the soil after all.

Interesting to see how different the phenotypes of the same strain can look. Pretty much doing the same as always. Quite a lot of light. Some height issues. but whatever. Will likely take 2-3 more weeks due to the slow flower development early.

Beautiful week of growth, caught up with the progress photos compared to last year at this time 💪🏽🙏🏽 We’ve started to blast past the pepper plants now, it only took 2 weeks! Since we’re into the beginning of flower we’ll be adding in the Advanced Nutrients this week to boost flavor and bud formation. Got the hay laid down as you can see and the medium to heavy rains this week are making my job of hand watering this whole garden way easier. Did some defoliation on the lower fan leaves and any early low bud formations that looked like they might not amount to much in the end. So excited to keep sharing photos of how they all progress! The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. She has a fairly wide node spacing, which is nice as it makes her easier to manage than a bushy plant with tight node spacing. 7/12- Our summer weather continues to be hot, although we do get a break from the heat when we're lucky enough to get some rain which also helps mitigate the daily watering. 7/14- The Papaya Sherbet photoperiod from FastBuds is definitely going through a growth spurt and is gaining inches by the day now! Yesterday it rained the better part of the day, which provided over an inch of rain. Today,I went ahead and watered in the afternoon, but only gave the Papaya Sherbet photo approx. 3g of well water from the garden hose. 7/16- Well the weather and the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photo are both on fire! Hopefully the weather will cool down soon, and the Papaya Sherbet photo will continue to impress!🤩 There's another week of veg for this beauty and I can't wait to see how big this lady gets! ok one more week, the ripper haze genetics plants have quintupled their size in the change to 12h, I had to tie them up since they don't stop growing, I can't wait for them to finish stretching and start to fatten the flowers. normal problems of having many different genetics in the same grow tent. otherwise everything is going well. that's all, regards.

03.07. Cherry Poppers 1#Day 69# Cherry Poppers 2#Day 66# Nothing special is happening, it's been 4 days since the last update, I was a little late last time, so here I am so I won't be late again. Tomorrow is the end of the tenth week for the plants, this morning I fed them, before that I gave them only water for 2 waterings, that is, they were in water for a whole week. It's hot right now and I'm watering them every 3 days, this morning they each got 30+ liters, anyway, except for the ones in smaller pots, they got a lot less.

Cleaned up the #10 mother, with some defoliation, and LST! She's getting ready for her adventure outside this summer! Took more clones from the #4 mother, and cleaned her up. Happy growing! :)

Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 There has been much change this week!! First there was a big defoliation done, I cleaned the bottom of the plant. All the growth that wouldn't amount to anything because the light doesn't penetrate that low. Also took off the biggest fan leaves to give more room for light. Then finally switched to 12/12.. After just 36 hours after the defoliation there was a major change. New growth everywhere, colas started stretching upwards fast. It's like she already knows it's flowering time. Great reaction to the defoliation and 12/12 switch. I'm still watering every other day, After the defoliation I watered with only Enzymes 2ml/L to clean the roots a bit then started with the nutrientes again. I dropped the amount of grow nutrients from 3ml/L to 1ml/L and started adding bloom nutrientes 2ml/L for now. I'll slowly be upping the bloom nutrientes and after week 2 I'll no longer add grow nutrients. That's it for this week. Stay tuned to see how she flowers. Stay safe!

Another demanding week for these ladies but they have reached a milestone. Week 8, and my custom fit SCROG has been installed! ❤️ At Day 50 I separated my 7 gallon girls and my 5 gallon girl. Once done, I began the very easy process of adding my “floating” SCROG. I use ratchet straps, just like the ones that come with lights to secure the four corners of the screen to the top of my tent. This allows me to adjust the screen height as necessary when 1) first installing and 2) once the full stretch of flower has occurred, I can tweak it a bit to balance the canopy as best as possible. It’s not 100%, I still get some over achievers, but I find it useful as another option. I like to do a major defoliation before I set the ladies in. Typically till this time, I have done almost no defoliation, just LST and some HST techniques. I adjusted the ladies placement to allow growth out all sides of the screen, set the screen height and began tucking and bending. The defoliation and bending allows light to penetrate all those side shoots that would have amounted to nothing, and they become top shoots as they grow up and form an even canopy. I don’t like to weave, it can damage the new shoots and cause growth problems, but the goal is to get as even a coverage as you can while allowing for plant growth in all directions. Once complete, I will give the girls about a week to recover and grow those new shoots. I like to have about 80% coverage of the screen, before I change my light cycles to flower 12/12… and if they are healthy and strong. I’ll decide this weekend if it is time ❤️👊🇨🇦😎 Happy Gardening!
