Por lo que a plagas respecta ésta niña ha crecido fuerte y sana durante todo el cultivo. Resistente a clima húmedo y costero pero si llueve demasiado hay que estar atentos a principios de brotitis cuando las flores ya están formadas. Muy buen aroma y sabor, a tropical y dulce y un efecto de felicidad y motivación muy placenteros. Totalmente recomendable.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. Not much to report on the Bubble Runtz, , she popped above soil on day 3 and is now on day 7 and is working on her 2nd set of true leaves. I started prepping the Coco Coir by flushing down to .4 EC and then soaking in water with an EC of 2.0 with Cal Mag and a PH of 6.8. I will let it soak until the seedlings are ready to be transplanted hopefully by next weekend or shortly thereafter. The weather in my region is perfect for cultivating seedlings as it is fairly hot and humid and I only have the Spectrum X running at 30% so it is not putting out much heat and I also have a humidifier running in the tent on low which is maintaining a RH of around 68%. I do have the AC Infinity fan kick on here and there just to keep some fresh air in the tent but no real issues with heat. This is my first run with Tastebudz genetics and super excited to try a cross of Bubble Gum and Runtz. I plan to build a mainline and flip as soon as all 5 mainlines are built, hopefully around week 7. This Medic Grow light is perfect for a 5X5, and the AC Infinity 8" exhaust does an excellent job of keeping the tent cool. I will set up an auto feeding system which consists of a reservoir, and some 1/2" tubing that is hooked to a submersible pump in the reservoir and set to feed for 1 minute every 6 hours through halo feeders connected to ball valves to adjust the flow. The runoff then flows via gravity to a 5 gallon bucket in the tent with a shallow pan condensate pump that pumps the runoff out of the tent when it gets above 3 inches to another reservoir. I have been growing fruit and vegetables for over 40 years and I have recently switched to high frequency fertigation in Coco Coir for my tomatoes as well, as I believe this growth medium combined with this technique is the safest, most environment friendly, and foolproof method of getting monster yields no matter what crop you are growing, and I have seen massive results in both cannabis and tomatoes. I did notice a slight nutrient burn on the tips of some leaves nothing crazy, just a little sign that they’re getting a bit more than they need. I’ll dial the nutrients back slightly and keep things in check. Nothing to stress about. Other than that, everything is running smooth. Plants look healthy, structure is holding up, and they’re right where they should be at this stage. Really looking forward to seeing how they swell up over the next couple weeks. Grow Report Week 14: The Final Phase of Flowering is Approaching Hello dear grow friends, We’re starting a new week, and I’m pleased to report that everything is going well. Although the rear area of the grow is not yielding as lush results as the front, I am overall very satisfied, especially with the scents. Scent and Resin All plants really smell excellent and are well-resined, which indicates a good effect. I expect that the plants will need about 2-3 more weeks to mature. Expectations and Hopes I hope that especially the plants in the rear area will catch up a bit. The next few weeks will show how the buds will develop in their fullness and potency. they are all thriving, growing exactly as i want them to. sucking up everything i give them and they are on daily feeds. some of the autos are starting to flower, but im gonna stretch out veg for atleast another 4/5days for photoperiods. they are ranging in height between 45 and 75cm. west coast OG auto from fastbuds been the tallest at the mo. dinafem cookie strains showing preflowers now and everything going fine. no problems as of yet in the slightest. daily updates.

Buds are starting to form now . Both alien phenos are budding faster than the other 2 strains . Gave them a good defoliation this week and they seems to have perked up . Lollipoped some more nodes also. They are still stretching .

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil.
