Hello growmies! Welcome to week 13 for Karen, this Kings Kush Auto. Last week is complete so please check it out! She is fully focused on bud maturation now and the smell is incredibly strong. Due to external factors, there is a 90% chance I'll be chopping her at the end of this week even if she isn't ready.

2/17: I spent a little time rearranging today. I bought some 32" x 14" plastic ventilated storage shelves and cut the legs down on two of them so I have some different-height platforms for the shorties in the garden. I should also be able to easily flush 6 plants in 5 gallon pots, or 9 plants in 3 gallon pots at a time now, that's a win!👈 2/18: I debated whether to feed or not, and settled on watering them with about 1/2 gallon each. including bembe, cal-mag, signal, humic acid, and a little beastie bloomz. The new dehumidifier is pulling about a gallon and a half per day from the air, so I should be able to feed them in a coupe of days. I've reached the ceiling again with my lights and the tall one is still stretching a little bit. I sure hate to have to supercrop her too...my garden is looking so wild and untamed already...😳 2/19: Rainy day outside, so I'm pulling in 99% humidity, plus the pots are still petty saturated, but the new dehumidifier is keeping up. RH is holding at about 45% today.👍 2/20: Day 31 of flower...the taller plant grew another couple of inches overnight! Damnit!😟 After emptying the closet (again) today and supercropping more branches (and some of the same branches again), a semi-solution occurred to me that allowed me to raise the lights another 3-4 inches! Now I'm truly maxxed out... These two plants couldn't be more different. One twisted-leaf 2-footer that started budding up in the first week of flower, and one beautiful 4-footer that's been very slow to flower.. The structure on the taller/sativa-looking plant is very promising, though...many long colas, and stacking up well...👌 I really needed everybody to finish in the same week so I could get my Spring autos going...😶 I'm still hoping that the big one will hurry the fuck up and finish by the EHD(3/11), but it's not looking possible at this point... I took photos and videos of all the plants today since I had to empty the closet and it wasn't a feeding day. 2/21: I fed them today with about 3/4 gallon each including beastie bloomz, tiger bloom, big bloom, signal, bembe, and cal-mag...no grow big this time. 2/22: The tall one grew another inch...i threatened to bind her up like one of Silky_Smooth's plants if she didn't stop growing immediately. If she doesn't start budding up with serious urgency, she's gonna piss me off...my Spring auto grow must not be postponed! 2/23: I ordered some terpinator because I'm not so sure about Signal's efficacy at this point....I'm usually dealing with odors more by now..

Probably not my favourite but it was very resistance. I didn’t like the grow structure, to many leaves, popcornbuds.. but anyways im still very happy 😊

HARVEST DAY!!!.... What a beautiful plant.. I can't wait to give her a taste.. Was expecting to push her another week.. But a closer look showed that there were alot of amber already.. Kinda hard to see them against the purple calyxes along with with the Mars Hydro TS 1000 on as well.. But she should be perfect! Oh I cant wait!!! Will be updating with the drying and curing as I go!!! So happy!!! 😭😭😭 Drying - Day 4... Ok so humidifier is definately not needed this time lol.. For a couple days the room and box were at 70% so I took the water and filter out of the humidifier and just running it as a fan to help move the air around the small room its drying in.. The box also has a very small and weak computer fan which is just pulling the air out SLOWLY but SURELY.. Now the humidity inside the box has been reading 66% constantly for the last 2 days! This will be my first harvest that doesnt dry in 3 - 5 days without a humidifer! Maybe cuz I watered that morning?? Idk.. But this is much better.. Hoping for at least a 7 day dry.. 10 or 12 would be nice.. But I doubt that very much lol.. Anyways.. Will still be updating as I go!!! Drying - Day 5... So I went ahead and trimmed all the smaller nugs and colas.. Leaving the 3 biggest colas (back of the box) to trim in the morning tomorrow. I wish I would have lollipopped some.. Alot of larfy, leafy nugs.. But still gonna smoke that shit! Lol.. Took about 2.5 hours to trim what I did today.. Keeping the trim (duh) to make some bubble hash.. Or maybe just gather the keif and press it.. Haven't made up my mind on that yet.. Either way it's gonna be some epic shit! The smell is still so amazing! You could probably fuck up the drying and curing and still smell the citus! Lol.. But I will still keep updating as I go! Drying - Day 7.. I went ahead and put some smaller nugs into a jar to see what they were reading.. Still way too high.. In about 8 hours it was reading 84% RH so they still got at least a couple more days drying. Drying - Day 8... Ok so I was feeling the nugs I already trimmed and jarred.. They feel pretty crispy. So I'm jarring them again today. I have trimmed up 2 more of the bigger colas but I can feel that they still have some moisture.. So later today I'm going to finish trimming up the last one (which is gonna be awful lol it has alot of smaller branches that are gonna be very tedious) but that one is gonna have to be left out to dry a little longer than the rest. As of now, I have 3 jars filled.. I may even need to buy another jar.. I really wish I had some big mouth mason jars so I can buy those lids for curing! Those things look legit asf! Later that night... So I have now finished trimming.. The jars that I had already filled were reading 62% RH on the dot.. I like to have it at 65% - 68% RH to have some room to get it down to 62% after a week or two.. But this shouldnt be any issue.. Will add 62% packs when the jars get below 60%.. But since they are already at 62%.. I dont want to burp very often at all.. 62% RH is where I like my bids at. I have a sandwich bag FULL of trim.. That is gonna make some amazing bubble hash! Very airy bud.. But this strain is very beautiful.. Smells great.. Just the airy buds.. Will definately grow again.. Will update with a taste test in 15 - 30 days.. Would rather get the cure done before I taste her.

Flowering day 22 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Another great week that is over. They all develop exactly as it should be 💚. Since the last leaf and substrate application against tripse, I finally haven't seen any of the little biters 👍. Watering was done twice this week with 1.3 l each time (see table above for nutrients). The lowest shoots were removed so that the energy is not wasted in the lower part :-) . Otherwise, as always, everything was cleaned and checked. Fresh osmosis water was filled with stale tap water in a 100 L tank for the coming week 👍. 📆 Week 15, 12-18 August 2024 12-18 Aug - Observed and let the plant grow. 13 Aug - Turned lights down to 50% power. 📑 It’s been another week and no signs of slowing down. Pablo continues to grow! Her sativa genetics are really showing. I’ve turned the light power down to 50% hoping this will help to mature the plant. It is looking like another good week of flower will be appropriate here. Lets see just how big she can get. 🍶 14 Aug nutrient solution changed 🍽️ 14 Aug feeding schedule updated 💧 Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 🐉 Nutrient Solution EC 1.0 at 74 degree F 🔆 Light power at 50%, DLI 35 canopy coverage at 12hrs 😤 Using PYPABL, Air Pump, 400GPH That is it for this week. Good performance we plan to flowering in next week and use craft blended DIY organic fertilizer for these girl we use ratio 6-4-2 5-4-2 for vegetative stage and take microbe in soil for make NOTILL LIVINGSOIL

Alright folks! So this harvest was fantastic! I mean! I’m a happy grower at harvest for any plant! I could harvest one amazing and one meh and be just as happy to cut dry and cure them both! This early miss smoked well and is only about two weeks in cure, this is a rank and musky strain with a whole plethora of combining smells, I find it had a massive pepper and spice hit with almost a food like consistency with its smell, I’m finding a even pine, spice, earthy almost cheesy platform with a fine kick of just a odd but interesting odder I can’t put my thumb on! The density of even the popcorn flower is unreal, rocks all of them. A very light almost desert sandy trichome layer in the interior of the nugs but toward the exterior it’s a lush dark green and red hue with purple calyxes also being seen from the top and Bottom inner and some outer calyxes. The trichome production was very impressive also the fast growth in veg was awesome! But I’m telling you! The big bud genetics and the white widow genetics in this are both prominent, and I love it! I’m saying for a auto it’s pretty potent! And not to say that other autos aren't! We all know they can be pretty Damn amazing! But yeah! The flavour is that of pepper and spice! Pine and a gassy greasy fresh herb blend! I wish I had taken more time to run her though because I believe if I had kept running her, her potency would have been a bit higher and definitely would have achieved a more full couch lock. But over all a easy grow and a dense dense grow. I recommend dropping rh and bringing head up a tad at the end to make those nugs as hard as you can! But that’s my bro advice lol

Day 51 20/08/24 Tuesday Feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6. With Plagron PK13-14 and power buds. Noticing the stretch stop, and now packing out there bud sites 💪💚 ACOP , Melonade Runtz have Xmas tree structure where as orange bud is pure tall sativa structure... The Overdose is a compact indica looking dwarf but the bud sites are packing out a punch 👊🤣 Day 54 23/08/24 Friday Watering only today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6, I'm watering in 350ml no run off. 400ml I'm seeing tiny run off. Day 56 25/08/24 Sunday Water today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Added bud candy and rhino skin 1ml per litre

Wow oh wow 🤩 to start I’ll say I’ve been very careful watching the feeds timing them almost perfectly! Also was a struggling week with humidity! Lucky I have my tricks to keep it down (no dehumidifier) 😊 I use air control 😉 (in the house) air control in the tent is perfect or next to perfect anyway! The aromas are continuously getting stronger and I am in for a treat! This time is my best time! It just shows! But every next time is my best time as I only get better at this!

In the following discussion, we aim to clarify the truths and dispel the myths surrounding mycorrhizae products. MYTH #1 A HIGHER NUMBER OF MYCORRHIZAE SPECIES MEANS BETTER RESULTS. Contrary to common belief, having a higher number of mycorrhizae species in a product does not translate to better results; in fact, it often yields the opposite outcome. A plant can sustain only one association with a particular mycorrhizal fungi species. Introducing multiple species creates competition among them, which is not advantageous for the plant. The initial colonizer does not ensure the highest success; instead, it gains precedence. It is recommended to select a product with a concentrated presence of a single mycorrhizae species known for its effective performance, rather than opting for a product with multiple species at lower concentrations. MYTH #2 ECTOMYCORRHIZAE ARE EFFECTIVE FOR CANNABIS PLANTS. Although ectomycorrhizae can colonize five to ten percent of plant species, cannabis is not among them. Ectomycorrhizae do not penetrate the root cells; instead, they develop around the roots and on the exterior. For cannabis plants, it is essential to seek out endomycorrhizae. Endomycorrhizae are capable of colonizing 70% to 90% of plant species, including cannabis. Unlike ectomycorrhizae, endomycorrhizae penetrate the root cells, forming structures like arbuscules for the exchange of nutrients and water with the plant. MYTH #3 WHOLE INOCULANT (PROPAGULES) PERFORM BETTER THAN ONLY VIABLE SPORES. The propagule count specified on most mycorrhizae products indicates the presence of spores (viable and unviable), hyphae, and root fragments. However, it is crucial to note that only viable spores, those with the capacity to germinate, can successfully colonize a plant’s root system. Spores are to mycorrhizal fungi what seeds are to cannabis plants—a fundamental component enabling fungi reproduction. Consequently, even if a mycorrhizal product boasts millions of propagules, its effectiveness hinges on the presence of viable spores. Without viable spores, the product will not contribute to plant development. Therefore, the genuine value of a mycorrhizal inoculant lies in the quantity of viable spores it contains, as only viable spores can efficiently initiate symbiosis. MYTH #4 ALL METHODS OF APPLICATION YIELD IDENTICAL RESULTS. To establish the symbiosis, mycorrhizal fungi spores must be close to the plant roots. The optimal recommendation is to directly apply mycorrhizal inoculant to the roots, either in powder, granular or slurry form. This method ensures maximum proximity between the spores and the roots, facilitating a rapid establishment of symbiosis. Particularly with crops like cannabis, which have a short growing cycle, employing this technique is the most effective way to obtain optimal benefits. Alternatively, techniques such as blending the inoculant with the soil are effective, but there may be a delay in the establishment of symbiosis. This is because the roots need to grow and come into contact with the dispersed spores throughout the growing media. MYTH #5 MYCORRHIZAE CAN ONLY BE GROWN ON LIVING PLANTS. While the predominant method for commercially producing mycorrhizae involves growing them on the root systems of living plants (in vivo production), it is not the exclusive nor the optimal technique. In fact, this production approach has notable drawbacks that the “root organ culture” method just does not have (in vitro production). In vitro production occurs in meticulously controlled, aseptic laboratory conditions, allowing for the consistent generation of products that are viable, highly concentrated, species-specific, and free from pathogens. Achieving such precision and quality is impossible when relying on the cultivation of mycorrhizal fungi on plants exposed to external conditions. In conclusion, it is crucial to take all these factors into consideration when choosing the appropriate product for your crop to fully harness the wide array of benefits provided by a high-quality mycorrhizal product. STRONGER PLANT – Stress resistance. FASTER GROWTH – Improve plant structure and shorter veg time. INCREASE YIELD – Overall more biomass. IMPROVED QUALITY – Increase cannabinoids and terpenes content.

Aug 10: this scrog is looking okay. Likely will avoid doing it this way in future, but it will work out. Aug 11/13: don’t take flash pics of your plants unless you’re also immediately using a 730 nm light as a bloom booster. A bright light at that wavelength converts the hormone and allows the plant to go into dark mode two hours faster. Anyway, the red light cancels out the flash from the pics which is cool because buds look good in flash pics.
