Starting week six of flower. Conducting a defoliation experiment. It has good controls being a rdwc single strain grow in a 4 x 8. So defoliated half the tent and leaving the other half untouched.

Another cold week, we are having around 2ºC Minimum temperature, and its really cold at night( I mean, for Spain, because if some Nortern people hear this may be laughting at me hahaha) But there is a range of hours when then sun hits directly the plant if its not cloudy, like 6h-8h, this if i dont have to roll out the awning, so the plant is protected when raining. Did not feed the plant until past the middle of the week, because i ovserbed that the flowers were developing slowly as im accostummed, probably because of the low temperatures, so i decided to give her the last feeding and start the flush at the end of this week, because i felt the plant was like at least 2 weeks from proper harvest, and still developing the flowers with white hairs... Im looking for something narcotic with a nice Therpenoid Profile so the later the better in my opinion, but without passing he Ripper Line hahaha :) So last feeding was like a fattening one... Higher Dose of nutrients for the plant, and later added some Micro Vita to the soil, 3grams, and until the end with water and some carbs in 1/2 irrigations ... What amazed me is the strenght of this plant, surviving these really low temperatures, growing a little slowlier, but without problems or buds, amazing plant, as amazing as beautiful, im in love with the colours.. End of week 12, looking good. Stay tuned. So far so good. Water lines getting clogged a little with roots but I put together a little work arround using the water level indicaters I built into the system. (see picture) They are kind of on auto pilot. At this point in the grow I have learned how this particular batch likes things. For example 1.63 is the optimum EC currently. By monitoring how much the EC increases/decreases vs water level I can tell if they can handle the food level, and adjust accordingly, before they burn. I keep them right at the border of too much nutes. If you look you can see all the tips are just barely burnt. I ride the line. I'll update again on Sunday with some fun stuff.

Hey everyone :-) This week it smells more and more sweet and fruity in the whole room 😍. There is actually not much to report, everyone is now under 12/12 :-). This is the last grow that comes in the entire diary. From now on, each plant will be added to the diary 👍. I wish you all a lot of fun watching, stay healthy 🙏🏻 and let it grow 😎👌

I have a low consume of electricity today i change the light upped 50 watt the next week i started to fertilized. More auto of Dutch passion have more weeks to live for this in this time i prefer dont use any fertilized. I dont have idea the cbdv are strong plant for this i think wait to fiammingo the plant in the future in this time IS very early mi waiting... Next week bye

04/09/2023 Still no fertilizer, I'm just removing the yellow leaves that are falling off almost on their own. I should probably harvest them at different times based on their trichomes, but I'll have to dry them in my growbox, so I'll harvest them all at once, probably next week. I'm checking the trichomes every day, and the trichomes on the sugar leaves on plant number 1 are already starting to turn brown since 02/09

RAW GROW is a tested blend of all 12 RAW Soluble plant nutrients, essential elements and supplements. This blend has been proven to be an optimal all-in-one base “Grow” horticultural fertilizer. RAW GROW is used through out the entire vegetative stage. In the context of plant growth, electrolysis is used to increase the availability of your nutrient-rich solution that can be used to feed plants. Electrolysis and nutrient rich reservoirs work well together since your cannabis nutrients are salt based. The process involves passing an electric current through a solution of water and plant nutrients, which causes the water molecules to break down into their constituent parts, hydrogen, and oxygen. The hydrogen ions (H+) then combine with the nutrients in the solution to form a nutrient-rich substance that can be absorbed by the plant roots easier. This will only work in a nutrient rich solution as it requires the salt-based nutrients to engage. This process, known as hydrolysis, provides the plant with a continuous supply of nutrients and oxygen, which can help to increase plant growth and improve yields. By providing the plant with a more efficient method of absorbing nutrients, electrolysis can help to increase the uptake of essential elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. Additionally, electrolysis can help to maintain the pH balance of the growing medium, which is essential for optimal plant growth. One of the key advantages of using electrolysis to increase plant growth is that it allows for greater control over the growing system. This is exactly why this is generally a technique reserved for advanced hydroponics growers. By adjusting the voltage and current levels, cultivators can custom control the nutrient concentration and pH level of the solution, ensuring that the plant receives the optimal amount of nutrients sitting perfectly on potential hydrogen spectrum. Carotenoids absorb light in the blue-green range of the visible spectrum, complementing chlorophyll's absorption in the red range. Carotenoids protect photosynthetic machinery from excess light. They deactivate singlet oxygen, which is a harmful oxidant formed during photosynthesis. Carotenoids quench triplet chlorophyll, which can be harmful to photosynthesis. Carotenoids scavenge reactive oxygen species (ROS), which can damage cell membranes and proteins. Carotenoid derivatives signal plant development and responses to environmental cues. Carotenoids provide precursors for the biosynthesis of phytohormones like abscisic acid (ABA) and strigolactones (SLs). Carotenoids are pigments that give fruits and vegetables their orange, red, and yellow colors. They also act as free radical scavengers to protect plants during photosynthesis. Beta-carotene is the most common provitamin A carotenoid. It's found in orange and yellow fruits and vegetables like carrots, sweet potatoes, and mangos. Other carotenoids include lycopene, lutein, and zeaxanthin. These carotenoids have antioxidant and photoprotective properties. In plants, Vitamin A is found as carotenoids, which are pigments that give plants their color. Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin. Vitamin B plays a vital role in plant growth and development. It acts as a coenzyme in many metabolic reactions, which are the basis for plant growth and maintenance. Vitamin B helps plants metabolize nutrients, which are essential for growth and development. Vitamin B helps plants respond to biotic and abiotic stress. Vitamin B can help plants grow new roots, which can reduce transplant shock. Vitamin B can help plants grow shoots, especially slow-growing plants. Vitamin B1 Also known as thiamine diphosphate, vitamin B1 is a key component of metabolic pathways like glycolysis and the tricarboxylic acid cycle. Vitamin B3 Also known as nicotinamide or niacin, vitamin B3 is a biostimulant that can improve plant growth and yield. Vitamin B6 Vitamin B6 acts as an antioxidant and cofactor, and is involved in plant stress responses. Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is a vital nutrient for plants that helps with growth and protects them from excess light. Vitamin C acts as a redox buffer, which is important for regulating photosynthesis. Vitamin C helps enzymes that regulate photosynthesis, hormone production, and regenerating antioxidants. Vitamin C is a coenzyme in the xanthophyll cycle, which converts excess energy into heat. This process helps plants protect themselves from too much light. seedlings to young plants can feed on 200-400 PPM, Teenage plants that have a maturing root zone can feed on 350-550 PPM and adults will feed 600-1000 PPM. The more you feed plants and watch them grow you'll get a feel for how much to give them. Less is more when trying to grasp this. High level of CEC in organic soil so I'm watering 5-gallon

Commencing Day 36/Week 6 on November 28th D36 Still slow and steady growing. Some much more slow and steady than others. I am hoping by the end of this week or by sometime next week I can flip to 12/12 and get cuttings. My goal is medium/small size plants with medium sized yields and to hopefully 🤞 find at least one keeper of the bunch. Reason being I have a lot going on and want to see whats the best I can get with light work load. Bigger plants=bigger work loads. I also noticed the Boss Hogg1 must be Canadian 😄 one of the leafs is a maple leaf shape with no finger separation (aka duck foot mutation 🦆; see photo). This is the same plant I called a Purple Tarantula in one of the earlier weeks. Definitely a freak. Day37 Filled all buckets till water line was bubbling into net pot. Filled with oxygenated &(dechlorinated) house water. Added 10ml Clonex per bucket. Some needed pH but not much on .2 off from 5.8. ppm is around 800-900. Leaving lights on again overnight. (Cold front coming). Day 38 Added 5ml Cal Mag to each bucket. Added more fresh water to bring PPM back down to 800. pH sitting around 5.9 Noticed 818 Headband was hiding a tiny clover friend. I'll keep it there for now. Maybe find a four leafed clover for good luck 🤞 Also noticed that the sativas phenos are being picky eaters compared to the rest. Also noticed the 818 is catching up a little more. Definitely a nice healthy steady growth. Just quite a bit slower then the Gorilla Zkittles. Lastly tonight the plants will go into 14 on 10 off. This is to induce stretching (they are sooooooooo short; due to 8 on 4 off light schedule) and maybe preflowering also. Won't be long!😄👍 Day 42 Few days in the new light shedule is working great. Plants seem to be getting ready for me 👍 I've also switched the plants around to accommodate the grow a little better (ie in order of size) The 818's and Raspberry is catching up slowly to the GZ giants. (& looking great 😄) but man these GZs are thirsty girls, they drink the ppm and water levels in one day what the others take in 3 or 4. Needless to say I've been pHing everyday basically and adding water and light nutes to keep around 800ppm and 5.8pH. maybe only mentionable is that the GZs needed more nutes (ppms dropped about 200ppm to 600 in two days) and pH balancing (pH shot up to 6.2 in two days) than the others. I'm getting anxious to flip and cut. The GZs are right where I want them. The others, not yet. I'll have to find a happy medium where the runts are at least so big with out letting the GZs get too big. Thank you for reading and watching

Hello. This is the end of week 6 and the beginning of week 7 of flowering. Things are growing great in here. Not too many yellowing leaves for 6 weeks of flowering so far. I got some pollenating done with 2 different Kosher Haze males. The males were a little taller than I was hoping for but both had a great smell and were very resinous to the touch. All the Kosher Haze males have been cut down and have been put in the compost. You can see the difference in the pollenated buds by the brown stigmas. In the wide angle shots you can see the white tags marking the lines holding the pollenated buds up. At harvest time I can let these marked branches grow a little longer if the seeds aren't mature yet. We shall see then. I still have 1 Lemnesia male left that I like and It will be put in the smaller greenhouse with a Pink Kush and a Nova OG to make seeds in a week or 2. The Pink Kush and the Nova OG are in their 3 week of flowering in the greenhouse now. Ok can't think of anything else. Have Fun. Chuck.

Day 99 - Finally got to chop a plant! Chopped the cheese, did a rough wet trim and hung it all in my diy drying chamber (see video above). I knew I was going to be chopping one before the other, so I threw together a cheap unit out of a garment box I bought from a moving company. -It came with a cross bar, so I cut the box and re-taped it the way I wanted it, to conceal everything proper. -Then, I drilled some holes in the sides for ventilation and taped some carbon filter from my air purifier overtop to keep pests and dust out. -Outside of the box, I've got a Coway air purifier pulling out the smell and adding a bit of air circulation (pulls air passively through the vents in the sides) . -For added flair 😉, I threw some velcro on the flaps and built a thermometer/hygrometer into the front to keep an easy watch. They will hang from some clip hangers I grabbed, for a week or so, or until they're ready. Then I'll do a dry trim and time to cure! Super Lemon Haze is still plugging along and getting dense. Smells great, and although the leaves show a past of issues, the buds are looking amazing. Can't wait 'till she's done! It's really nice to have the extra space in the tent now too. It was getting a little cramped. Day 105 - Cheese is doing well in the drying tent. Stems aren't snapping quite yet, so will need a day or two more. Drying chamber is working great. No smell whatsoever. Super Lemon Haze is STILL GOING and looking good. Done with nutes now and watching trichs everyday. Buds are beefing up. The leaves are starting to fade, but the look and colour of the flowers is wild. Can't wait for it to finish up. Should be sometime in the next week or so.
